The apartment is beautiful, very well equipped, and had everything we needed, especially a great selection of tea and coffee. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the keyless card entry system was very convenient and easy to use. The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance, and the recommended parking garage worked perfectly for us. A special thanks to Smajila, who was incredibly kind and helpful, gave us useful local tips, and was always quick to assist whenever we needed anything. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Sogar Hygieneartikel standen zur Verfügung, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage ist hervorragend: sehr zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und die Baščaršija ist nur 2–3 Minuten entfernt. Dadurch konnte man die Stadt perfekt erkunden und die Atmosphäre genießen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Man wurde jederzeit herzlich empfangen und hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Deshalb war es uns besonders wichtig, ein sauberes Apartment zu finden und es war genauso sauber und schön wie beschrieben 😊 Die Lage ist wirklich top: Man kommt aus der Tür und ist direkt bei einer Sehenswürdigkeit sowie mitten in der Innenstadt. Besser geht es kaum! Die Besitzerin Smajila war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie hat uns tolle Sightseeing- und Restauranttipps gegeben und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir standen die ganze Zeit in Kontakt und haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen 😊

• Valentina (10/5): Шикарная локация и прекрасные апартаменты - Прекрасные апартаменты с гостиной и спальней, расположение в самом центре города, очень чисто. Есть всё, что нужно: кухонная утварь и техника. Очень удобно, что есть стиральная машина и сушилка в общей зоне, которой можно пользоваться в любое время. Очень приятная хозяйка, всё показала, дала советы по ближайшим местам. Нам была предоставлена детская кроватка. Мы прекрасно провели время! Шикарная локация имеет свою цену: в данном случае это трамваи и автомобмли без глушителей под окнами, т.к. окна выходят на оживлённую улицу. Стеклопакеты хорошие, но и они не спасают на 100%. В санузле было холодно, не хватает тёплого пола или работающего полотенцесушителя (подозреваю, что мы остановились когда отопление уже отключили). Мы путешествовали с ребенком и приходилось каждый раз затаскивать коляску на 2 этаж по крутой лестнице, во дворе или внутри припарковать было негде. Этого не было понятно из фотографий, так что оказалось для нас неприятной неожиданнностью.

• Goossens (9/5): Uitstekend - De locatie Eigenlijk niets. Het enig puntje als je met 3 bent is dat je de zetel voor de tv kwijt bent in de apparte ruimte voor tv te kijken. Onze zoon gebruikte deze als bed om te slapen. Met zijn 2 zul je dit wel niet voor hebben.

Die Besitzerin ist total nett und hilfsbereit, sie hat uns mega viele Informationen zu Sarajevo gegeben und auch Links mitgeschickt. • Javeed (10/5): A home away from home - This was by far our best stay in the Balkans. The apartment (1A) justified the "premium" name—spacious, airy, and thoughtfully equipped with all the comforts of home. The fully equipped kitchen, high-quality bath products (Dove & Nivea), an abundance of towels, and access to a shared washer and dryer made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. The location is outstanding—just minutes from Baščaršija and directly opposite the Eternal Flame on Maršala Tita street. You’ll find everything you need close by, including two excellent bakeries (Mlinar and Fine Food across the street) and an AMKO grocery store a short walk away. A special mention to Ms. Smaljia, the owner, whose communication was always prompt and helpful. She provided a wealth of local information that truly enhanced our experience. It felt like a home away from home—and with everything included, it also offered exceptional value for money. Without a doubt, this will be our first choice whenever we return to Sarajevo.

• Dimitri (10/5): Idéal pour un séjour à Sarajevo - Superbe appartement, localisé à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville historique. Le lieu est calme, sécurisé, moderne, très bien équipé. Chauffage/Climatisation fonctionnels. De nombreux magasins à proximité (boulangerie, épicerie, ..). Je ne vois pas trop ce qui manque à ce logement. L'hôte donne de très nombreux conseils et fournit des instructions quelques jours avant. Très professionnel, très efficace. Il convient de noter que seul le paiement en espèces est possible. Il convient de noter aussi que le logement ne dispose pas de parking en propre. En cas de voiture à garer, il faut donc chercher un parking à proximité, payant (nous avons payé 20€/jour). L'hôte nous a transmis une sélection de parking avant notre arrivée.

First of all, Muhamed came to pick us up from the airport at late night after we had a huge delay. we appreciated that! The apartment was also perfect. The hosts thought of everything , we had everything we needed. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The host Smajila was very kind. She sent us all the needed information via WhatsApp. The contact with her was also nice. She also arranged a taxi for us the morning we had to leave to the airport. • Armina (10/5): Helt fantastiskt. Om vi återvänder til Sarajevo bor vi definitivt här. - Vi har inga ord! Detta boende var så himla mysigt och hemtrevligt. Värden är den trevligaste vi mött, med varmt och professionellt bemötande som är mån om sina gäster. Lägenheten var perfekt för oss (2 vuxna och 2 barn). Ett rymligt sovrum till oss och en väldigt stor bäddsoffa. Vi nyttjade 1/2 bäddsoffor. Värden satte upp en bäddad babysäng åt oss som fick plats i sovrummet. Rent och fräscht. Rymlig lägenhet. Utsikt till Eternal Flame var mysigt och närheten till Bascarsija värdesattes.

• Grace (10/5): Amazing experience! - Wonderful experience from the moment we arrived! Smajila is truly the best host we have ever had while traveling. Not only was she so kind and informative, but she offered many local restaurant recommendations which we LOVED and helped book us a taxi to the bus station very early in the morning on the day of our departure. Communication was easy through WhatsApp and she always responded so quickly. She truly went above and beyond our expectations! The location is perfect--right next to the Eternal Flame Memorial and only a short walk into Old Town. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were both clean, and we even had the opportunity to do laundry during our stay which was a lifesaver as we were traveling in Europe for two weeks. If you come to Sarajevo, which you must, you have to stay here! Nothing, it was fantastic in every way!

• Georgios (10/5): - The apartment is excellent, looks better than the pictures, brand new and has everything that one needs. Hosts are very responsive, polite and go beyond their deeds. We experienced a water cut in the building due to maintenance reasons and the hostess provided us with water bottles. Bed and sofa bed are very comfortable, A/C works perfectly, and there are all the amenities. We will definitely go back, as the city has so many things to offer, great culture and history. There is noise from the tram line. If you are a light sleeper, you may need to know that. I am a light sleeper and after a while this wasn't a problem to me.

• Igor (10/5): Izvanredno iskustvo koje ćemo pamtiti - Apartman je bio izvanredan – besprijekorno čist, moderan i izuzetno udoban. Lokacija je savršena, na dohvat ruke svim glavnim atrakcijama Sarajeva, a s druge strane nije bilo bucno. Domaćin je bio izuzetno ljubazan i susretljiv, komunikacija brza i jednostavna. Kreveti su udobni, kuhinja potpuno opremljena, zastori odlicni za prigusenje jutarnjeg svjetla. Sve je puno bolje nwgo na slikama. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće i sigurno ćemo se vratiti. Iskreno, ništa – sve nam se svidjelo i nadmašilo je naša očekivanja.

Everything was spotless, with a good kitchenette. The hosts gave plenty of recommendation and the AC cooled the room well. Everything was great.

She explained everything thoroughly and even sent tips and nice spots to visit on WhatsApp. If anything was needed she fixed it during the day. Her English was very good and easy to understand. Everything was clean and tidy. Everything you need from washing machine to kitchen utensils was offered. The spot was smack dab in the middle of Sarajevo. Strongly recommend this place.

Excellent location just a 5-minute walk into the Old Town and close to many restaurants, grocery stores and other shops. Super comfortable bed with plush covers and choice of pillows. Excellent overhead rain shower with strong pressure, lots of hot water and a free-flowing drain. Plenty of space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries. The washing machine was great, with many cycle and temperature choices — and it also dries the clothes! Lots of light, convenient electrical plug locations for charging devices, strong wifi. Very easy check-in and great communication via WhatsApp before and during our stay, with lots of information provided and recommendations given. Smajila is the perfect host! Can’t say enough good things about this wonderful apartment. We enjoyed our stay, would definitely book again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.
