• SPYRIDON (1/5): - Αργήσαμε 10 λεπτά να φύγουμε και η οικοδεσπότης μας χτύπησε το κουδούνι και χωρίς να πει καλημέρα και καλό μήνα άρχισε να μας φωνάζει που αργήσαμε. Σημειωτέον, ότι αργήσαμε 10 λεπτά γιατί η γυναίκα μου αδιαθέτησε και έπρεπε να πάει στο μπάνιο. Η οικοδεσπότης έμενε δηλαδή δίπλα, δεν μας το είπε, δεν μας υποδέχτηκε, αλλά βγήκε μόνον για να μας φωνάξει χωρίς να μας καλημερίσει! Δεν έχω ξαναδεί τέτοια συμπεριφορά. Ο νόμος προβλέπει ότι η αποχώρηση γίνεται στον 12:00. Εννοείται ότι όταν ένα κατάλυμα έχει διαφορετική πολιτική το υπακούμε, άσχετα από το αν είναι νόμιμο ή όχι. Αλλά το να σου φωνάζουν επειδή άργησες 10 λεπτά χωρίς να σε χαιρετήσουν δεν το έχω ξαναδεί. Το κατάλυμα ήταν οκ, το μπάνιο μικρό και στενόχωρο και δύσχρηστο. Ήταν σε κεντρικό δρόμο και άρα είχε αρκετή φασαρία από τα αυτοκίνητα. Ολα αυτά όμως θα θεραπεύονταν από μια ευγενική ανταπόκριση εκ μέρους των ιδιοκτητών . Επεξεργάζομαι την απάντηση μετά την απάντηση σας και σημειώνω: 1. Όχι , στις φωτογραφίες δεν φαίνεται πόσο στενόχωρο είναι το μπάνιο και ειδικά ο νεροχύτης και πόσο χαμηλός είναι αυτός 2. Σχετικά με τοε ώρες αναχώρησης καλύτερα να διαβάσετε τον κανονισμό σχέσεων ξενοδόχων - πελατών για να μην εκτίθεστε 3. Δεν βλέπω να σχολιάζετε καν ότι δεν καλημερίσατε και ουτε μας χαιρετήσατε, αλλά αρχίσατε να φωνάζετε να φύγουμε 4. Το κουδούνι το χτυπήσατε 11.10 , ενώ 11.15 ήμασταν ήδη στο αυτοκίνητο 5. Το όνομα μου δεν είναι καν Γιώργος και από αυτό αποδεικνύεται πόση σημασια δίνετε στους πελάτες σας και τη γνώμη τους.

• Kalliopi (10/5): - Ειχε φανταστικη βεραντα.Ηταν καθαρο και ομορφο.κοντα στο κεντρο και την παλια πολη. Το στρωμα και τα μαξιλαρια ηταν φανταστικα.οικογενειακη ατμοσφερα

• franco (10/5): - monolocale ampio e confortevole in una palazzina (con ascensore) alla periferia di Preveza, a breve distanza dal centro, raggiungibile anche a piedi in pochi minuti. il monolocale è grande, con un letto confortevole, una zona soggiorno comoda, un angolo cottura ben equipaggiato, un ampio balcone dove consumare comodamente i pasti ed un bagno grande e confortevole. perfetta la pulizia. abbiamo parcheggiato in strada, davanti a casa , senza difficoltà.

L’ingresso del palazzo è brutto e fatiscente ed è in una zona periferica. Il condizionatore rinfresca poco. Alla partenza non siamo riusciti ad aprire il box chiavi e le abbiamo dovute lasciare nell’appartamento

• ΔΗΜΗΤΡΗΣ (5/5): - Η πόρτα στην είσοδο ξεκλειδώνει με πολύ δυσκολια, δεν είχε πίεση το νερό ως αποτέλεσμα δεν μπορούσα να κάνω μπάνιο,είχαμε κλείσει για 3 αταμα και το σετ πετσετων ήταν μόνο για 2, επίσης δεν είχε σεντόνια να σκεπάστουμε.

• Antton (1/5): Declinación of free cancellation - We're traveling by bike, and after having paid for the apartment in advance, the owner warns us that we can't store the bikes in the building or the apartment, and that we must leave them on the street. We explain that this is our means of transportation for a trip lasting several months, and that we can't take that risk. Since there's no solution, we request free cancellation of the reservation. He declines the request. Although he is within his rights, we don't consider his decision to be fair or appropriate. A bad experience.

• Allert (6/5): Okay for a night - 10min walk to the city Noisy. I thought my payed parking was in a closed garage, but it was more on driveway, so therefore 10 euro is overcharged.

• Ειρηνη (9/5): Nice renovated studio in the center of Preveza - Renovated , nice decorated, comfortable for two or a family with one child ( one space studio) Fully kitchen equipped ( for those who'd like to cook) Two terrace with tables and chairs ,plants too! The area close to the old town ( 5-7mins walking distance) with plenty restaurants bars etc. Safe to walk around even kate night Free parking area around No elevator The air-condition seemed like dirty Details in the decoration needs fine tunings ( iron place and air vacuum in common view, soap and bath products better quality , coffee capsules/ espresso should be offered free, some general instructions/ attractions of the area like a book should be placed in etc.) The entrance of the building has to be lighted, (specially where the key holder of the apartment is been placed on ) and there was a strange smell in the stairs and in the ile

• Stephen (1/5): Bad - I like the inside of the property, it looked clean and very homely The front entrance and surrounding area is a but run down. I didn't like the local neighbourhood and having booked the room for my female partner, I wasn't confident on the security. The door has no night latch, just one cylinder lock, security door is sometimes wedged open
• Michaela (9/5): Superb - The apartment was cosy and well equipped. The owner was very engaged. You can hear everything from neighbors. Very thin walls.
• Michelle (10/5): Great fully equipped appartement - We had a great stay here. Very modern and clean appartment, fully equipped kitchen, two balconies, great shower, possibility of laundry. Great communication about how to find and enter the appartment. The host made sure everything was perfect even though was not able to be present in person. I really liked the eye for details, i.e. games on the table and water dispenser. Location was perfect to reach the old town, city beaches or the bus to the airport. It was a pity that we only stayed one night.

The owner is a very nice person, he is very helpful, asked us always if everything is good for us, if we need anything, etc. The property was wonderful, but even if the neighbourhood was okay, it was not touristy. Also, there is no designated parking space, you park where you can.
