• Kalpesh (10/5): Beautiful - Stunning property, furnished to a high level- felt like a designer’s apartment! The flat was extremely clean , with comfortable beds and a great shower! Good location too. Ginés was super helpful and always responsive. They even provided a welcome bottle of Rioja for us. Will definitely come back to this place in the future. L'appartement est très propre. La communication avec l'hôte était très fluide, nous avons reçu des recommandations pour les sites touristiques et les bons restaurants. Rien. Pas de point négatif.

• LOUISE (9/5): An excellent,lovely apartment...very tastefully decorated and located just out of the tourist areas. - This apartment is beautiful....lovely decor and style...very modern within a very old building.It is spacious and quite quirky with a mix of modern and traditional furniture and fittings.The kitchen is also very well equipped....even had a bottle of wine provided...very nice touch! The shower was quite difficult to use as there is no hook to hang the hose and water tends to get onto the bathroom floor.

• Janis (10/5): Amazing apartment in Old Town within walking distance to the Alcazar Palace and the Cathedral! - It is a very beautifully decorated, spacious, modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen right in the middle of Old Town!! The bathroom has a great shower and the beds are very comfortable. The living room has a huge window looking onto Plaza San Marcos where you see a beautiful old church called Iglesia de San Marcos. The church was built in the 14th century. There are a few restaurants and bars and a supermarket right outside the door and many bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. It has a very unique internal patio where the roof opens. It closes automatically if it starts to rain. The best restaurant we went to in Seville was Braxas which is about an 6 minute walk. We loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat!! We loved everything!

• Xi (10/5): A wonderful stay in the heart of Old Seville - The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The place was clean, tidy, and our host also provided us a bottle of wine and coffee to make our stay comfortable. The patio in the back is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Gines was helpful and easy to reach. We would definitely recommend.
• Colin (10/5): Simply Magnificent!!! - This property it is simply superb & the location wonderful! The pictures don’t do it justice at all. Gines our hosts contact couldn’t do enough for us. My wife fractured her ankle a week before travelling, I mentioned this to Gines & he went out of his way to supply a wheelchair which was desperately needed. We will 100% be booking again. Thank you to our artist host for making our visit to Sevilla amazing & Gines, you are the best. There was nothing to dislike.

Paintings, lamps, sculptures, a patio with adjustable lighting and an automatically closing roof - everything created an extraordinary atmosphere! Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen (even with a dishwasher)! Coffee capsules and water in the fridge upon arrival. Plus great contact with the owner. Moreover, in a convenient location. Highly recommend!

• Tanis (10/5): Our favourite place - would definitely stay here again (and again and again) - First off this is one of the most beautifully designed apartments we’ve ever seen (obsessed with the light fixtures). Furniture is comfortable and enjoyed the lovely private courtyard. The location is great, right in the Plaza San Marco with a small grocery, wine store, bars and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to all the major attractions. Communication with hosts was exemplary. Stay here; you won’t be disappointed. Everything was great but the keys are a bit finicky-make sure you can work them when you first get there 😉
• Roumen (7/5): Nice place. But not more. - Very nice location. Wonderful service The “designer” needs to spend a week in its creation. A lot of things are missing to make the place really comfortable. Not to only nice to look at.
• Baz (10/5): The hooks in the bathroom could be useful - It was nice to have this place in our 3 days travelling in Sevilla The bedrooms are in the middle of building/ flat, it creates feelings of safety, even the apartment on the ground floor( usually I don’t like stay on the ground floors). And connections the bedrooms with patio giving sense of spaciousness. I could stay even longer, as it’s cosy atmosphere . All the city’s attractions in walking distance. To get keys and give back was very easy, as Ginés was available for us all the time we stayed there I would like to have mop there, as water when I took shower, flow out down from bañera and the feet towel becomes wet fully
• Regina (10/5): Best apartment in a beautiful city! - This apartment is exceptional! Beautifully decorated, looking out onto a lovely square in the Old Town. It's one of the nicest places I have stayed in. Ginés was really helpful, before we came, answering questions, and when we arrived, nothing was a problem! The apartment has everything you need, ( didn't have a kettle but you can boil water in a pot!) bedrooms are both looking out onto an enclosed terrace with a roof that can be opened to see the blue sky above! (it closes automatically when it rains!!!) Bed was very comfortable It's in a quiet area, the square has a bakery, supermarket and some cafes/bars. It's about a 20 minute walk to the Cathedral through narrow streets, and just a few minutes to a beautiful house and gardens, Palacio de las Duenas! A must see. But the cathedral is just incredible! Book online before you go! You will be amazed! I would highly recommend this apartment and also Seville! A beautiful city, we had the best 3 days. Would love to come back and see the places we didn't get to and most definitely stay here! Don't hesitate, just book it! Nothing!

The finishes and fine details were immaculate - cool light fittings, fluffy towels and when I asked for an iron, I think they went out and bought a brand new one. There was even a dishwasher! And the TV had netflix for our one night in! Nothing. This apartment made our stay really special! Can't recommend it highly enough! Book it if you can!

• Aurora (10/5): Exceptional - Veronika is very nice and friendly and the apartment looks like it is advertised in the photos. The location is within walking distance to the Cathedral and Alcazar, so basically you’re in the heart of the city. Also, the apartment is very well equipped and Veronika also welcomed us with complimentary snacks and wine, a very nice gesture. All in all, a nice experience!
