• Patricia (10/5): Klein aber fein - Wunderschöne Aussicht direkt aufs Meer. Schöne Stimmung. Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein. Für unsere 4 Tage hat dies komplett ausgereicht. Die Lage war perfekt direkt am Strand und an der Promenade.
• Teodora (9/5): Lovely accomodation with a perfect terrace overlooking the sea - The accommodation is in a great location, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. It is right on the main street, full of restaurants and shops, so everything is very close! Parking is available nearby if you’re lucky enough to find a free spot (marked with blue lines) and costs €15 per day. There is also another option, a bit further away (about a 30-minute walk), at EUROPARK, where the daily rate is €10 and there is almost always space. The kitchen is small but well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The interior is very nice, bright, and pleasant, and the bed is very comfortable. Regarding the noise from the main street, which some reviews mention, it really wasn’t too loud and didn’t disturb our sleep at all. We stayed during Ferragosto, when there were many fireworks (with a wonderful view from the terrace), and even then it was not too noisy to sleep well. Check-in and check-out were very easy and quickly arranged with the hosts. We definitely recommend this place.

Prezzo luxury per camera modesta, c'è di meglio nei dintorni - Luxury prices, for a cheap experience. You'll find better around. Bagno sporco e minuscolo - Dirty and small bathroom. La doccia ha una finestra interna (sporca) sull'atrio delle scale - The shower has an internal (dirty) window onto the stairwell. Letto scomodo - Uncomfortable bed. Rumori costanti tutta la notte - Noises all night long.

• Maria (2/5): Nice location Bad host - location The host. He was not there to open the door. Had us ring at all the neighbours until someone let us in the building. There was no information about the area. When we asked him he said to ask around. Very poor in hospitality.

• Dāvis (7/5): Good - I chose this place because it has a sea view from the balcony, which in the end was the biggest plus for this place. I read other people's comments that it's loud and you can hear the cars. Yes, you can hear it, but you have to take it into account because you live on a central street. Another positive thing - a 5-minute walk is the bus stop to Taormina. We stayed 5 nights at this place. I don't need daily cleaning, but leaving 2 toilet rolls for all days is not normal. When I asked if they could give me more, they said let's go to the store and buy some. Where am I going to put more toilet rolls after that? I've stayed in apartments around the world where this is provided. The owner demanded that we take out the trash according to the schedule. To begin with, we never found the schedule and couldn't put the trash by the door, as the owner told us. It's good that the locals showed us where to put the trash. There is no problem taking out the trash, but then you should also provide several trash bags. If you stay longer, then be ready to buy your own or look for alternatives. :) It felt like the bed was going to break because it creaked all the time.
• Christina (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, very close to restaurants and beach. The room is large and has a nice balcony with a view of the ocean. Drainage issues - water came up into the bathroom so we had to limit to showers no longer than 1 minute otherwise floors would flood. Very squeaky bed that felt like it was broken.
• Anonymous (10/5): Great location and awesome accommodation 🤩 - The location was perfect. We had a balcony with a lovely view of the sea. It was close to the train station, bus stop, the beach was straight across the road. We had a studio apartment it had everything we needed to eat in. Washing machine and kitchen. We loved the airy space. Bed was very comfortable. The shower was on the small side but fine for us. Close to restaurants, supermarkets. 15 min bus to Taormina to see everything. Definitely recommend. Nothing. Everything was perfect
• Julie (9/5): Beautiful little apartment! - Loved this location! Such a perfect spot for enjoying the beaches, seafront restaurants, and exploring nearby towns. The style of the apartment is just my vibe! Generally I felt my needs were taken care of and the surroundings were just wonderful. I enjoyed swimming every day in the sea! I would happily come back again. Technical difficulties... washing machine was broken but the host did sent a repair man a couple days later. Couldn't figure out the coffee machine (didn't know what pods to get) and when I got the right pods, it wouldn't work. If you rent a car, be prepared for the challenge of parking it, especially if it's a busy season. On the weekend it can be a bit noisy - you'll be just fine if you bring earplugs. The location is worth it! I hope the host creates a 'welcome guide' (printed instructions on details of the apartment with local suggestions in multiple languages) - would be helpful.
• Vesna (10/5): Charming apartment with great seaview - Everything was perfect- great hosts, nicely decorated and clean apartment, excellent location with seaview. We enjoyed our espresso at balcony.
• Dan (9/5): Superb - The entrance in the building is not so appealing but once inside you will find a cozy room with sea view balcony and small kitchen corner, inside is nice and tastefully decorated. The communication with the host was very smooth in English, he is very responsive. Overall satisfied and I recommend Seafront Tysandros to anyone. Only downsides are the lack of parking space, and shower cabin which is by a small standard :) For the parking you have to find a payable parking space which is a challenge even outside the season in November, but this is everywhere in Italy so somehow expected.

• Felicia (7/5): It was good until it wasn't... - The location of the flat was great, close to the beach, restaurants, cafés, bus stop etc. We had great communication with the renter, clear and easy instructions on how to access the flat. It was very noisy. Even with everything closed you could hear everything from the outside as if you were standing in the middle of the street. So ear plugs are recommended if you are sensitive to that. Though the location was great, overall it felt a bit overpriced for what we got. For example, I stayed with my mother and were only given one bedsheet, only 2 toilet rolls, not all kitchen supplies worked on the stove and odd numbers of cutlery and not even a pasta spoon. Even though the clear communication with the renter, after the stay, they tried to accuse us of having broken the bed during our stay which would not have been possible to do so, looking at the picture sent to us. After stating we would not be paying for it because it would not have been possible to break the bed in such a way by only sleeping in the bed, they stopped replying. Kind of felt like the renter tried to scam us of even more money than we already paid for staying there. Very disappointing after everything else having been okay up until then.

• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - The host sent us all necessary info on whatsup, prior to our arrival plus some reccomendations of restaurants and places to visit which we found very helpful. The location is excellent, beachfront and very close to restaurants, pizza and gelato :-)
• Flori (10/5): Exceptional from every point of view! - The apartment is gorgeous, very tasteful design and comfy, equiped with everything you need even for a longer stay. And the best yet is that amazing terrace where you can have a pretty romantic dinner or just chill during the day. The location is close to center, markets, restaurants and public beaches. Easy to reach Etna, Taormina or Catania. I do fully recommend it! It was spectacular from every point!
