Estresados hasta que llegamos porque solo respondieron cuando estábamos en la puerta del edificio, de noche, cansados y con una niña con necesidades especiales. En serio el.manejo del lugar ha sido el peor que he experimentado en todos mis viajes. Lo único buena era la ubicación. Piso muy viejo. El aire acondicionado estuvo botando agua toda la noche y por gusto decírselo a las personas encargadas.

Owners seem to be really bad comunicators. They were hard to reach and gave almost 0 information about how to get in your room. This is my only complaint.

• Giulia Elena (10/5): - Gli appartamenti sono situati in posizione centralissima, così da potersi spostare principalmente a piedi per raggiungere le varie attrazioni. Essendo un gruppo ne avevamo prenotati tre, di cui uno all’ultimo piano con vista sul Duomo. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno lasciato depositare i bagagli prima del check-in.
• Aisulu (8/5): - The location is perfect 👌 15-18 min to walk to the old town and main sightseeing. The apartment is clean, quiet neighbourhood. Neither myself nor my husband found the sofa comfortable, but our son liked sleeping on it. No warm blankets for autumn-winter. It was tricky to find the main entrance. The host should send details on how to find it in advance
• John (6/5): Functional basic self catering apartment which could sleep 4. Appropriate for a family on a budget. - Breakfast was not included. It was self catering. The rooms were tired. We were told we needed to get the keys between 3 and 6pm. When we arrived some of the curtains were hanging off the rail. The grouting around the tiles were stained. It felt a little dark. I got confused about paying the tax and then needed to use paypal or an IBAN number to do it.

• MÜGE (10/5): Huzurlu ve konumu oldukça iyi ✌️ - Konakladığımız ev ferah temiz huzurluydu. Konumu çok güzeldi. Ütü, saç kurutma makinası, kahve makinası bile vardı. Sineklik ya da perde olmaması dışında herşey düşünülmüş.

• Silvia (8/5): Un alloggio bello ma migliorabile - L'appartamento ha un'ottima ubicazione in un bel palazzo alle porte del centro storico di Firenze. Ha un salotto con un divano letto e una camera matrimoniale con un materasso comodo. La camera ha due finestre con viste meravigliose. L'appartamento ha una scala abbastanza scomoda all'ingresso. Il divano letto ha un rete lenta per cui ci si dorme scomodi. La camera da letto non ha ripiani o spazi dove appoggiare le proprie cose. Il wc presenta delle incrostazioni scure (basterebbe metterci dell'acido muriatico). Anche all'interno della doccia c'è della muffa. In camera, la finestra non ha né persiane, né tenda.

• Cosmo (8/5): Great location and spacious - Spacious, very clean, antique themed walking distance to major attractions and quiet at night. Air conditioned in both rooms worked very well. Provided all one expects for an apartment like Windows do not close, luckily there was no mosquitoes. The mattress was too soft, lacked support, woke up with lower back pain, but this is my problem.

La Clim du salon climatisé l’escalier et pas le salon. Obligé d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour avoir un semblant de frais. La cafetière pas nettoyée il y avait du café sec à sortir avec un couteau. Les gens avant nous ont fait du café sans le filtre. Le sol collé aux semelles. L’antenne télé est coupée en deux et pend derrière la télé

• Patricia (9/5): UBICACION INMEJORABLE!! - La ubicación maravillosa, estás a pocos pasos de todos los sitios de interés, calles lindas y tranquilas, buenos restaurantes, gelaterias, tiendas. Los anfitriones se portaron excelente, el departamento no contaba con televisión y nos pudieron incluir una para mis hijos, nos cambiaron sofá cama por uno nuevo muy cómodo. Todo excelente, muy buena experiencia!! Equipos de aire acondicionado un poco antiguos, quizás falta mantención o renovación.

L'appartement est mal isolé, on entend beaucoup l'extérieur. Prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles. La salle de bain est vieillotte. Les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain. Compliqué quand on est 5

• MaryamB (8/5): Charming little place in the heart of Florence - We stayed at Evaluna apartments for two nights and loved our stay! The location is fantastic as it is very close to restaurants and street markets. There is also a bus stop right outside the building, which is very convenient for travelling around the city and to Firenze SMN station, as well as to Piazza Michelangelo, a popular spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. The apartment was well-decorated and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the little window in the bedroom facing the Duomo. We had a hard time finding the building as the directions were communicated quite late by the host. It would be very helpful if the exact locations and nearby landmarks were shared ahead of time, so it's easier to locate the property. We also had a little ant problem in the kitchen area (there were many!) There was a large TV in the living room, but it's a shame it didn't work. I messaged the host several times, but despite being helpful for other things, he didn't respond to any questions related to the TV. The bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade and better lighting. Our apartment was a loft and had a staircase (which we weren't aware of before). We loved it, but it could be an issue for someone visiting with small children or other mobility needs. We also booked another apartment for family travelling with us, and they did not have a great experience due to the apartment and furniture being very outdated. So, if you are booking this place, do check which apartment you are getting, as there are four apartments, each presumably in a very different condition.

• Imre (10/5): Tökéletes helyen, közel a látnivalókhoz. - Elhelyezkedés, közel egy mélygarázs, arisztokratikus apartman jó kilátással a dómra. Egy üveg pezsgőt is kaptunk. Nem volt ilyen.
• Arantxa (1/5): CUCARACHAS, SUCIEDAD Y ABANDONO - Tenia una ubicación correcta Había cucarachas. El anfitrión está completamente desaparecido, nos había aprobado la petición de entrar a las 11h por lo que organizamos nuestra llegada a Florencia a esa hora, como estaba desaparecido tuvimos que pagar unas taquillas para las maletas, que nos costaron 16.99€, después de una semana sin contestar a una consulta que le hice y a la petición de las claves para entrar(esto desde el día de antes), nos contestó a mediodía, cuando ya habia pasado la hora que nos había aprobado y habíamos reorganizado parte del dia. Entramos en el apartamento y la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, el apartamento estaba limpio superficialmente, había polvo y suciedad de años. No tuvimos agua caliente ningun día, helada tampoco pero más fría que templada. Pedimos el wifi, y nos envio una foto de un muñeco como si nos estuviese tomando el pelo, solo nos envio el código despues de insistir carias veces. Pedimos un juego de llaves por si salíamos separados a lo que nos dijo que al día siguiente nos las traería y aún las esperamos. No lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo, vas de vacaciones y sufres por si te deja tirado en la calle hasta el último momento (tuvimos que llamar varias veces a atención al cliente de booking). El congelador tenia vida propia, habia bacterias de años, era asqueroso, insalubre y antihigiénico. Las fotos enseñan la parte bonita

View from the window at Cathedral. Comfortable bed in the sleeping room, and sofa in the living room. Well equipped kitchen. Close to center of the city. Walkable distance from museums. Lot of restaurants, shops close to the building. Underground garage is very close (2 EUR/h). Host responded to our questions. Good wifi. It would be nice if there are toiletries in the bathroom (hand soap).

• FlorinStefan (10/5): Aristocratic building - Right close to the center. Aristocratic building that makes you feel like you are part of the Renaissance era. Apartment is very spacious. Highly recommend it for the vibe. Noise coming from outside and a water pump that is pretty annoying. Bring earplugs!!
• Lucija (7/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist groß und für 5 Personen super geeignet. Kleiner Balkon mit Blick auf den Dom. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unzureichend. Es gab keine genauen Infos bezüglich Check-In und Check-Out. Die Küche war leider sehr schmutzig.

• Mária (5/5): - A lakás elhelyezkedése miatt egy 15-20 perces sétával elérhető a központ. A tulajdonos kommunikációja. A kérdéseimre nem kaptam választ. Előfordult, hogy két nap múlva válaszolt, akkor sem arra, amit kérdeztem. Érkezés előtti napon este érdeklődtem, hogy jutunk be a lakásba. Erre sem válaszolt. Már a Firenzei forgalomban köröztünk, mire végre reagált az üzenetre. A lakás erős felújításra szorul. A fürdőszobában és a konyhában is. Papírtartó, ülőke leesett, függöny leszakadva....de még sorolhatnám!! A kanapé használhatatlan,szakadt, ócska kényelmetlen darab, még egy éjszakára is. A konyha felszereltsége gyenge, igénytelen, kávéfőző, kenyérpirító nincs. Régi, ragadós eszközök bedobálva a fiókba, amire semmi szükség. A tulajdonos több lakást üzemeltet azon az emeleten, ahol voltunk. A sok kép közül nem tudhatod, melyik lakást fogod megkapni. Nem egyértelmű. A fotók több lakásban készültek. Internet használhatatlan. Éjjel hatalmas zaj jön fel az utcáról, egészen hajnalig, mivel forgalmas helyen van.

• Olga (9/5): Un saut en Florence - Les instructions qu'on a reçues étaient claires. L' emplacement de l' appartement était parfait pour nous(on est resté 2 nuits) Le soir c'était un peu bruyant mais après minuit calme donc c'est normal. Il y avait des places pour se garer (zone bleue). Les chambres étaient grandes et soigneusement décorées. Les draps et les serviettes étaient blanc et propres . On peut que recommander. La cuisine.... Besoin de rafraîchissement peut être nettoyer mieux et mettre quelques verres, cuillères etc . Sinon pour 2-3 jours c'est très bien 😊
