• Fasiha (1/5): Very Bad experience. Denied entry at 4am without cash. - Nothing I booked this apartment for only few hours as I was arriving 3.30 am in the morning and had to get back to airport at 11 am to recieve rest of the family from other parts of the world for a holiday. I was with my son alone. Hence I wanted a good few hours sleep to rest after long 16 hours journey. I submitted my request clearly and I was paying very expensive full price of 115 Azn for only few hours sleep. My request was accepted and I received a message that owner has accepted your request and booking was confirmed. Initially before arrival, there was no communication from the owner about check in process. I paid 60 manat to airport taxi to get there after much difficulty found the apartment building. The owner initially said that I have no booking and said he is not aware of any booking in July, then he found on the system and guided the taxi driver, he was on video call with taxi driver for instructions, but on arrival, refused the entry to the apartment at 4 am in the morning as I had no cash. I usually carry card everywhere, this was not mentioned in booking details anywhere. He was clear that he will only allow me if I have cash, hence I had to return to the airport and waited till 11 am. I suffer with bad migraine and needed rest and sleep. I travelled 12 countries last year and I am frequent traveller and never faced this issue anywhere before. Booking.com takes the money or you pay by card at the hotel.

The owner was extremely friendly, helpful, and always attentive to any needs. The location was perfect for me as my project was at the airport, making travel quick and hassle-free. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary kitchen facilities, including a washer and dryer. The rooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. Additionally, the convenience of having supermarkets and a vegetable market just outside the premises made daily errands easy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

• Rabia (9/5): Amazing Host and immaculate property - HOST was super amazing as the Cab dropped us in some other location and he cane to pick us up!! property location is very close to airport as we chose to be nearby airport at the end of our three week trip. We stayed only 3 days in this property. No doubt it was amazing and super clean. Only issue we faced was the shower in one of the toilets were bit faulty as had to keep pulling the shower button upwards to get the water to come from shower otherwise it was going towards tap..
