Не знаю де знаходяться номери з фото і звідки такий рейтинг, бо нас завели в закурену рецепцію, а потім хлопець повів через дорогу в наш «номер». Це було щось схоже на студентський гуртожиток. В кімнаті брудно, ліжка не застелені. Він відкрив двері і сказав щось типу «2 хвилини і все буде». Такий сервіс нас настільки вразив, що ми відмовилися і поїхали шукати інший) Машиною заїхати також незручно: дуже вузько, зупинитися ніде..

• jelena (1/5): Nismo dobili ono sto smo rezervirali - Samo lokacija,ali to nije hotel to je neka zgradica sa par soba,sobe su jako lose uradjene,osjeca se vlaga,curi voda iz wc skoljke,jako neuredno za novac koji je bio naplacen pa poslje vracen jer smo morali otkazati rezervaciju jer nismo dobili ono sto smo rezervirali i platili Nije nam se svidjelo to sto je domacin obecao da cemo dobiti sobu koju smo rezervirali,ali kada smo stigli dao nam je drugu manju sobu nama su trebala 4 kreveta,a dao nam sobu sa 2 bracna kreveta.Rezervirali smo veliki de lux apartman za 5 ljudi nazalost nismo to dobili.Dovedeni smo u neugodnu situaciju jer smk u pola noci ostali bez smjestaja morali smo ici od hotela do hotela traziti smjestaj.Bas smo se razocarali

Très bon séjour. - J’ai beaucoup aimé la localisation de l’appartement et le fait qu’il ai la restauration juste à côté. Les instructions du séjours n’était pas donné donc pas clair. Et peut être le parquet au sol, pas adapté avec des enfants en bas âge qui courre et saute partout.

We werden met drie personen in een ruimte geplaatst waar ruimte was voor drie bedden. Wc/douche ruimte erbarmelijk slecht. Dat dit op Booking staat als hotel is te gek. Foto’s niet representatief voor de werkelijkheid. Tweede kamer die we kregen was wel ruimte maar verder bagger. Toegang naar deze kamer was via de keuken!!!!!! Na 1 nacht ander hotel geboekt. Eigenaar verteld wat ik er van vond. Reactie was: ja ja. Hij weet dat het slecht is maar gaat voor het geld. Alles wat een hotel redelijkerwijs echt minimaal maar dan ook minimaal zou aan moeten voldoen dat voldeed dit hotel niet aan. Het is een middels hostel. Ik snap niet dat Booking.com dit als een hotel in haar bestand heeft opgenomen. Zeker geen drie sterren waardig. Als hosten misschien wel.

• Zul (6/5): First impression was great however in the end our moods were broken. - Convenient location, close to all the major attractions in Istanbul. Breakfast and kitchen staff was excellent. Wanted cash as payment, inconvenient. Also the staff threatened us to come back and pay again on the day of our departure from Istanbul days after our payment without checking their accounts, making us feel as though we were scammers. They had 2 whole days to check and confirm. We even sent our transaction receipt on the day of the transaction.

• Iyad (8/5): The stay was good and spacious and clean - I was given different rooms from the one I was expecting The name of the hotel/ apartment was not disclosed and people around it didn’t know it and they couldn’t direct me to it despite I was exactly next to it and I passed it several times without knowing we are in front of it.
• Cijo (8/5): Very good - I recently had the pleasure of staying at Old City Konstantine in Istanbul, and I must say, it meets all my expectations! The hotel's stunning architecture and décor perfectly blended traditional Turkish elements with art painting works. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Istanbul's historic sites, with many attractions within walking distance. The on-site restaurant served delicious Turkish cuisine. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic Istanbul experience. You can improve the morning breakfast by adding a few more items. Also need to provide toiletries if staying for more than one day.

• Plamen (1/5): Don't stay here, unless you don't have any other options - The location We book an apartment, but we were accommodated in a basement. The price for the parking was 15 euro, but they wanted me to pay 20. There was a water leak and after a day I requested to be moved to another apartment. They moved me in a house for 9 which cold, dirty, without air-conditioning and any heating. There was a smell of cat pee everywhere in the house. This was disgusting. Somehow we managed to stay two more nights. No hot water on the last day of our stay! Train is passing every 20-30 min right above our heads and it is hard to sleep.  It looks like this "hotel" was called "isil hotel" , but now it is offered as different name, probably because low rating or being banned from booking. When you arrive no signs, no info, no reception. Just a guy which want money. At the end of the stay the booking was canceled by the property as "not showed up" And I had to recice penalty payment from booking com, but I already paid in cach because they denied card payment, even though they has POS.
• Pompilio (1/5): A Nightmare Stay – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs - Nothing Our arrival at this hotel was nothing short of a disaster. After a long journey with young children, we were informed that payment could only be made in cash — a policy not disclosed during booking. Lacking Turkish currency, we were directed to a nearby restaurant to pay by card, where we were charged nearly double the agreed amount, plus an additional £16 fee for using a card. This felt like extortion, but we had no choice. The room was outdated and filthy. Over our three-night stay, it was never cleaned, and we never received fresh towels. On our final day, we discovered our iPad was missing. When we reported it, the staff dismissed our concerns, suggesting we had misplaced it. However, using location tracking, we found the iPad in a cabinet at the reception — a place we never visited. The staff then claimed it was taken by mistake, but we never had our room cleaned or received fresh towels. This hotel not only subjected us to financial exploitation but also violated our privacy. Do not stay here — it's unsafe and untrustworthy.

• Hannah (1/5): Bad - Nothing This hotel is a scam. After confirming our booking we took a taxi from the airport all the way there to find no sign of the place. We tried contacting the host he completely ignored our messages. We ended up looking for other accommodations in the middle of the night. I don't know how this establishment is on Booking.com total fraud and untrustworthy place to find in this website

• Kostadin (3/5): Avoid unless you don’t have a choice! - It is colourful and if fully renovated might be a good one to stay in. The area is really dirty and sketchy and although we didn’t have any problems I won’t recommend it for people that are easily scared. It is extremely noisy area next to train track and Mosque. It is impossible to sleep late. The room we had to stay in was extremely narrow and looked very uncomfortable for a family. We were offered another that was a bit bigger but the toilet wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed during our stay. The ceiling looked caved in and I wasn’t sure if it won’t fall on our heads. The beds had clean sheets but they themselves weren’t clean at all, covered in ancient stains. The common room smelled really strong and unpleasant.

• Jackson (10/5): A hotel with the most down-to-earth and genuine staff to make your stay that much richer. - The staff were one of a kind and thoroughly hospitable. At any given time in passing, they were always ready to enjoy a conversation with you and provide tea or coffee. Beyond just a normal hotel stay, the Konstantinei is a vibrant experience in art-covered quarters, accompanied by truly salt of the earth and refreshing staff who genuinely want to get to know you and share a bit of their own lives and stories with you. You cannot go wrong staying in this hidden gem of a place. I have no complaints about my stay, it was 10/10.
