- Niklas (7/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Auch eine gut ausgestattete Küche sowie ein Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Ich durfte lange Zeit vor der Türe warten, obwohl ich kurz zuvor noch mit dem Besitzer geschrieben habe. Ich habe den Besitzer auch nie kennengelernt und musste bei der Reinigungskraft bezahlen.

- Torres Sánchez (2/5): Triste - La ubicación, pero realmente no lo pudimos tomar porque no nos gustó. El baño está remodelado, lo cual se agradece. Las cortinas no funcionaban y estaban rasgadas en mal estado, así como el techo. Son varias habitaciones, hay unas lindas (la de la foto) y las otras no tanto. No hay ascensor y la infraestructura del edificio no es bonita, parece viejo. Además, tuve un inconveniente con mi chaqueta, la dejé en el lugar y cuando regresé por ella las personas encargadas de la recepción y el aseo no me dieron razón... perdí mi chaqueta en ese lugar y ni siquiera pasamos la noche.

- Laura (6/5): Modesto apartamento buena relación calidad-precio - Estaba bien ocupado, se podía cocinar con los implementos que tenía. Adicional, es una un ubicación muy central. La fachada y la entrada no se ven muy residenciales y además tiene mucha humedad, se sentía un poco incómodo. Además, se escucha absolutamente todo de los demás apartamentos.

No recomiendo el lugar para pasar en familia, no es el sitio y menos si llevas niños. Adicional a la seguridad de la puerta de la habitación, se escucha demasiado el ruido de las demás habitaciónes, esta situación se da porque no hay personal en La noche para que controle. No debe llamarse hotel, es más un lugar de paso para una sola noche. No haberme sentido segura.

- Maria Camila (10/5): Excelente relación calidad/precio/comodidades. - La encargada super amable, nos permitió hacer el check-in temprano (como a las 9am) ya que la habitación estaba libre, estaba impecable, enserio todo estaba demasiado limpio, el apto es más grande de lo que se aprecia en las fotos y para pareja es ideal. La ubicación era muy buena para los lugares que queríamos conocer. La seguridad al entrar era buena (3 puertas), la cocina y la habitación tenía todas las comodidades, bien dotada, la cama era cómoda y las almohadas también, las cobijas y toallas en muy buen estado. Objetivamente si hay ruido al ser una calle principal, pero la ventana amortigua muy bien el sonido al tener doble vidrio y adicional, nos dieron tapones para oídos (que no necesitamos).

- Morote0398 (1/5): Parqueadero y ruido muy desfavorables - El ruido excesivo en las noches no permitía conciliar el sueño, uno se despierta muchas veces por el ruido de las motos y buses. Además, al inicio te dicen que hay parqueadero por 20mil la noche sin ninguna otra aclaración, por lo que, de acuerdo a eso, cuando fui a pagar el parqueo de dos noches, me cobraron 80 mil, todo por una aclaración que no da el anfitrión.

- Aryane Aparecida (7/5): Nada demais - A cama é confortável, roupas de cama e toalhas boas, a tv é smart, tem geladeira nova, fogão e poucos utensílios para cozinhar o básico. Não achei a localização vantajosa como várias pessoas avaliaram no Booking, porque não está nem perto do centro e nem da zona boêmia da cidade. Ruas à noite escuras e desertas e sujas. O chuveiro não esquenta direito, tem que quase fechar para sair água quente e mesmo assim oscila entre água quente e fria. As janelas não tem travas, estavam trincadas e é possível ter fácil acesso de terceiros através das janelas, achei perigoso.
