• Kan (10/5): - Месторасположение удобное. Комната комфортная, чистая, приятный запах, новое постельное белье и полотенца. Есть в ассортименте умывальные принадлежности, чай, кофе, сахар в пакетиках. Есть посуда, микроволновка, небольшая плитка, чайник, кондиционер зима-лето, холодильник, гладильная доска, сушилка, фен, утюг, телевизор, большое зеркало. Душ и туалет чистые. Кровать большая удобная, 4 подушки. Всё устроено красиво, персонал внимательный и доброжелательный. Заселили пораньше.по нашей просьбе
• Диана (10/5): Рекомендую данный объект для коротких и длительных посещений города. - Удобное расположение апартаментов, рядом ТЦ, метро в 15-20 минутах ходьбы, центральные достопримечательности так же в шаговой доступности. Особенно порадовало бесконтактное заселение, так как прилетели мы ночью, есть все удобства и очень внимательная хозяйка, которая всегда была на связи, проявляла заботу о нашем комфорте. Все было на высоте! Уборку можно было попросить в удобное для нас время и день. Приятная цена относительно предложений в городе.

• Margarita (2/5): - Единственное, что понравилось, то, что Кровать была мягкая. И расположение отличное. По фото, если смотреть, вроде было просторно, но в реале оказалось - крошечная комната, которая еще в душе. Вода не стекала. Раковина совсем маленькая, даже руки невозможно было помыть.

• Jim (8/5): Not bad for a short stay - Friendly staff. Comfy rooms. Shower worked well. It’s close to buses and the metro. Kind of central so prices to eat out might be higher but there’s a good supermarket close by. Breakfast is plentiful though not interesting. It’s tired. Some comments mention plans to renovate which is needs. But I chose this place in a hurry when other accommodation had an issue so I was happy with the value here.

Pequeño pero con todo lo esencial para una buena estancia incluyendo utensilios de cocina, lavadora comportida, etc. Zhania es una gran anfitriona que ayuda en absolutamente todo lo que puede. Conclusión: Lugar recomendado. La cama no es cómoda y algunos detalles de conservación se podrían mejorar para que la estancia fuera más agradable.

• Mariya (10/5): Perfect spot! - Nice and clean room for a short visit of Almaty. The location is excellent, there is a shopping centre nearby and also the main streets parks and squares in a walking distance. The owner is super helpful and always keeps in contact with you.

She ensured that the whole process (including check-in and payment) very convenient and hassle-free for me, which I appreciated. I also liked the fact that she maintained a decent level of communication regarding the apartment facilities and services, informing me clearly of what was and was not available, as well as the timings. I did request a pair of indoor slippers for the room, which was not delivered. However, it was not that big of an issue since the only time I was at the apartment was when I needed to sleep. So, I don't have any real complaints.

• Rohit (8/5): Clean cosy ground floor stay at a good location with all facilities - Good location, clean room, all the facilities you may need like a microwave oven, fridge, and hot plate in your room, and a washing machine and vaccum cleaner in the entrance lobby. Apartment is super easy to access even with heavy bags as it is on the ground floor. Host Zhaniya is a sweet and helpful person. Even for a single person, I personally found the room to be a little too cosy. No place to keep big bags and there is no almirah. But that’s it. Maybe add slippers to the setup, thanks.

Find it little difficult to find the apartment coz the taxi driver dropped us in the other side/ block. Room location is very good, clean with a nice view.

• Cariaga (7/5): Value for money and very good location! - Location as its 5 mins. away only from the mall, green surroundings, safe, value for money, responsive Owner beddings must be properly cleaned as I saw & felt some dusts on my bed, toiletries were very limited for a 5 nights stay as well as tissues not unless you asks, sink in the washroom is too small, couldn't wash my face as water spills all over the floor so I had to use the sink in the kitchen area, clothes dryer has to be replaced as its damaged already.

Loved the place, perfect for one-person stay, two-person stay is still doable though. - Great location, helpful and friendly owner Zhaniya who assisted and guided the check-in process. Shower and hygiene inventory was included, everything as described. I would suggest to replace curtains to ones with thicker fabric and a bit faster wi-fi wouldn’t hurt.

• Reinerio (4/5): My Room was tiny and not enough space to stand. - It is close to Mega Park Mall. Maybe other rooms are better. The name 'Astoria Apartments' is a misnomer. It is one old apartment in which 4 rooms are crammed. If i had known that, i would not book it. I got the tiny room. There simply was not enough space - after keeping my luggage i had to tip toe around room. 2 people will simply bump into each other - the room is 5 square meters (plus toilet area (that is fine) Just a hanger to hang your clothes. There is microwave and fridge. Even a ironing board - but simply no space. Must pay in Cash. No cards. It hurts to pay 250 dollars in cash. Its a hassle to remember your building door code with asterisk, then one key to open apartment door, then another key to open your room door. The cleaning lady comes only twice a week. If you need any supply or linen. Outside are play areas of the old complex. The noise of balls goes on till late night.

Rust in the bathroom and kitchen rack was disgusting. Soundproof was bad.

• Lee (9/5): Not a hotel, MUCH better! - The installations were wonderful, especially the washing machine. The microwave was great as was the fridge. We used them on a daily basis. The location was superb, close to public transportation, stores, cafés and restaurants. Zhaniya is a great hostess, helping with maps and explaining anything we needed. She organized our transportation to the airport when we left.

• Tze (10/5): Excellent location, English communication, Room has everything you need - The host communicated in perfect English, something which should not be taken for granted here. She also graciously accepted my request for a slightly earlier check-in. The location is perfect, being near to Mega Park shopping mall with a supermarket and food court. I was able to wash my clothes using the shared washing machine, and dried them inside the room on a clothes rack. Everything was super well thought out, whatever you need is provided for in the room. I whole-heartedly recommend Astoria Apartments for your stay in Almaty!

I got all the help and information I needed, the owner was reachable 24/7, speaks perfect English and made sure I feel safe and welcome. I can highly recommend the place. --

She sent us all the important check-in details and made sure we have everything necessary. The apartment is rather on the small side, but it has all the facilities that one might need (microwave, shower with complimentary goods, AC), and has enough space for two people. A good value for money! Nothing in particular.
