• Giovanna (7/5): - Posizione perfetta vicino al centro, camera accogliente, comodo lo spazio nell'armadio e i ripiani per riporre le cose. C'era il ventilatore e il balconcino con le sedie e il tavolo fuori era carino. Non funzionava lo scarico del bagno, il lavandino era otturato, rumori come di qualcosa che batteva sul muro o sul pavimento dall'interno durante la giornata ma anche nella notte, all'una di notte si sentivano questi rumori forti provenire dall'interno, non si capiva bene se affianco o da sopra

• Marisa (10/5): Metto un 10 perché non esiste il 12 - La stanza "arancione" e l'appartamento sono deliziosi, pulitissimi, con arredamento elegante, silenzioso. Cucina nuovissima. Il portone si apre con un link posizionato davanti alla porta. Corre l'aria perché il balcone ha una porta finestra e i soffitti sono alti, oltre ad avere un ottimo ventilatore (che ho usato poco). Ma la cosa che mi ha colpita di più è che durante il mio soggiorno ho avuto la febbre. Sono incinta, ho chiamato il 118, è arrivata l'ambulanza e mi hanno portata al pronto soccorso di Anzio perché avevo un'infezione. Nel frattempo il padrone di casa ha saputo l'accaduto e mi ha mandato un WhatsApp per mettersi a disposizione. Mi hanno dimessa domenica sera e non sapevo come tornare a Nettuno: lui mi è venuta a prendere in macchina per riportarmi. Veramemente non ho parole per ringraziarlo, è stato un angelo custode. Grazie Ernesto per la tua umanità e disponibilità. Ci tornerò.

• Sumari (7/5): Great location, perfect for short trips. - Conveniently located nearby the Nettuno train station, and just a short walk away from the beach as well as cafes & restaurants. Comfortable room, nice balcony. Big kitchen with necessities if you feel like cooking at home. Had a lovely & comfortable weekend break. I would definitely stay here again. :) The communication from the hosts could have been slightly better, especially regarding which amenities are available to the guests as it was unclear what we could and could not use. There was also not a working adapter, so could not use the hairdryer during my stay. Not a deal-breaker, though.

• Taisiia (8/5): I am happy with my stay in this guest house - Great friendly staff, liked the kitchen and the room with its own balcony! The location is great, not far from the station and the sea, and also nearby is a wonderful seafood store, a pizzeria, and a counter with fruits and vegetables.Clean bed linen and towels, very comfortable bed. Large wardrobe where everything fits. Almost everything matches the description. Unfortunately, the bathroom is not in the best condition, the plumbing is old and it’s time to change it, but this did not spoil my overall impression of the holiday!

• Tamino (3/5): No Air conditioning besides information on Booking. Just a fan - The location is nice It said in the description that this room has Air conditioning. It then didn't have, it just had a fan. The owner told us that it must be a translation mistake, however I'm not sure about this. No matter what is was, it said it has AC, and we only booked it to escape the heat, then it just had a fan?!

• Paula (8/5): We are glad we found this gem - It was charming and had a really good location. It’s near the train station and a walk away from a grocery store and beach. The staff were helpful and really friendly. It had everything we needed and we recommend staying there. The only downside wad that the bathroom wasn’t connected to the room directly and was shared but that didn’t really make a difference.

• Piper (10/5): Lovely place in a lovely town! - A very cute and comfortable place near the center of nettuno!! We felt very safe and had such a good time walking around town. Our favorite part was the porch overlooking a very cute plant store. The shower only had cool water, but that was okay because it was quite warm out while we were there.
