• Matthias (10/5): Pilsen in erstklassiger Lage genießen! - Die Apartments sind top ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr bequem und selbst auf den Schlafsofas schläft es sich wirklich gut. Das beste an der Unterkunft ist aber die Top-Top-Top-Lage direkt in der Innenstadt. Es ist alles in Pilsen fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 7 Männern in zwei Apartments und fanden den Aufenthalt in Pilsen großartig! Der Stöpsel der Badewanne im Apartment 2 hat das Wasser leider nicht gehalten.

• Marek (7/5): Byli jsme zde jako 4 členná rodina. Krásný apartmán v dobré lokalitě. Jen spaní není úplně vhodne vyřešeno. Ložnice není - Kuchyně, vybavení, lokalita Nekvalitní spaní na rozložené rozvrzané sedačce. Okraje nepohodlné ostré až nebezpečné.

• Sergey (7/5): - Great location, smooth check in process, nice visual style, snacks Sofa is really not suitable for sleeping - one should not expect much from the sofa, but this was not particularly good. Minor thing - there's no holder for the toilet paper. Minor other thing - we noticed that the heating was maxed out without an easy way to turn it down. Probably, something is slightly off there.

• Robin (8/5): - Je to příjemné, útulné a vše bylo komfortní a pobyt tam byl opravdu skvělý V plánu byla trochu v rámci pobytu i společná koupel s partnerkou, ale Váš odtok se nedá zaspuntovat a odteka voda, I když to chce člověk jen trochu naplnit... Jeden z velikých důvodů, proč jsem volil právě toto ubytování měla být právě vana... Tak to byla jediná škoda, co nevyšla...

• Bláha (10/5): - Interiér super . Měli jsme problém dostat se do apartmánů, na paní majitelku jsme čekali 45 minut.

• Iveta (2/5): Před hotelem byl ošklivý nepořádek roztahaný toaleťák. - Bohužel, telefonicky jsme byly dohodnuté, že pošlou smsku s kody ke dveřím, a že přijedeme pozdě. Já už jsem poté řídila v provozu. Mrkla jsem, že kody přišly. A dlouhý text jsem při řízení nečetla. Vzhledem k telefonické domluvě, jsem neočekávala problém. po příjezdu jsme se do ubytování nedostali. A museli jsme si po neúspěšné hodině času zaplatit jiný hotel. V smsce bylo, že kody platí pouze do půlnoci. Reklamaci nám nechtěli uznat, protože to prý bylo v smsce napsané. A noc jsme i tak museli zaplatit. noc za necelé 4 tisíce, koupelna neobsahuje fén a sprchové mýdlo. za celý týden nám nevynesly koše, které přetékaly.

• Hana (9/5): VELMI ŠPATNA KOMUNIKACE S PROVOZOVATELEM. Zmatečnost při obdržení kodu do apartmanu. - vse je řešeno na dálku. Email prišel od pension city ale ubytovani jsme byli ve vedlejsím domě v Aparmanech Rangifer. kod zaslaný na vstupní dveře fungoval do pension city, ale uz ne v apartmanech. Snazili jsme se dostat do pokoju, ve kterých jsme nebydleli. Když jsme to už vzdali, tak si dcera všimla, že vedle Pension City jsou Apartmany Rangifer a tam už vše fungovalo jak mělo. Když jsme se snažili dovolat nekomu, kdo by nám poradil jak se dostat do apartmanu NIKDO NEBRAL TELEFON ANI NEZAVOLAL ZPĚT.
• Adéla (3/5): - Při příjezdu na apartmán byly dveře dokořán a nebyl apartmán uklizený po předešlých návštěvnících. Naštěstí paní na telefonické lince situaci vyřešila a úklid byl zajištěn. Rozkládací gauč je velmi nepohodlný na spaní.

• Jarmilinka (10/5): - Uklizeno , příjemně vytopeno.Skvělá lokalita. Moc se nám zde líbilo.Na požádání zapůjčeny větší hrníčky. Odemykání kódem , vynikající volba. Hodil by se odkládací prostor ,toho je málo.

• ZP (3/5): - Lokalita. Příjemný personál. Nepohodlné matrace. Odhlučnění mezi patry hrůza. Na TV není vidět z postele. Technické nedostatky (odlupující se tapety, odpadlé lišty podlahy). Schody do patra pro horolezce.
• Frühauf (9/5): Vše bylo skvělé. - Prostorný ulizený apartmán. Vše čisté. Příjemné místo v centru. Historické okolí. Skvělá vana v koupelně. Chyběla přítomnost papíru,qr kódu, nebo cedulky se snadným připojením k wifi.

• Kathrin (8/5): Toller Aufenthalt in Pilsen in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft. - Sehr schönes Apartment am Rande der Altstadt. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Kommunikation und Abwicklung über eine App, hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Preisgünstiges Parkhaus gleich ums Eck. Alles läuft über eine App ohne Personal.

• Dániel (4/5): negatív élmény - elhelyezkedés, parkolóház a közelben. a Pokoj nevű szobában az ágy nagyon kényelmes. alig tudtunk bejutni, mert a kódunk kinyitotta a szomszéd épületet is és tévedésből oda mentünk be először. felhívni nem lehetett őket hosszú percekig és mikor végre felvették, nem beszéltek angolul csak minimálisan. kiderült , hogy rossz épületben vagyunk (akkor miért nyitotta ki a kódunk az épületet??) a szobánk az érkezéskor koszos volt (a wc, az ágy, minden). (legfelső emeleti szoba Pokoj néven fut) nincs hajszárító, nincs egy szekrény a cuccainknak, a kádban a dugó hiányzik, van egy terasz rész, ami totál mocskos, rendesen nem mersz kimenni, olyan koszos.

• Birte (8/5): Für zwei Nächste war es gut - Die Lage war sehr gut und das Apartment hübsch eingerichtete. Die Adresse, die uns genannt wurde, war nicht vollständig, so dass wir mit schwerem Gepäck noch einmal weiterziehen mussten, um die richtige Unterkunft zu finden. Die Dachterrasse war ziemlich schmutzig und voller Taubenkot. Zum Apartment führt eine sehr steile Treppe, die mit schwerem Gepäck nicht leicht zu erklimmen ist.

• Cas (9/5): - Lokatie is super. Hele leuke stad. Veel muziek en gezelligheid. Er is helaas geen parkeergelegenheid bij de accommodatie, maar wel iets verderop voor ongeveer 4 euro p dag.
• IVAN (1/5): - Ничего Грубый персонал, абсолютно устраняются от решения проблем. Они просто не отвечают. Номер находится под крышей с маленькими окнами. В номере находится очень неприятно, так как головой упираешься в потолок и чувствуешь себя погребенным в склепе. Возникают тревожные чувства. Кровать неудобная, не выспишься. Ванной пользоваться проблематично, мало места. Нет фена. Унитаз был сломан и пользоваться было затруднительно. Никому не рекомендую, в описании отеля неправда.

Breakfast was in basement, they have a delicious caffe from professional cafe machine. But in the accommodation was so cold and in day, where we arrive water was cold too, second day everything was ok (I guess,no guests before us).

• Dan (7/5): Enchanting Room in 17th Century Building - It is in a 17th century building with a 14th century basement (where breakfast is served). It is attractive and comfortable. ZERO COMMUNICATION. They never answered a single question sent in messages or on WhatsApp and they rejected my phone calls when I came to check in. I randomly found out that I had to check in at Pension City. The address was vague (they gave only the street name). The room was smaller than I expected. It is basically one room with a bathroom and a kitchen in a cubby hole. I could hear every person who entered the building at night. There were many spiders and cobwebs in the room and the floor was not clean. There was no iron.
• Algis (8/5): Very good - The location was great for us. Not far from the station. Very close to the old town and it's oldest bars and close to the Plzner Urquell brewery. . We appreciated the TV, fridge and the kettle. It was very clean. Good air conditioning. I didn't like the fact the room was in the loft. I banged my head on the ceiling a few times and the stairs up to the room and the door were a bit scary for two people in their sixties. There was a lot of building work going on - downstairs and next door - and it started before 8am both mornings we were there. The shower being just an extension of the bath taps made it a bit awkward.

• Мирослава (4/5): Disappointed - The location We are very disappointed. When we arrived in the evening there were no sheets for the third person. That was the first time I called the host.. TV was not working. Unfortunately the weather was bad, 9-12 degrees, and it was cold inside during our stay because they turned the heating off and the apartment is on the ground floor. The room is nice but the kitchen is old and very small, there is only a fridge and a microwave oven in it. The bathroom, which is under the staircase is very old, too and unpractical. No litter bin. No soap.
