- Michael (10/5): Portmagee Paradise lives up to its name. If you need to stay in Portmagee you should stay here! - We travelled to Portmagee to visit Skellig Michael (highly recommend) and Valentia Island (amazing and beautiful). If you are on a landing tour it is highly recommended to stay local because the roads are narrow and traffic could go sideways. We wanted a place to relax for a few days and that had a washer to catch up on clothes. Portmagee Paradise lives up to its name. It is a spacious place with plenty of room in the bedrooms and lots of public space as well. The views are amazing - water, fields and hills all from one spot. Hosts had everything ready for us when we arrived. Highly recommend. It is a short walk to town so you can leave your car at the house. It is also about 1.5 km from the Kerry Cliffs . These are not things they can fix just to be aware. The house on one side is a junk yard. Also the distance from the port is about 15 min walk however, it is a on a narrow one lane road so you need to be very aware of cars and I would caution walking at night.

- Catherine (9/5): Beautiful spotless luxury stay in stunning location ! - The property is beautiful- clean, fresh , beautifully decorated. Has everything you need - immaculately clean. Super comfy sofa - spacious kitchen bathroom spacious and spotlessly clean. Great location for exploring the area. My only thing was we found the master bed quite uncomfortable and both had broken sleep in it - this may be just us we prefer a firmer sturdier feeling bed this made noise every time we turned and mattress was very hard - that’s the only issue we had !
