• André (8/5): Appartement confortable à un bon prix et très bien situé - L’emplacement exceptionnel, à cinq minutes à pied de la gare de East Croydon puis à 15 minutes de Gatwick Airport et à 15 minutes de London bridge station. Il y a un problème avec le mélangeur dans les deux salles de bain, la température de l’eau varie constamment sans raison. Le petit lave-vaisselle n’est pas utilisable car il laisse des traces de savon sur la vaisselle et les couverts et une très mauvaise odeur.

Good wifi, TV worked and MOST IMPORTANTLY, when I sent a message to the property, they responded usually within minutes. Great response. No instructions within the appartment for the heating system or the rubbish recycling system. Apartment was a bit hot and turning thermostat down did not seem to work.

• Ally (8/5): - Excellent location. No issues at all accessing, everything was very prompt. Apartment itself was clean, had lots of amenities and felt very safe. We were three people and we had plenty of room. Host was also super pleasant and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend! The noise from the trains was a little jarring but honestly, not a huge issue.

• Desiree (7/5): Apartment was clean and comfortable; however, the building needed repairs. - It was near transportation, food and shops. The building also had an elevator which was really convenient. The property had issues with some type of water leak that had the carpet at the entrance soaked, with some type of machine to dry it out, when we left the machine was still there. Parts of the ceiling was ripped out, I surmised it was from the leak.

• Kemal (9/5): Comfortable space, great communication, and ideal location—highly recommend! - The location was absolutely impeccable—conveniently situated just a short walk from both bus and train stations, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. A well-stocked grocery store was also just steps away, making it easy to pick up essentials during our stay. The host was exceptionally responsive and detail-oriented, always quick to answer questions and offer helpful guidance. We did encounter a minor issue with the hot water, but the host promptly contacted the property manager and had building maintenance check the issue right away, which we truly appreciated. The self-check-in process was smooth and well-organized, making for a stress-free arrival and an overall very comfortable and enjoyable experience. One minor suggestion would be to take a look at the balcony sliding door, as it didn’t appear to lock securely—just to ensure added safety for future guests, particularly those with little ones.

• Rym (6/5): After the initial glitch… and the issues I had with the toilet and bath, te stay was good. - Location One of the baths did not flow and the toilets don’t flush properly. And above all, the host was very rude. He did not give me access to the property as and when required. To get access to the property, you needed to rely and beg some strangers in the property, because apparently the host does not have a defined arrangement with the people that could potentially give access to the main entrance into the building for the first time.

• Karen (10/5): Fantastic stay in good location - The location was fantastic, only a couple of minutes walk from the train station, shops & places to eat. The flat itself was spotless, there were plenty of towels left out & some thoughtful toiletries were left out in the shower rooms. We liked the balcony & there was some seating left out. We were running a bit late due to our train being delayed, the communication with the hosts was excellent and they were very accommodating. Nothing major within the flat to dislike, another couple of pillows would have been nice but not essential & perhaps a mattress protector on the bed as I realised there wasn't one there when we stripped the beds prior to leaving
• Jose (10/5): Perfect place - The apartment is awesome! Just a 5 min walk from the train station, just a 15 mins ride into London Bridge or Victoria, and also a 15 mins ride into Gatwick airport. Rooms are spacious, and the apartment is gorgeous, even better than what is shown in the pictures.

• John (10/5): Excellent location perfectly presented apartment will definitely be back 100% recommend - Location was absolutely perfect with train station literally 5 mins walk away and then 25 mins into London Bridge station Perfectly presented apartment, had lots of room and having the two bathrooms was great, super views from balcony, very modern and had a great washing machine which was a bonus We will definitely returning every time we come to Croydon to visit family En-suite shower took a while to drain so could do with unblocking

• Rob (10/5): Very clean modern apartment would definitely stay again - Very well located apartment . The place was very clean and was ideal for our needs . Parking can be an issue .there are multi story car parks but they are quite a walk away .
