• Valentina (10/5): - Apartamentul este foarte frumos, spațios, curat, cu o terasa super spațioasă, situat intr-o zona linistita. Exista loc de parcare gratuit în fata clădirii sau în zona. Pana în centrul orașului se parcurg aproximativ 15-20 min cu mașina. Sunt magazine in apropiere (duminica sunt inchise).

• ALPER LEVENT (10/5): - Çok temiz ve konforluydu. Sessiz ve sakin bir konumda arabam olduğu için şehir merkezine ulaşım sorunsuzdu. Muhtemelen toplu taşımada vardır.
• Lydia (9/5): Great apartment, but missing essential amenities - Spacious, clean, and perfectly located near local amenities. The apartment is very cozy and warm. A big plus was the management team—they were extremely helpful and responded to any questions almost instantly This is truly a very nice apartment, which makes the lack of basic amenities even more disappointing. Not having a coffee maker was a significant letdown; even budget accommodations typically provide a coffee pot or the means to make Greek coffee. Additionally, there was no toaster, making it quite inconvenient to have to use the stove for simple tasks. I also noticed some wall damage that needs repair—it gives the space a neglected feel that doesn't do the rest of the property justice. With a few small fixes and basic kitchen upgrades, this place can easily have a perfect score.

• Αθανασια (7/5): - Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε πολύ ωραία και ήσυχη τοποθεσία… ήταν αρκετά καθαρό!! Στο κατάλυμα μέναμε 7 άτομα, αλλά οι παροχές ήταν το πολύ για 4 … ένα τραπέζι με 4 καρέκλες και ένας καναπές που χωρούσε 3 άτομα … οι υπόλοιποι καθόμασταν στο πάτωμα…νομίζω πως λείπανε βασικά πράγματα…

• Zeynep (9/5): Harika bir deneyim - Ev geniş, rahatça 3 ailenin konaklayacağı imkanlara sahipti. Modern, iyi dekore edilmiş, ütü, çamaşır makinesi, cattle, mikrodalga, yeterli seviyede mutfak malzemesi vardı. Yerler çok temiz görünüyordu. Ayakkabıları kapıda çıkardık ve çok rahat ettik. Muhit nezih ve sakindi. Eve self check in ve talimatlar çok kolaydı. Evsahibi erişilebilir ve ilgiliydi. Sokakta park yeri bulabildik. Beklentimizin oldukça üzerinde geçti. Tekrar kalırız ve kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. En azından salonda bir halı olması güzel olabilirdi. Bir de filtre kahve veya kapsul kahve makinası olsa akşam evde vakit geçirmek daha keyifli olurdu. Tavsiye olarak iletebiliriz.

Lipsa unui expresor de cafea ,izlota prost se aude tot ,pt.4 nopti de cazare ne-a lasat pt.persoana un singur prosop de dus si unul de maini ,faptul ca ne-am acoperit cu paturi groase in loc sa avem.pilote inbracate in fete de pilota de lenjerie de pat .in dormitorul de jos pe peretele din stanga umezeala foarte mare si tencuiala de pe perete datorita acestui fapt era decojita si picata iar pe tavanul din baie acelasi lucru .

• Goce (10/5): - The apartment was huge, with 4 bedrooms (one with only 1 single bed) and 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There was always hot water and the heating was great. There are markets and food shops nearby, and also a parking on the street right in front of the house or 50m from the house. It is about 15-20 min drive to the center, but that was ok for us. The location is quiet and feels safe.
• SONGÜL KURULİMAN (10/5): DAİRE ÇOK BUYUK VE KONAKLAMAK İÇİN İDEAL - Dairenin buyuk ve ısıtma sisteminin iyi olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Dairedeki mobilyalar oldukca yeni ve dairenin konumu şehir merkezine uzak olsada otopark sorununun olmaması çok rahattı. Daire sahibi geliş ve gidiş saatleri için misafirleri ile çok ilgiliydi. erken girişimizi sağlayarak bizleri çok memnun etti. teşekkür ederiz. Daire ve dairenin oldugu apartman çok temiz. Ayrıca daire çok yeni oldugu için hepimiz çok rahat ettik. Dairenin konumunu biz şehre uzak olsada dairenin güzel olması ve büyük olması 2 banyolu olması sebebi ile tercih ettik . Ancak dairenin konumunun şehre uzak olması 20 dk araçla gidip şehre ulaşmak bu kısmı sadece biraz düşünülmeli. Biz bunu tercih ettik cunku sadece 2 gece kaldık bunu göze alarak tercih ettik otopark sorunu olmaması olayı telafi ediyor zaten.

• roger (10/5): Great location in a local neighborhood. Plenty of shops, food, and coffee nearby. Walkable to all. - Host prepared an awesome arrival video. It made everything very clear on how to access the property and obtain the keys. It was very simple and anyone could figure it out.

It has 1 big terrase and 1 huge (can loose yourself :)). ) Having 3 bathrooms is also a biiig advantage. The host was nice and friendly. Location is 20 min driving from city center. It was good for out plans, but keep in mind is close to city center

• Roksana (9/5): Nowy apartament w dzielnicy Efkarpia - Duży przestronny apartament, wygląda na nowy, bo wydaje się być jeszcze nie w pełni wyposażony. Dość daleko od centrum, ale taksówka także kosztowała max. 15 euro. Dwie łazienki, ale prysznic tylko w jednej, w drugiej toaleta i umywalka. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Podając adres trzeba dodać że to Efkarpia, bo ten sam adres jest też w centrum Salonik. Brakuje kieliszków do wina (był tylko jeden!). Toaleta łatwo się zatyka, ale właściciel ratuje sytuację.

We recommend it if you travel by car. The apartment is modern, spacious, and equipped with everything you might need. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the front terrace in the morning! Close to restaurants and coffee shops. Thank you and we will come back! Everything was perfect.

We had a perfect holiday. The location was somewhat far from the beach, but we knew this, so we've rented a car.

We stayed on the first floor and the apartment It’s well-equipped, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a huge terrace connected to the living room and the bedrooms. Each room has air conditioning, and parking is easy right in front of the house. The host was kind and understanding , we arrived at midnight and were able to check in without any problems. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

It is located 25 minutes drive from the airport, and 15 minutes from city center (we had a car), in a quiet area, but very close to many restaurants. There is a small convenience store which is open all night, a supermarket and a very good bakery on the main street. Alex was very friendly, helpful and kind. He always replied quickly to all our questions. We had a real good time! Thank you Alex! Nothing
• Ergi̇n (10/5): just like expected - The house was a little far from the city center. As we have car, it was not a problem for us however it took 20 minutes to the city center. Extremely clean and facilities are sufficient, I wish there were a dishwasher, though. We were four adults and three kids, everything was enough except for the coach and the dinner table in the living room. It looks like the photos exactly. I would recommend this place for families with children. There was no dishwaher.

Alex was wonderful and was available when needed on WhatsApp. I totally recommend the place. There are dangerous stray dogs in the area. We were attacked twice by it. Luckily, nobody was hurt. However, this issue for me doesn't affect this amazing property.
