• Radka (6/5): Určitě nevhodné pro ženu bez doprovodu a děti, ale to jen kvůli lokalitě. - Čistý apartmán, na krátkodobý pobyt absolutně dostačující jak velikostí, tak výbavou. Vybírali jsme podle dostupnosti do centra - jak pěšky, tak MHD, tak Boltem jste tam za chvilku, což bylo super, takže v tomto směru to splnilo očekávání. Nicméně až na místě jsme zjistili, že v domě (velmi hezky zrekonstruovaný) bydlí snad jen turisté a Ukrajinci, kteří celou noc dost nahlas hráli ukrajinské songy - připadali jsme si jako na diskotéce. Ulice v okolí domu není nejčistší, přirovnala bych to snad jedině k Bronxu. To kazí dojem z jinak čistého a hezkého apartmánu. Komunikace s pronajímateli taky výborná, tady vše v pořádku.

• Gary (5/5): - During the reservation I clearly request a parking spot, immediately i wrote to receive a confirmation, which i never got. the day of the arrival I requested again about the parking place at the location of the flat, I tried to call many times, but my call was never answered, the communication was only via sms, I don't understand why we couldn't talk. At the end, I received a parking place not so near to the flat, it was not a nice place, but at least i received that spot without any charge. In any case my experience was not good at this place.

• Petr (1/5): - Zklamaní, měli jsme rezervováno dva apartmány pro dva manželské páry, Zklamaní, měli jsme rezervováno dva apartmány pro dva manželské páry, k dispozici byl pouze jeden, majitel - ka, která komunikovala pouze sms zprávy, kde nám esemeskou zdědila, že druhý apartmán není a že nám to zapomněla sdělit, peníze za celý pobyt následně vrátila.

• Masářová (7/5): - Zařízení apartmánu i vybavení kuchyňského koutu nám plně vyhovovalo. Lokalita :, bylo blízko do centra i na zastávku tramvaje. Při večerních návratech do apartmá jsme se, ale necítily úplně komfortně. Sousedící Cejl je dost rušná ulice 🫣
• Veronika (8/5): - Děkuji za rychlou komunikaci a asistenci při vjezdu na parkoviště. Parkování jsem neobjednala předem, ale paní mi okamžitě poslala pokyny k vjezdu, takže vše proběhlo bez problémů. Doporučuji ale si zajistit parkování předem.

• Liudmyla (6/5): Pleasant - There were detailed instructions on how to settle in. We arrived late and it was not a problem. There is also a car park, which was of great importance to us. The yard was closed. The towels were not very good quality and not very fresh, they had stains. There was also a stain on the sheet. It was unpleasant. There is a balcony in the photo, but in fact there was no balcony. So there are probably several apartments for rent here, and it is not known which one will be available. As it turned out, the washing machine and tumble dryer were shared by the whole building and were paid for. This was not mentioned.
• Smiltė (10/5): Comfortable and nice - Very nice and cozy apartment, very clean, has all the amenities you could need. Pretty close to the centre. The neighbourhood doesnt feel the safest at night, however the inner territory is very nice. Just the surrounding streets have interesting individuals hanging around and a lot of litter scattered around. In the summer the apartment can get very hot as there is no air conditioning, but its manageable with a fan and constantly open windows.
• Maksym (6/5): Lovely apartment, but terrible neighborhood (loud and unsafe). - The property itself was lovely. New furnishings, very clean, and we had a balcony next to the trees, so we didn't have to listen to all the obnoxious people living on the courtyard side. Unsafe neighborhood. My bike was stolen from the apartment block, which is under a gated area, that requires keys to enter. There are cameras everywhere, but in my situation it seems that they were as useless as the Brno police in helping me file a stolen bike report.
• Patrycja (2/5): Don't book it - the owner is a thief ! - It was clean The owner is a thief. And thats not an exaggeration. We agreed on canceling 1 night of the stay with full refund. But after we checked out , after promises to return the money , the owner didn't answer to booking , so we were not fully compensated. I tried to get the agreement for a long time , but the owner kept delayed and finally stopped responding. We left the room at the agreed time, and we were supposed to get the money back , but we didn't. So I don't hesitate to call it STEALING. The blindfolds in the room didn't close , so since early morning the sun was all over the room. As we're very light sensitive it was not possible to have a good sleep. The owner AGREED to cancell that remaining night with full money return for that night. I don't think it deserves to be on booking with such dishonesty

• Janka (10/5): It was really nice stay - I loved the apartment. Really nice workspace, functional kitchen with all you need, lovely balcony and amazing view. I did not like sometimes loud neighbours, but after 22:00 it was mostly okey. I would also appreciate less worn bed linen and towels.
• Veronika (9/5): City centre nearby, modern apartment building - Building full of apartments where you probably disturb nobody. Small apartment with nearly everything you need. Convenient location in the proximity of city centre. A balcony is a plus. During the night it was quiet. I would recommend to fit out the apartment with the night table on one side and with the bedside lamp. Just small things (charging the mobile phone within your reach and having the possibility to put it somewhere next to you, not on the floor). Otherwise everything was really good. There is a specific neighbourhood around this apartment building but on the other hand I didn’t see any problems and on the contrary there are few interesting places (cafes, shops) you might use (and I would recommend to visit).

There was also a convenient 3-in-1 coffee/tea setup. • Unsafe neighborhood and unsecured parking • Uncomfortable bed (two singles pushed together with a hard gap) • Bedding had an unpleasant smell • Very thin pillows • Apartment much smaller than in photos; bed right next to kitchenette • Bathroom extractor fan not working • Window wouldn’t fully close and no curtains

• Carla (9/5): It is totally worth the money - The room was clean, smelled fresh( even after we´ve closed the window). The bed was comfortable, we´ve rested well. Unfortunately the room has to curtains, and in evening, if you turned the lights on, everyone could see you.And in the morning, the sun lights up the room.

• Vlasic (7/5): Okay, would not go there again - Apartment was modern, felt safe. It is around 15 minutes of walking to the center Location was not good, which I understand is not controlable. Also TV had no channels. Not enough electrical sockets! That was a big miss, I reccommend to put atleast an extension cord somewhere. Apartment was somewhat clean but the headrest of the bed is caked with dirt. Covers are so thin, maybe put bigger variety of blankets and pillows. Also i reccommend more towels.
