• Nisreen (6/5): - The bed was comfortable and the Aircon worked well. We got a room on the ground floor as requested. The food we ordered for dinner was not too out liking inspite of requesting the spice level. In one case, wrong billing was done.

• Hitendra (10/5): Gateway to Ranthambore Tiger Preserve. - Checkin process was quick, the onsite restaurant is a hugely convenient. Restaurant served freshly prepared food for our breakfast, lunch and dinner. They helped us get tickets to afternoon safari which was a great help. We visited Ranthambore during wedding season and so there was loud music into the night. The electricity in the area was unstable but it wasn’t down for too long, I think they have backup generators which kicked in.
• Michele (9/5): Perfect solution for my safari at Rabthambhore - The facility is quite new and well maintained. Staff super supportive in booking my safari and finding a seat despite the high demand. The room was clean and comfortable. The tasty, indian breakfast was waiting for me after my safari. Only one small, small thing. I am not sure I requested to be woken up by the staff, hence it was a bit scary to hear the phone ringing. But okay, my alarm was about to ring.

La chambre est confortable, le personnel est attentionné ++ , souriant et gentil. Pour avoir fait d’autres nuits en Inde au même prix je peux vous dire que cet hôtel est vraiment top ! Pour le rapport qualité prix il n’y a rien à dire !

Als einzige Europäerin war er für mich nicht nutzbar. Als ich eine Nacht früher als geplant abreisen musste, hatte man sich geweigert, die bereits bezahlte Nacht zurück zu erstatten. Erst auf massiven Druck und Beschwerde beim Kundenservice von Booking.com kam man mir entgegen.

The property is at prime location and they arranged for the safari pickup at the hotel itself. I would highly recommend this place. The only con is that the food price (roti especially) is on a higher side

• Vicky (10/5): Comfortable stay with family - We recently enjoyed a comfortable stay at a resort in Ranthambore with our family. The accommodations were cozy and provided a relaxing atmosphere for our entire family to unwind and enjoy our time together.
• Ravinder (1/5): It could have been much better and smoother. - The location was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. I am not sure whether this is fault from Booking.com side or the resort side but I selected two room (1 for two people with breakfast and 1 for 3 people with breakfast) and at the time of my check in hotel reception said the rooms are booked for one guest per room only. I showed them the UI path I followed and it matched the price I had to pay. So it was very clear, still they denied me check in and kept me waiting for too long. After a long time, they asked me to pay 1500 and only then allowed my family to check in. Also, the pool was dirty and not maintained properly. My family wanted to enjoy to the pool but couldn’t.

Bathroom taps were also not properly working. Taps were leaking all the time. Food was not good. We asked for curd,it had ice in it.

The staff was totally non cooperative. They refused to serve breakfast post morning safari, despite assurance in the morning that breakfast will be served. Hot water was not available. His warmth, friendliness, and unwavering commitment to making our stay comfortable and unforgettable were simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived until our departure, he went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our visit was perfect. The attention to detail, the delicious meals, and the serene ambiance of the resort all exceeded our expectations. It felt like a home away from home, and we left with cherished memories.
