Guest Reviews
- andrew (10/5): - Right in the middle of town parking at the door easy
- Rochelle (10/5): Friendly and helpful owner, super comfortable and lovey and clean. - Super clean and comfortable. Very quiet even though it’s right in the middle of town. No street noise. Water from shower goes everywhere in the bathroom.
- Eileen (9/5): Restful -
- sam (8/5): -
- Dunbar (9/5): - Quirky and fun. Close to the main street but really quiet.
- Julie (6/5): - Situated in the middle of town No functioning kitchen
Front door latch didn't appear very secure
- Carleen (8/5): Comfortable inside. The outside was a bit of a shock. - A bit unusual. Good overnight stay. Was hard to find.
- Mark (9/5): -
- Gavin (8/5): -
- Kay (6/5): A back shed is not an apartment. - Friendly owners. Right in town. Not what we expected.
- Richard (8/5): The only inconvenience was a wet bathroom floor when wanting to access the toilet. - The Bed was excellent for comfort and staff very helpful. No tea towel and the shower splashes all over the bathroom floor; could do with a shower curtain.
- Mel (8/5): - Very comfortable and clean. Great for overnight.
- Carmen (8/5): Basic and comfortable - great for an overnight stay -
- Aaron (10/5): Another great stay of three. Will definitely be back. - Comfortable accommodation in the centre of West Wyalong. No need to drive anywhere.
Parking for two vehicles. Nearby food shops including the Paragon Cafe at the same location.
Spotless accommodation, hot water on demand and private setting unlike standard motels.
Friendly helpful managers who catered for all our needs. Nothing.
- Francis (10/5): -
- Sally-anne (10/5): Quirky, quaint and comfortable- give Broadway Apsrtments a go! - While the building itself was old, the rooms were pristine. Tasteful, clean and warm. Crisp white sheets. Spotless bathroom. Lovely shared sitting are and kitchen where you could chat to other travellers if you wanted to. Brent was very helpful and welcoming, as was the lady in Paragon Cafe downstairs. Also great position close to restaurants and shops but still quiet at night. Not much.
- Rozzie (9/5): Superb -
- Suba (8/5): Comfortable stay. - Very clean apartment. spotless clean bathroom. Very comfortable to sleep. Very friendly host. Comfortable location to reach out for any requirements. Quiet spot.
- Nancy (3/5): Poor - Location The set up was terrible.
Nothing provided - no milk
No explanation - just took the $
Would not recommend
- Julie (9/5): Superb -
- Wendy (7/5): Tidy and clean, value for $ Bed could be bigger. - Quite location. Very clean and tidy. Had to ask for supplies. One window, so limited natural light. Bed was small for a 6’ man.
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptionally clean and tidy. Bed was very comfy. Electric blanket if needed. Outside table and chairs with an ashtray for the smokers. No keys were needed as pin code provided to unlock door. Does not look like much from the outside but when you walk through the door you get that wow factor. Most definitely will stay again.
- Gail (7/5): This was a CCC stay - Cosy, Comfortable and Clean. - Did not have breakfast here
- Stella (7/5): Good stopver - Comfortable bed and comfortable armchairs Very little provision for preparing food. No toaster.
- Rosanna (4/5): unfortunately certain aspects of the accomodation did not meet expectations - the proximity to the main street. The bed was comfortable. Too cold in the bedroom when airconditioner on making it impossible to sleep; step up to bathroom injured my husband- very dangerous tripping hazard;open shower was a slippery hazard and created puddles near toilet/basin; no closet for hanging clothes;no toaster; very noisy fridge kept me up for hours
- Aaron (10/5): Exceptional - Comfy. Clean and in the centre of town. Welcoming property managers. Helpful and friendly .
- Pride (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (5/5): Disappointing we have stayed at one of the other apartments in the facility and could not fault it. - Central to town, Off street parking . Lack of a sharp knife in kitchenette, shortage of cutlery ( only 1 knife and1 dessert spoon.). Apartment is just a lined shed or garage and is too hot - even with the aircon running at high. Door is difficult to lock.
- Daniella (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Superb - a little hard to find but a hidden gem nothing
- Heather (9/5): Travelling from Melbourne to Armidale this was the perfect half way stop. - The location was perfect, the facilities were top grade the bed was so comfortable, we will definitely return. Nothing this was perfect in every sense.
- Neil (8/5): Very good - location great. Didn't require Breakfast Lack of natural light
- Debra (6/5): Very disappointed and certainly not value for money. - The bed. Very clean. No outward window. No place to sit but in a hallway. The cost - if I had seen it before I would not have stayed. I felt I was in a cupboard - a large cupboard.
- Aaron (10/5): The broadway apartment at West Wyalong was wonderful as were the friendly people. - Everything was nice. Bed and bedding were excellent quality, soft, clean, warm. Bathroom very nice as well as kitchen. Everything was spotless clean. Very professional finish inside and no expense spared. Walk access to the centre of town and all facilities and places to eat. While the bathroom is immaculate there could be a few more racks or hang spots like behind the door for coat hangers or clean clothes. Even a stool adjacent the sink for sitting things on. A small awning, 3m wide and 2m deep over the entrance would be a bonus for rainy or sunny days. The concrete slab at the entrance could be turned into a shaded privacy area with some plants and an outside table.
- Judith (3/5): Poor - Location Very cold place.
- Patricia (8/5): Never judge a book by its cover. - The look on my husband’s face was priceless when we first saw it. under his breath he grumbled, but how delightful, to walk into a gorgeous little space with all we needed for the night. Floor in the shower got wet, but, nothing the towels couldn’t handle. Maybe, a couple of extra towels or a mop?
- Lynchy1962 (10/5): Exceptional - Great room, comfortable bed and hot shower. The hosts had the heater on and the electric blankets hot when we arrived. Fabulous stay, fabulous hosts. Highly recommended. Nothing at all. 😁
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trudy (8/5): Very good - Perfect for a stop over. Made to feel welcome and hostess was extremely helpful. Heater and electric blanket turned on as it was a cold night and we arrived later in evening. Bed comfortable. Very clean and fresh. 🤷♀️
- Kevin (7/5): Good -
- Ros (8/5): Very good - Excellent service from Tonia. She explained everything to us and was very welcoming. It would have been helpful to have a mop for the bathroom floor. Otherwise everything was great.
- Brian (6/5): Won’t go back - Crap Part box of cereal, no coffee sachets, hardly any toilet paper
- Peter (10/5): A wonderfully centrally located apartment. Wonderful owners. - Central location and quietness.
- Graeme (5/5): Confusing and hard to find - This was very hard no sign in broadway name. Strange set up and felt like it was not a good fit for my travels. But bed was comfortable and that was good Signage to property.towels very hard unable to use. Had to leave before 7am as water was cut off.my choice but I can’t recommend this as a good choice
- Joanne (8/5): Very good -
- Shane (10/5): Brent our host was amazing, bed was super comfy and the location is perfect, will stay again - Host, location, super comfy bed
- Kylie (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (8/5): Very good - Looked new, fully equipped No windows so a bit claustrophobic
- Adam (9/5): Superb -
- Reinoud (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trevor (8/5): Very good -
- Mary (6/5): Disappointed!! - Bed was comfortable Dirty cleaning rag left in kitchen, 1L milk bottle left in fridge past the use by date, stained tea towel in the cupboard, no dessert spoons available to eat breakfast cereal.
- John (7/5): Good -
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Anne (9/5): Superb - No breakfast available The TV being in the bedroom - it would have been nice to have a small one in the kitchen where you would have a chair and table and not have to sit on the bed.
- Ian (4/5): Would not stay there again - Had to wait for half an hour on arrival for the keys. The apartment and entrance are at the rear of a main street cafe, accessed from an unlit laneway and the apartment only has high level windows and no comfortable sitting area so a one night stay is the most that you would want. Only one fork and large spoon in the cutlery selection. It rained overnight and was almost impossible to avoid getting the floor wet from the soaked area outside the door. Happy to leave.
- Randall (4/5): Disappointing - Poor customer service. Booking cancelled in last 24 hrs. We were given a sub-standard replacement at an expensive $142
- Brent (10/5): Exceptional -
