Stationnement dans la rue assez facile Proximité du métro Bruit du métro même si on s'y fait vite Coupure d'eau pour travaux dans l'immeuble le matin de notre départ dont nous n'avons pas été avertis mais l'hôte nous a proposé de rester plus tard pour pouvoir utiliser la douche

Supermarchés à proximité Nombreuses places de parking Tres bonne communication avec la propriétaire qui a été tres accomodante lors de notre séjour. • Valérie (9/5): Très bon séjour, appartement très bien - Nous avons très appréciés qu'Irina nous attende tardivement suite au retard de notre avion. L'appartement est vraiment très bien, très propre, calme et très facile d'accès avec le métro juste à coté (25 min pour se rendre dans le centre de Milan). Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour et le recommandons.
• POLYXENI (10/5): Perfect choice! - The apartment is excellent. It is located 3 minutes walk from the train (metro) stop that takes you to the center of Milan in 35 minutes. There is free parking on the street in front of the building. There is a lift in the building. The apartment comfortably accommodates people (it has two bedrooms - one double bed and two singles), a living room-kitchen, bathroom and balconies. It is modern, very clean, pleasant, comfortable and has full equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). The temperature inside the apartment was very good, despite the cold outside. We didn't miss anything and it will definitely be our choice again. A kitchen hood would be useful in case of cooking

• Katerina (9/5): - Πολυ ωραιο καθαρο διαμερισμα.διπλα απο τον ηλεκτρικο (σε σημειο που ισως καποιον τον ενοχλει ο θορυβος). Ανετα μενουν 4 ατομα. Εχει βασικα ειδη οπως καφε κ ζαχαρη (κ άλλα φυσικα).. Θα μπορουσε να εχει κ παντοφλες (πχ μιας χρησης). Πολυ καλη συνεννοηση κ εξυπηρετικοτατη η Irina με την οποια μιλουσαμε. Το σπιτι ειναι μακρυα απο το κεντρο (κανα 40λεπτο) αλλα η προσβαση σε αυτο ειναι πολυ ευκολη..

• Lourdes (7/5): Good - The appartment was surrounded by balconies and windows, so it had alot of natural light, there were shutters installed everywhere so it will make it easier to sleep during the day in absolute dark! The cleanliness was top grade, and location perfect- less than 5minutes to the train station! The trains might be annoying but keeping the the windows and doors closed, help to minimize the noise!

Great place, nearby the metro station, took us ca.30min to get to the center. If i need to come back to Milano, i'll stay in this place again.

• Kamil (10/5): Highly recommendable - The apartment is very well located, close to the metro, direct connection to the center of Milan. It is very comfortable, modern furnished, clean, equipped with the most important kitchen appliances needed during the trip, quiet neighborhood, close to the store, good contact with the host. A small downside is the lack of a kettle.

VConvenient for Metro into centre (could easily stay without need for a car) 2 x supermarkets in walking distance and hyper 5min drive away. Nice kitchen with good quality modern kit. Crisp fresh towels and bedding Has AC but didn't use as it was November - but heating was working well making it cozy Lift is fine, but stairs wide and safe too Good Wifi (tip use the QR code not the password) Good Shower - lots of hot water Overall A modern well fitted out 3rd floor apartment. As has been said it’s very close to the metro but you don’t notice the noise once you are used to it - not an issue. Parking in other comments is referred to as ‘good’ let’s say it’s ‘good for Milan’ it’s a busy area and while there are lots of free parking facilities they are generally all full (close to Metro station) so you will end up searching for a spot. These are not dislikes just low/no cost improvements - A chopping board would be a useful addition! A lovely oven is in the kitchen - but nothing oven-safe or gloves to cook with! Access to more cleaning products would be a plus - to help clean the kitchen A few more bin bags (and types) plus notes on what recycling goes where (lots of bins available in the court yard) but needed to spend ages figuring out which was which.

• Koraljka (9/5): Superb - Very spacious, comfortable and clean apartment, well equipped and practical. Near the metro station, with available parking just few meters from the main entrance to the building. Safe neighbourhood. During the daytime operating hours of the metro line it can be quite noisy from the train (metro is overground here), but one can get used to it.
• Omran (8/5): Very good - شقة نظيفة جدا ومريحه The thing that I did not like was the behavior of the owner of the apartment. She asked me for 15 euros during my check-in after 10:00 pm. This was not agreed upon and was not registered in Booking.

Host is very helpful and solve the problem very quick Bed in small bedroom is quite noisy. Limitation of electricity to use at the same time.
