Расположение отличное: рядом с пляжем, остановки общественного транспорта, рестораны, магазинчики - все очень близко, все способствует отдыху и расслаблению! Заезд дистанционный, хозяин прислал все данные в день заезда. В квартире есть все необходимое, в том числе стиральная машина и гель для стирки, везде висят подробные инструкции по использованию техники и правилам проживания, это очень удобно. Нам все очень понравилось!

• Ailyn (10/5): Excellent ✨ - Everything. Very aesthetic we like the room so clean smell fresh. Very near to the attraction like the blueline park sky capsule, busan x the sky and the club d’ oasis. Definitely recommend. Maybe put a stand mirror or whole body mirror for the outfit check 🤭

• Andrei (10/5): - Жили тут 5 дней — нас очень понравилось! Жили на 5(4) этаже — тут нет лифта и лестницы. Вместо лестниц горка с небольшим наклоном. Было удобно поднимать чемоданы и спокойно подниматься и спускаться. Плюс пока поднимаешься смотришь на море. В номере всего достаточно, также есть небольшой сюрприз от хозяина апартаментов. На проекторе смотрели фильмы, пользовались стиральной машиной. Есть фильтр для воды — всегда можно попить воду, не обязательно было покупать. И если едите зимой — в ванне есть печка, которая быстро согревает комнату. Не всегда хотелось выходить из номера, так как окно в пол и красивый вид. Владелец всегда на связи, помог нам настроить Корейское такси, и вообще был очень доброжелательным! ———— В предыдущих комментариях читали про то, что ночью света недостаточно. Это уже починили, добавили лампочек в коридор, которые включаются автоматически. Да и в целом гуляли по окрестностям — очень спокойный и красивый район.

• NOORA (1/5): The place is very bad - The place was terrible, with no lighting, on the fifth floor, no elevator, no assistance, and no reception. I paid for two days but couldn't access my room because the password was wrong. I went to another hotel, but it was very late and freezing cold. This is the worst experience of my life. 숙소는 정말 끔찍했어요. 조명도 없고, 5층에 엘리베이터도 없고, 안내 데스크도 없고, 리셉션도 없었어요. 이틀 숙박비를 냈는데 비밀번호가 틀려서 방에 들어갈 수가 없었어요. 다른 호텔로 갔지만 너무 늦고 엄청 추웠어요. 제 인생 최악의 경험이었어요.

• Maria (9/5): Busan is good - Das Wichtigste zuerst, das Gebäude sieht gruselig aus, jedoch überrascht das Appartement in Gänze. Also lasst euch nicht abschrecken! Das Appartement ist modern, liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben sogar ein Begrüßungsgeschenk bekommen. Vielen Dank für ein paar sehr schöne und aussergewöhnliche Tage 😀 Die Unterkunft ist 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und der Blue Park mit den Capsules ist um die Ecke 👍🏽

• sarah (7/5): - Location, decor, netflix, host very helpful and thoughtful with wet wipes etc and everything labelled and with English translation. Shower was either too cold or too hot. There was a patterned cushioned sheet on bed which was uncomfortable, but we worked with it. Outside of building.
• Cornelia (10/5): Made us fall in love with Busan 😍 - Die Lage war unschlagbar! 😍 Eine sehr tolle Gegend nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt, umgeben von unzähligen netten Restaurants! Die eine Stunde Fahrzeit vom Stadtzentrum zahlt sich auf jeden Fall aus! Würde sehr empfehlen dort mehr als 2 Nächte zu bleiben! Es gibt in der Gegend SO VIEL ZU SEHEN UND ZU ESSEN! 😋 Mit dem Bus (Nr.100) sind auch die umliegenden Strände, Temple und Fischmärkte sehr sehr gut erreichbar. 🚌 Die Aussicht und die Einrichtung des Apartments sind einfach nur toll! Auch wenn die Lichter in der Nacht leider immer leicht leuchten ist alles total stimmig, gemütlich und sehr schön gemacht. Der Ausblick auf die Wolkenkratzer aber gleichzeitig auch auf den Strand und das Meer sind eine einzigartige Kombination! 🌃🌄 Wir waren zuerst traurig weil Regen für unseren Trip nach Busan angesagt war, doch sogar bei nur mäßigem Wetter ist es dort super schön! 😍 Wir haben es sehr bereut, dass wir nur so kurz dort waren und planen diese Unterkunft jetzt schon für einen langen Aufenthalt in Zukunft ein 😁😁 Nichts. Alles war super toll! 😍 Einziger klitzekleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre es, die Betten auf die andere Seite des Zimmers zu stellen weil die Klimaanlage auf niedrigster Stufe doch recht stark direkt aufs Bett bläst 🙊

• Danielle (10/5): Perfect spot to discover Busan - Excellent location with amazing view. Our host was incredibly helpful, hospitable and responsive. It was a great introduction to Busan - close to everything but surprisingly quiet in the apartment and very private. The uber driver had trouble finding it from the address, but luckily our host's instructions and photos were perfect and enabled us to find it.
• Jin (7/5): Location is incredible, building is a bit old. - - The location is incredible - as you are right at the destination hot spot. Views out the window is great. Lots of eateries outside, beach just a stone's throw away. Honestly, the location is the best part of this stay. You can easily go for a morning run on the beach by stepping outside. - Owner is kind and quick to respond, and ready to help. - If you are visiting with the intention to tour Busan and just need a place to put your head down, this is a great option. A few things that we didn't enjoy: - It wasn't easy to find. After you find the venue, it is also not easy to find the entrance to the building - as it is on the side. Upon arrival, you have to take the walkway ramp up four flights - there is no elevator. This was tricky for us with extra luggage and a pram, but for short stays, it should be okay. - Something was biting us in the room, we felt very itchy, and one of us woke up with what seems to be a flea bite on the eye. It could well be sand fleas or something from the beach/outside - there's no way of telling. But the owner was quick to respond and very kind - came in to clean the house again for us. - The biggest issue we had was that we felt like the owner was watching your coming and going through the CCTV at the corridor. Later, I came to understand that she is checking for any additional personnel not enlisted to stay at the house, but we felt slightly violated in terms of being watched daily. She even knew exactly when we had left the building on the day that we asked for the house to be cleaned again. - The building itself is very run down. This unit is newly renovated, but the toilet is still old fashioned that you have to shower in the same toilet space. The water doesn't drain out well, so you have water in the toilet after a shower. I guess these are things that you inevitably get in an old building. The shower pressure wasn't great and the hot-and-cold temperature gauge isn't good so it can get dangerous. I burned my hand a few times on the tap even when the tap was in the center. - There are no closets to be found. We had to live out of our suitcases - placed by the door, for the duration of our stay. - We love to cook, but the kitchen utilities are too basic, doesn't have much to cook with. - Beds are a bit too soft for my personal taste.

There is a sea view from the floor to ceiling glass window in the bedroom/living room. Lots of natural light. The projector is very easy to use and hooked up to Netflix and YouTube. We stayed during winter and the underfloor heating worked well.

• Swee (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent! Walking distance to the beach and the tower X Busan. The whole apartment was comfy and clean. We are family of 3adults and one child. We love the view from the room, everything in the flat are new and clean. The host is super helpful in all ways, she is really nice and try her best to get us check in early than the actual time. There are some suggestions too! The location is right in the middle in the city but there isn’t any sign of Mipoblues shown. There is no elevator as well which really not so convenient for elderly persons to go up and down. We always came back at 11ish at night and the corridors and stairs (not stairs but alleyway) always dark which quite frightened us for the 1st time. But when we reached the door, there is an auto dim light when we re about to open the door. Anyway, we really love our stay at Momo’s place. Thank you for your warm hospitality!
