- Yaroslava (6/5): Very cold apartment - The apartment is conveniently located near a tram stop, about 20 minutes by tram from the city center. The staff in the call center was very nice and helpful. The apartment was very cold, with no heating available despite it being December. The air conditioning was not working, and there was no WiFi. Additionally, there was no tea kettle or coffee machine, even though they were listed in the description. On the positive side, the water was warm, so I could at least take a bath to warm up. Unfortunately, I found some broken items (a lamp and a sofa) upon arrival. I notified the staff on the call center as there's no one to greet you in the apartment (the keys are left in the safe box outside).
- Yuliia (10/5): Exceptional - the location is great, tram right outside the door, supermarket, coffee shops. Overall the apartment is cozy, there is a stove, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron; bed and sofa When we checked in it was not cleaned, but it was fixed within an hour, the repairs were a bit tired, I was also surprised by the lack of plates, glasses and a kettle, although there were a stove and frying pans. There was also a lack of bed linen for blankets, there were blankets, but there was nothing to cover them with.

- Myria (9/5): Clean and tidy, value for money! - Nice and cozy apartment, very spacious for 2-3 people. It has a smart tv with Netflix and Youtube so you can watch whatever you like. Tram station is extremely close and metro station is 12min walking distance. Host is easily accessible via WhatsApp and very helpful. It could has more kitchen utensils (there were no plates, bowls etc) in case you wanna have breakfast. P.S. Just because I had to write a downside 😝
