• Filip (10/5): - A perfect place with everything you need for a stay. Clean, cozy with plenty of space. Close to Old Town, close to beach/park, close to shop. Dedicated car spot. Fantastic and quick contact with the host. We loved it.

• Sandra (8/5): Rezension – Aufenthalt in Rovinj, Apartment bei Kristína & Dragana Rovinj - Die Übergabe der Wohnung war super professionell durch Kristína. Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt. Kristína ist äußerst freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt. Ein gratis und abschließbarer Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist komplett eingerichtet und sauber. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Espresso-Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln unbedingt mitbringen, da diese hier sehr teuer sind). Der Kühlschrank ist zwar schon etwas älter, funktioniert aber einwandfrei. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Wohnzimmer bietet viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und einen TV mit Prime, YouTube, Netflix und mehr. Die Betten sind komfortabel und bequem. Top Lage – Nähe zu Supermarkt, Altstadt, Hafen, Strand, Restaurants. Abends sieht man viele Menschen in festlicher Kleidung – sehr charmant. Kristína hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen, und auch bei speziellen Anliegen sofort geholfen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an Dragana, die Besitzerin der wunderschönen Wohnung. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und die liebevollen Abschiedsgeschenke. Wir nehmen wundervolle Erinnerungen mit und wünschen euch alles Gute! Tipp: Die Gastgeber waren äußerst herzlich und zuvorkommend. Als schöne Geste empfehlen wir, ein kleines Gastgeschenk mitzubringen. Etwa eine regionale Spezialität oder etwas Persönliches aus der Heimat. Es wird sehr geschätzt und trägt zu einer warmen, respektvollen Atmosphäre bei. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist stark Befahren. Mopeds, Autos, Lieferwagen – tagsüber wie abends sehr laut. Die vielen Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus sind sehr schmal, das Ein- und Aussteigen bei voller Belegung ist eine Herausforderung. Fahrräder und Surfbretter werden zusätzlich noch zwischen Haus und den Autos abgestellt. Direkt angrenzend ist der Supermarkt Tommy, dessen Lieferungen (Rollwagen etc.) sind laut hörbar. Mücken im August sind sehr aggressiv – Mückenschutz und Stecker unbedingt mitbringen, da keine Mückengitter an Fenster und Türen vorhanden sind. Nur ein Zimmer ist abdunkelbar, daher ist eine Schlafmaske ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Partyleben in der Umgebung bis in die Nacht. Für Ruhesuchende oder Familien weniger geeignet. Preistipp: Kaffee, Sonnencreme und Mückenschutz besser selbst mitbringen – hier sehr teuer.

• miguel (8/5): Great location and cozy! - The apartment was nice and centrally located. It has one AC unit in the living area leaving the bedrooms with no AC which I didn’t like. It’s very hot during summer, if you want AC you need to leave doors open which leaves you to no privacy. Beds could be more comfy, however they are not terribly uncomfortable. One thing I hope they change is having a cleaning lady at least once per week. We stayed for one week and no one cleaned the apartment or changed sheets during our stay.

• Jan (8/5): Very good - Great location. Cute place. The road was closed at the time which made on-site parking difficult but Kristina went out of her way to make sure we had an acceptable alternative which we appreciated We found the lounge was a little small for more than 2 people.

She was prompt in responding to our request. The apartment is just beside a main road leading into town. The noise from the traffic can be loud in the night.

• Jaroslav (9/5): I can recommend this apartment without hesitation! - Property was in the medium between beaches and old town. So it was easy to reach any place by foot. Property was clean. Despite the fact that the apartment is well located, the balcony has a view of the shop, as well as the garbage and sometimes you could feel an unpleasant smell. Also the kitchen lacked a hood, oven and dishwasher.
