• Claire (10/5): Enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable, and well-located property. - The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, fastidiously clean, and well-cared-for. The host, Toni, was extremely helpful and communicative, and the unit displays pride of ownership in spades. The owners did a studs-up remodel and did a beautiful job, using very attractive materials, and reconfiguring the floorplan to maximize space and efficiency. I was surprised by how large both the bedroom and the kitchen were. The building’s exterior is a bit unattractive and in no way resembles what you find when you enter the apartment. It is also very quiet inside, and the exterior blinds and interior curtains allow you to darken the bedroom for an even better night's sleep on the very comfortable bed. This is in the top three of the places I have stayed on all the short-term housing sites. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way.
• Fareynel (10/5): - Ik heb onlangs in dit appartement verbleven en mijn ervaring was zeer positief. Het appartement was schoon, goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. De inrichting was modern en comfortabel, waardoor ik me er meteen thuis voelde. De locatie is rustig gelegen, maar toch dicht bij winkels, restaurants en je zit op ±10 min lopen van het centrum. Daarnaast was de communicatie met de verhuurder uitstekend. Reacties kwamen snel en vriendelijk, en eventuele vragen werden direct opgelost. Al met al heb ik hier een erg fijn verblijf gehad en ik zou dit appartement zeker aanraden aan anderen. Ik zou hier zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken!

• Helen (10/5): Fabulous, luxury stay - wonderful - Absolutely everything was perfect. We had come off a sail Croatia week and needed a little bit of luxury (and a washing machine !) Toni allowed us to check in early as there were no guests the previous night .. Apartment was fabulous .. immaculately presented.. we walked from the port with our bags in about 15 minutes, several mini supermarkets on the way. one directly opposite. Do not judge a book by its cover, from the outside the building is graffitied and uninspiring - on the inside it’s beautiful. 26 euro to airport in morning door to door. Thank you Toni . Would highly recommend Nothing

• YVAN (9/5): - El apartamento está recien renovado y cuidaron de cada detalle en la decoración del mismo, además está bien ubicado a tan solo 13 min del centro caminando. Tony nos brindó su hospitalidad y estuvo siempre dispuesto a orientarmos en todo.
• Danz88 (10/5): Exceptional apartment in the heart of Split - This needs a rating of more than 10! Tony is an amazing host. He furnished the apartment with his mother and the result is a place of efficiency and inspiration. Located In the heart of the city next to a market, bakery, parking (free and paid) and 8 minutes from the old town. Make sure to have breakfast at LAF restaurant, affordable and tasty! The airconditioning had a problem but tony fixed it in no time! The apartment came with no crib for our baby but toni went above and beyond and got us a crib from his sister. Amazing host!
• Sara (10/5): Great large, clean flat minutes from Riva and beaches - Toni was very helpful and allowed me to check in early which was much appreciated. The condo is on the ground level, very quite and 6 min walk from bus station to go anywhere and airport. Across the street is the best bakery and also a supermarket. By the bus station there is a fruit market. Parking across the street. Condo was very clean and very newly renovated. Bedroom has lots of space, bathroom g closet w mirror and sunlight with blackout blinds and shades so it’s dark and you get a good night sleep. The living room, terrace and kitchen is very bright and has lots of windows to get fresh air. The beaches and Riva downtown is a bus ride 2 stops away door to door 15-20 minutes you are at a few beaches. Very close to everything! Toni was very helpful and available super nice. Please rent this place it’s perfect away from tourists local vibe but still close to the Riva. Toni had lots of great things in the kitchen to use fully stocked. All linens are professionally cleaned and sheets ironed. There are cleaning supplies and paper products. China and glasses for all guests. Toni has great taste and the apartment is very comfortable you want to stay there and enjoy the stay. Shower was the best, lots of hot water and pressure. Bathroom has washer and all fixtures new and sleek. The apartment was great inside but it’s in a neighborhood, building that is a bit dodgy. Away from tourists has local vibes. Lots of buildings in Split all over town have graffiti outside unfortunately so does the building and others around it. Graffiti is all over Split unfortunately so once you tour around town you realize it’s the norm in the surrounding neighborhoods by the Riva.

• Connor (10/5): A gracious host and a fantastic apartment - Put simply: Toni is the most exceptional host I've experienced and our stay at this apartment helped make our holiday in Split beyond our expectations. Toni remained in contact before and during our stay, making sure everything was perfect for us, and even offered to keep hold of our luggage after checking out as we had an evening flight. The apartment is newly refurbished and absolutely stunning as the photos will show, it's location is perfect too - we thought we'd be Uber-ing everywhere but the old town is only a 10 minute walk away (downhill!!) so it just wasn't necessary. All of the amenities in the apartment worked perfectly, the shower was good, the bed was huge and very comfortable, and it was a lovely touch to have some snacks and drinks stocked in the fridge before our arrival - one of the many ways Toni's passion and attention to detail shines here. We will surely be coming back to this apartment should our holidays bring us back to Split, incredible! It's very hard to find anything not to like here, the only minor complaint is it's close proximity to a main road, where occasionally loud motorbikes will zoom past in the night time, but this is absolutely not a unique problem to have in Split!
• O (10/5): Excellent apartment in a beautiful city. - As I said to Toni, the owner, it is the best equipped apartment we have been in, anywhere. Close to the Old Town and the Riva. Bakery and two cafe’s across the street. My partner was disappointed that the “balcony” was enclosed
• Mo (10/5): Exceptional - This place is one of a kind; we really enjoyed our stay. It is newly-renovated and Toni has done an excellent job, with a lot of thought put into everything from the design to the layout and all the creature comforts in between. We've been travelling for some time and believe me when I say this place has it all -- brand new appliances in a fully-equipped kitchen (even the knives were brand new and so sharp), laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, high-quality towels and linens, and the list goes on. Location is great and within a 10 minute walk to the old town of Split. Grocery store right across the street. Toni is a great host and provided us with all the information and recommendations we could have asked. All in all a 10/10 and would definitely stay again and recommend. Honestly can't think of anything negative about our stay, it was wonderful
