• Tony (9/5): The apartment’s location is extremely convenient & only a 20 min. walk to the centre. - The apartment is a five minute walk from the train station, which is only three stops from the airport. At the train station there are many local buses. Walking to a quieter beach area was only a seven minute walk and there is a beautiful park just around the corner. A major grocery store is only a five minute walk and there are several bakeries in the area. The apartment is off the main road so it’s quiet and it’s also dark inside which helps with sleeping. The door lock code is easy to operate. The shower was excellent and lots of hot water. The stove was a little finicky as you had to be careful not to spill anything on the element while cooking and you couldn’t wipe the element while cooking as as ERROR message would appear and the stove shut down while beeping for approximately 2 minutes. The outside of the building has graffiti and there was a homeless person sleeping along side of the building. This was not a problem for us, as this can be expected in many cities. We felt totally safe in the neighbourhood.
• Aleksandra (6/5): - Location, very close to the main train station ( 3 minutes walking distance) and relatively close to the local beach and park. New furniture, well equipped basic kitchen ( cutlery, basic cooking pots etc). Overall a clean and well maintained studio flat. Comfy mattresses with mattress protectors. Same goes for pillows ( memory foam pillows). Pristine white bed linen and towels. Somebody answered my phone call on Sunday afternoon when I was not issued assess code to the property at the time specified (checking in declared at 15:00, the earliest possible). Never again - clogged shower drain, syphone or poor plumbing in the walki- in shower. - ground floor studio with the door leading directly into pavement - the need to keep curtains drown or shutters down to have some privacy - I was not issued with a code to the door at the time specified; had to contact property to get assess; two different codes were given to me; second one was the correct = a bit stressful check in - the noise of waste water running from the upstairs flats (waterfall sound effect any time someone flushed their toilets ) - annoying bleeps / chirps at one minute intervals from some control box above the main door ( electronic door lock?) - unexpected visit from two electricians and the owner of the flat to do some necessary wiring in the flat I was occupying. Post factum communication with letting agency - apparently they did not know about the works being planned during my stay. Comedy. Will I recommend this place to someone? No. Will I book it again? No.

Système de serrure électronique mal décrit. Nécessité de demander l'aide d'un voisin. Demande des preuves bancaires du dépôt de sécurité pour rembourser la caution pourtant bien débitée sur mon compte au nom d'Alojamiento. CAUTION NON REMBOURSÉE À CE JOUR.

• Anna (9/5): Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, obiekt ma wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia. - Blisko lotniska, blisko dworca, wygodne łóżka. Drzwi do łazienki skrzypiały.
• Volha (9/5): - Очень чисто, кровати удобные, Наполнение посудой (тарелки, приборы) хорошее, кондиционер работал, но шумновато, вода в душе с сильным напором. Контакт с хозяевами отличный. Единственное не хватало наличия соли, а по хорошему можно было бы оставить немного сахара, пару пакетиков чая, кофе., еще не хватало средства для мойки посуды. Мыло для рук очень скромное, мы же останавливались на неделю! Еще был примитивный малюсенькой пластиковый чайник, пришлось греть воду в ковшике на плите. Еще минус это нехватка естественного освещения в виду продолговатой формы квартиры.

• Christian (1/5): Abbruch Aufenthalt - 1. Klimaanlage vorhanden, aber kühlt den Raum nicht 2. Wasser in Dusche ging am ersten Tag nicht 3. Beides (1. und 2.) direkt am ersten Tag gemeldet, Hinweis auf Kontaktzeiten erhalten. Am nächsten Tag wurde Dusche wieder in Gang gesetzt. Klimaanlage als voll funktionsfähig beurteilt und mit Verweis auf das allgemein heiße Klima als zu akzeptieren abgetan. 4. Schimmel in der Wohnung 5. Sehr viele Obdachlose, teilweise direkt vor der Wohnungstür 6. Urlaub abgebrochen 7. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen des Vermieters für gütliche Einigung.

• August (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing experience! From the very first moment, we felt right at home. The place is super clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The room was spacious, with an incredibly comfy bed and a cozy atmosphere. The location is perfect—peaceful but still close to everything. Plus, the host was very kind and always attentive to anything we needed. We would definitely recommend it and will surely be back. A perfect 10 in every way!
