• Irina (9/5): Хорошее место расположение, вид на море. Нам все понравилось. - Хозян встретил нас ночью в аэропорту за умеренную плату и заселил нас. Сразу все показал и рассказал. Так же был на связи все время прибывания. Так же оказывал всяческую помощ. Подделать одну балконную дверь. Она с трудом закрывалась, но это ни как не повлияло на хорошее впечетление.

• Catalin (7/5): Nice seaview apartment, but it's needed some improvements - We had a nice stay at this apartment in Durrës! The location was absolutely unbeatable - just short walking from the beach, which was perfect for our daily swims. We also enjoyed waking up to a beautiful sea view each morning. The apartment itself was comfortable with AC. Another big plus was the surrounding area. There were a lot of restaurants and shops right around, so we never had to go far for a delicious meal or any essentials we might have forgotten. The host was very open and helped us with another key. The apartment had a fantastic layout and offered a lot of space, which is why it's such a shame to rate it lower. Unfortunately, there were several issues that detracted from the overall experience. Bathrooms: The bathroom doors wouldn't close properly, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the drain system seemed sluggish, requiring extra patience during showers. Kitchen Woes: The lack of a coffee machine was a surprising omission, especially for a vacation rental. The gas cooker felt very basic and could benefit from an upgrade. The AC unit lacked a proper recipient for collected water, leading to occasional drips. Minor Inconveniences: We encountered a few small ants inside the apartment, and some of the bed pillows were a bit uncomfortable. There were also a few other minor issues that could be addressed. Despite these problems, the apartment has tremendous potential. With some improvements, it could be a fantastic place to stay. I would consider returning if the necessary upgrades were made.
• Abdur (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent host always willing to help. Allowed us to stay longer as our flight was in the evening. The host went an extra mile to ensure that our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Good location with a view of the sea from our balcony,although the sea was on the opposite behind the apartments. Thank you, Denis It was a two-bedroom apartment with only one shower room but had two toilets. Would have preferred if there were two bathrooms. Besides that, it was a good apartment in a good location and close to all amenities.
• Nikola (8/5): Good value for money - Great view from balcony. Confortable two bedroom apartment. Clean bedrooms. Super plesant, kind and comunicative host. Toalets, especially the small one. Toalet shell sink licked in the plastic box, when it got full it licked on the floor. I could not notice that from start, where is that water coming from. When I saw, we stoped using it. The big one was ok, but it needs renowation as well. Whole apartment had some moisture issue in the past, but it was dry now and covered with paint, it was ok.
• Semi (10/5): DREAM COME TRUE!! - DREAM!! The best stay ever, the best host ever!! This amazing appartment was dream come true. Spotless cleaninless, few steps away from beach, breathtaking view, comfort, give'd to us the vacation we will forever remember. And the host - Denis, so so kind, polite, noble, was allways there for every question we have'd. He even gived us late check out for free, did'nt wanted to hear from us to pay for it (we offered to pay, offcourse). A lot of markets, stores, restaurants, coffee shops, all in a minute walk. And in the appartment, Denis thought about everything. There is a 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, beautiful grande balcony, best view ever, AC, smart TV, oven, refrigerator, washing mashine, hair dryer, iron, plates, cups, even a baking oil, phone charger, bateries for remote, a million amenities for children... Will need all day to mention every little thing this appartment offers you. You have leterally everything you need. Thank you Denis for being perfect host. Kindest regards Nothing

• Olga (10/5): Great holiday home - Everything was great. The apartment as in the photos (a but more tired, but still nice and comfy). The owner is just amazing. I was staying farther long, so he brought additional kitchen appliances, so I can cook. At the end he even drove me to the bus station. Internet wasn’t that great. For a holiday home it’s not important, but if you need to work, it matters.
• Grzegorz (9/5): Superb - The host Denis was very helpful. Lift in the building. Main street with varieties of restaurants and shops. Close to the beach. Air conditioning only in the living room but efficient enough to cool bedrooms with doors open. Big bathroom and separate toilet. Balcony with a sea view. The building itself still needs some finishing but I it's not a big issue as you do not walk around it so much.
