- Tiago (6/5): É bem simples. - A higienização das roupas de cama é ineficiente. Tem cheiro de usado. Nao tem isolamento acústico, é uma contrução de steelframe. A localização é boa e o estacionamento. É um lugar de passagem.
- Pedro Henrique Nascimento (7/5): É bom pra dormir, tomar banho, fazer um macarrão e visitar o centro. - Localização, conforto das camas, ar condicionado, geladeira grande. Precisa de um pouco de manutenção: a haste pneumática do armário está avariada, talheres quebrados, porta do freezer da geladeira quebrada, box do chuveiro vazando água para o resto do banheiro, e o banheiro inundou por infiltração durante uma chuva excepcionalmente forte que aconteceu.
