• Oksana (10/5): - Отличная квартира в центре Хихона. В пешей доступности Океан и прекрасные парки (15-20 минут). Тихий район. Квартира очень чистая и была один раз бесплатная уборка со сменой постельного белья и полотенца (мы снимали на 2 недели). На кухне было все необходимое. В доме есть лифт, рядом бесплатная парковка, магазины. Рекомендую! Поставила бы 100 из 10!

• Alberto_alji (6/5): Buena ubicación, poco más. - La ubicación es bastante buena Existen demasiadas normas. Hay penalización por todo. 20€ por recoger las llaves desde las 20h me parece ridículo (a partir de las 22h son 50€). Si te olvidas de algo te cobran 30€ por enviarlo. No me gustó que no haya lavavajillas y ademas pocos cubiertos y vasos.

• Jose (8/5): Amplio apartamento súper tranquilo en Gijón. - Amplio súper confortable y mucha luz, lá cocina bastante espaciosa con todo lo necesario. Camas confortables y todo muy limpio. Wi fi no funciona en las habitaciones, la máquina de lavar imposible de usarla, cafetera debería cambiar a otro menos complicado. Son detalles simples que si puede mejorar.

• Gonzalo (5/5): Infame - El apartamento es amplío y está bien cuidado, para unos días cumple sin problema, es cómodo y funcional Nos retrasamos al llegar más allá de las 8pm y la persona que vino a darnos las llaves nos exigió 20 euros en efectivo como compensación. Esto me pareció más allá de penoso completamente ilegal ya que el tener que hacer un pago sin ningún tipo de tasación impositivo o recibo no responde a ningún servicio regulado. Cómo se explicó allí en el apartamento ningún trabajador de la empresa quiere ir a entregar llaves más allá de las 8pm por lo que es el usuario el que debe compensarlo dando un dinero en efectivo. El problema que tiene la empresa se soluciona no cotizando por un trabajador y pagándole lo que le deba trabajar por estar de "guardia" por decirlo de una manera, sino que se soluciona recibiendo un dinero en B que se ve forzado a entregar el huésped... Sinceramente para una gestora de viviendas turísticos "enjoy homes" o como se quiera llamar le debería dar vergüenza operar al margen de la legalidad exigiendo pagos en B a sus trabajadores porque ellos no son capaces de hacerlo por un método legal. Infame el tinglado que tienen montado
• Adonay (9/5): - El apartamento era genial, al igual que el personal, super atentos en todo momento cuadrando tanto la entrega de llaves como cualquier otra duda que surgiera. El parking aunque cuesta si das unas vueltas encuentras y quizás el pero fue el andar 15 minutos a la playa. Pero aún así es un lugar totalmente recomendable.
• Massimo (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great, the apartment is nice and spacious There’s free parking in the street around but it can be quite tricky to get a space. One of the bedrooms is right above the street, and as the apartment has no a/c, if you leave the windows open, you will hear all the noises coming from the street making it hard to sleep. Didn’t find key handing over very flexible, and if you opt for later check-in there’s an extra charge.
