- Serge (10/5): Un séjour très très agréable - Tout. La qualité de l’espace et des installations, le confort, le calme et cerise sur le gâteau, 2 cabinets de toilette un peu à la japonaise. Un appartement entier à soi. Rien. À noter que la machine à laver est dans le hall commun aux appartements.

- ILIA (10/5): Комфортный вариант в Гюмри - Большая чистая квартира, недалеко от центра города. Две спальни, 4 кровати, ТВ зона в гостиной , два санузла, зимой есть отопление, хозяин солидный и доброжелательный господин. Хорошая цена в районе 40$ в сутки для марта 2026

- cecile (10/5): Super appartement - Appartement très bien équipé, propre, neuf, bien agencé. A 10 min a pied du centre. Le propriétaire est sympathique et arrangeant. Il est très serviable. Le seul point négatif c’est le bruit de la rue, a cause des chiens qui sont un peu dérangeant. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation.

- Chant (3/5): Great minus the no sleeping. - clean. new. NO A/C. Huge deal breaker. we had to sleep with the windows and doors open, which made it impossible to get a good nights sleep. Between the traffic and the dogs barking all night, none of us could sleep.
