• Dorota (1/5): - Lokalizacja. Blisko do każdego zabytku. Czysta pościel. Mieszkanie, w którym panuje okropny zaduch i smród. Wilgoć i stęchlizna. Nie można otworzyć okien ponieważ mieszkanie znajduje się na parterze, z tyłu budynku gdzie przechodziły śmierdzące rury kanalizacyjne. Do mieszkania nie dochodzi słońce. Wszędzie ustawione zapachy i odświeżacze powietrza ale to nie pomaga. Łazienki bardzo zużyte i zniszczone. Nie polecam! Pobyt w tym mieszkaniu popsuł nam wizytę we Florencji
• Guest (2/5): Cet appartement ne devrait pas être loué, trop de problème d'hygiène et d'inconfort (odeurs,cafards, - Nous n'avons jamais pu déjeuner a l'appartement, pas d'eau chaude. L'emplacement de l'appartement est plutôt bien, quartier animé, près de quelques sites à visiter. L'appartement est grand et calme par rapport à l'animation dans la rue Mais beaucoup d'autres problèmes dans l'appartement rend cet appartement non louable. Ne plus le louer, ce n'est pas possible dans cet état. - Les trop trop trop fortes mauvaises odeurs dans l'appartement, surtout dans les 2 chambres!!! très inconfortable!! obligés de mettre la climatisation avant d'entrer dans l'appartement et dans les chambres, de faire bruler de l'encens dans tout l'appartement pour assainir les odeurs, malgré tout cela les mauvaises odeurs persistaient. Les chambres et la cuisines sont situées près des poubelles de l'immeuble, que de mauvaises odeurs, irrespirable!! insupportable!!! Cela n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce, le problème des mauvaises odeurs dues aux poubelles placées sous les fenêtres des chambres et de la cuisine. Guiliano nous avait dit de repas ouvrir les fenêtres car ils avaient mis en route le chauffage dans l'appartement, mais en fait c'était à cause des mauvaises odeurs -impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres, toutes fermées par des scotch. Et de toutes façon, ne pas les ouvrir car les poubelles de l'immeuble sont placées justes dessous laissant toutes les mauvaises odeurs pénétrer dans tout l'appartement !!! -il faisait trop chaud ! le chauffage trop fort ! -présence de cafards dans la cuisine alors qu'on ne mangeait pas dans l'appartement !!! -Pas d'eau chaude du tout, donc douche à l'eau froide. Très très très très désagréable et pas normal !!! Guiliano n'est pas venu pour rétablir l'eau chaude, alors qu'on lui avait signalé et nous n'avons pas pu faire aucune fausse manipulation, comme le disait Giuliano, car nous n'avons rien touché à la chaudière - pas de wifi !!! les codes sont incorrects!!! obligés de sortir au bout de la rue ou d'aller dans un café ou restaurant pour téléphoner. C'est au 3ème jour que nous avons compris cela à force d'essayer le wifi! -le problème de la lumière dans l'appartement. En fait toujours obligés même en pleine journée d'allumer la lumière électrique. La lumière du jour ne pénétrait pas dans l'appartement, trop sombre !

• Rose (1/5): Terrible - Looks like a dungeon. No light. Beds were broken. We had to fix one to be able to sleep. Thank god we were there only 2 nights. Wifi didn't work. Aircons turned on but didn't cool or heat just created noise. The bathroom was leaking, water everywhere. We were a family of 5 and the 5th bed was a short, hard futon which you didn't fit on with length of 150cm. Does not look like the photos. The place overall was just terrible.
• Mariahanni (2/5): Excellent location, disappointing accommodation - The location of this B&B is excellent. It is right in the city center, within walking distance to all major sights, and surrounded by many good restaurants. A great gelato shop is located right next door, which was a highlight. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself did not meet expectations. While the host provided check-in instructions, there was no mention that the Wi-Fi had been out of service for over a month. Once inside the building, there was no mobile signal due to the thick concrete walls, which made communication very difficult. The air conditioning units in the rooms did not produce cold air, making the apartment extremely uncomfortable in the heat. One of the twin beds was unusable as the frame had no slats, forcing us to place the mattress on the floor. The living room was slightly cooler, but the twin futons there were uncomfortable to sleep on. In addition, there was no hot water for several days during our stay. Overall, despite the excellent location, the lack of essential amenities such as Wi-Fi, functioning air conditioning, comfortable beds, and consistent hot water made the stay very disappointing. I would not recommend this property in its current condition.
• Davide (6/5): Soluzione perfetta per chi vuole un punto d’appoggio per visitare il centro - Ottima posizione per visitare il centro e presenza di tutti i servizi sotto casa Le finestre non si possono aprire , l’impianto di condizionamento non refrigera a sufficienza , un materasso singolo era inutilizzabile perché si piegava a metà , presenza di blatte

La única entrada de luz es un patio - Me temo que la ubicación es lo único a destacar Falta de equipación, descuidado, no entra luz y es claustrofóbico, no funcionaba el wifi y me parece que no era un fallo puntual

• marie (6/5): - La propreté et la situation géographique. Grande cuisine. Beaucoup de bruit, des fenêtres qu'on ne peut ouvrir. Literie peu confortable.
• Angelica (6/5): - The gentlemen that met us at the door we're incredibly nice and helpful. They give us tips and recommendations. The location of the home is excellent. We did not need a car for anything as we were in the center of all the main attractions easily accessible by walking or a short bus ride. We will definitely not stay here again during summer. There were 4 AC's in the home, however, none of them were working. All the windows were sealed with tape so we couldn't open them and there was no air circulation inside the home. It was 40°C weather outside, yet it felt much cooler outside the home than inside. I tried contacting the host, but my message was just ignored. Our group had two older adults and a child so it was really rough for them. I would consider staying again during winter or another time where AC was not needed.

• Emma (1/5): HORRIBLE - Do you not go to this apartment! It was completely riddled with flies. It was nothing like the pictures and also located outside of a nightclub with people puking everywhere and the music playing till 4 am. The lights outside the property did not work. The main bed was broken, terrible experience. Charged us a ridiculous amount extra to get the keys.

The good mood after the Uffizi Museum immediately evaporates upon entering the apartment, which smells like sewage. The apartment is on the "0" floor!!! You cannot open the windows, because the windows overlook the courtyard of the well, into which pipes from restaurants come out, from which comes the smell of overcooked food!!! Horror!!!
