Guest Reviews
- Anne (9/5): A great time - Convenient location clean and lots of room
- john (10/5): -
- Gayle (10/5): Clean roomy has everything you need. - Close to family .
Stores close by for groceries. Nothing
- Chloe (9/5): Great, cosy apartment - perfect for a stay in Selkirk. - The apartment is situated in the heart of Selkirk, with easy access to the High Street but also to local walking destinations such as The Haining. The apartment is well equipped, especially the kitchen with pots and pans etc. Unfortunately there were some noisy neighbours on the Saturday night, they decided to chat very loudly outside the bedroom, one of them even peed on the street and we could hear them talking inside their flat until 3am. Not the fault of the property but it might be worth taking some earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
- Danute (10/5): - Heating blankets
- Dolly (10/5): Montrose House - The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was spotlessly clean. Everything you could ever need was there. We had an amazing weekend. Nothing
- Brian (8/5): - No breakfast, we were self catering, We were pleased with the amount of space we had. Good kitchen facilities. There was every kitchen gadget you could think of. The continuous traffic noise, The foot of the bed was too close to the wall, We banged our legs when passing it.
I do think there should be a warning for anybody with mobility issues or in a wheelchair. The 'house' is up a flight of stairs.
The floor was uneven which could be a trip hazard.
- Stuart (8/5): -
- Ross (10/5): Excellent stay, lovely clean apartment in a great location -
- Susan (9/5): A great place to come back to after a busy day. It is very comfortable, clean and got everything we needed. - Very central for visiting relatives in Selkirk. Also great place to explore the Borders and Edinburg from. Just maybe a couple of toilet rolls and small
Milk to cover the first morning (we arrived very late due to international flight )
The bathroom is tiny which may be an issue with our larger friends.
- Yana (9/5): Superb -
- Jawaid (8/5): Very good - Al fFacilties were available Gas pressure in the burner was low but it was sorted out on my request
- Diane (7/5): Staying Selkirk - Everything you needed was here, clean and comfortable Most nights could smell Weed (drug) from nearby flats/apartments through window open in shower room, noise of traffic
