Vierwind (7/5): Op het eerste gezicht mooi, maar het ontbreekt aan goed onderhoud, service en klantvriendelijkheid - Diegene die de sleutels kwam afgeven was er op tijd, ze was aardig.Ptachtig huis, mooi zwembad en mooie tuin. Ruime plek om je auto schaduwrijk te parkeren. Mooie inrichting. Ruim en hele goede bedden. De eigenaar van t appartement is onbereikbaar. Bij aankomst bleek de airco het niet te doen. Dit werd niet opgelost en we hebben de eerste nacht in een bloedheet huis gezeten. De eigenaar reageert niet op vragen. Daarnaast waren er veel lampen kapot, er was geen bezem of dweil aanwezig. Blijf je langer dan een week dan mag je zelf je beddengoed gaan wassen. Het meisje wat de sleutel kan brengen heeft geregeld dat haar eigen vader met een collega onze airco’s kwam maken.. De eigenaar geeft niet thuis. Wij hadden alleen contact met het meisje dat de sleutels kwam brengen, ook zij kreeg geen contact met de eigenaar en ook Booking.com kreeg geen contact. Later kregen we een mail dat wij onnodig in paniek waren over een paar niet werkende lampen. Dat was totaal niet z o en vond ik het heel erg vervelend dat wij op dergelijke manier werden weggezet door de onbereikbare eigenaar. Wel verwacht ik voor een dergelijke dure accomodatie dat alles werkt en goed onderhouden wordt. Dit huis is echt een melkkoe voor de eigenaar. Als het geld heeft dan geeft ze daarna niet thuis. Hoewel het echt heel mooi was, gaan wij er niet meer heen.

Jacek (10/5): Lovely place to stay and recharge your own batteries. - Very modern, clean, comfortable. Perfect fo big families like our - 2 adult parents plus four kids. Swimming pool was cleaned twice by specialized outsourced company, albo gardening company came and cut the grass and cleaned the garden very fast not to disturb people at property. Big parking, tesla charger available, safe place, good location. Every room has TV with Netflix, YouTube, Disney plus, however only at main room there was internet. But I had my laptop and created and shared my own WiFi network so all TV’s became connected to the network.

The view you get when you arrive leaves you speechless, the house is stunning inside out… and that sea view from our bedroom🤩 Unit is really clean and spacious with all the small thing thoughtfully added. One of the big plus was also the tesla charger, so we had no worries with our electric car. If you want all the luxary, we highly recommend you this stay. Thanks a lot Laresidenza you were our perfect vacation, we’ll definitely be back🥰 Absolutely nothing 🤗
