• Carlo (9/5): - We actually stayed at another property of the same owner and it was a great staying Modern style Newly renovated (for what we could judge) Easy to park but in the centre of the village Nothing
• Greg (9/5): Brief, but very pleasant and a 90 second walk to the early Hydra ferry. - I was only there for one night, but the room was perfect really. Nothing really.
• Ian (7/5): Central to the port - Philoxenia was very central, a 2 min walk to the port & amenities. We were given a warm welcome from The UK lady owner. There was a big terrace off both bedrooms. It was quiet. Great powerful shower. The wifi was very poor couldnt use it. Most uncomfortable old beds
• Hoa (9/5): Excellent - We got upgraded to a nicer room and really appreciate it. The property is brand new or so it seems as everything is mint inside. Simple, straightforward, modern with everything you may need for your stay - long or short, right next to the water front.

• Dionysia (9/5): Superb - The host "upgraded" us offering a newer room in front of the sea. Great room, super comfortable and suitable for families or bigger group as well. The highlight was the small yard in front of the room where we could enjoy the view of the sea just across the road. Highly recommended.

It's run by a very organized British woman who was kind and helpful. Great place. Ermioni as a town is a bit limited but quite nice. A lot of British citizens have houses or apartments there, also yachts in the small harbor, although fewer since Brexit.

The room had a kitchenette (which I didn't use as I was only staying for one night), a table and chairs, a bathroom and a balcony. The bed was comfortable. The host was very nice and welcoming. I would recommend it either for a short or a longer stay.

The rooms are well decked out and comfortable, and a little bit old fashioned in a charming way. we enjoyed our stay and spent time on the balcony which was nice

• Katherine (10/5): a delight… pure and simple. - Although booked @ the port we inadvertently ended up @ the quieter location situated at the end of the town road, providing us with the quiet comfort we were hoping for. The room turned out to be a suite with a well equipped kitchen, dining area and a couch. The outdoor balcony overlooked the sea and the beautiful palms that lined the street. Our hostess was friendly, hospitable and kind. A stellar stay!

We were provided with cold water, which was really nice of them. Everything was perfect. We would stay here again given the opportunity. Totally recommended.
