- jetmir (2/5): Apartments nicht empfehlenswert - Der Strand befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Leider entsprach die Ausstattung des Apartments im Spa Neptuno nicht unseren Erwartungen, da sie als veraltet empfunden wurde. Des Weiteren wurde uns telefonisch ein Parkplatz zugesichert, welcher bei Ankunft jedoch nicht verfügbar war. Die Suche nach öffentlichen Parkmöglichkeiten gestaltete sich als äußerst schwierig.

- Arianna (9/5): Appartamento comodo e spazioso per gruppi o famiglie - Posizione comodissima al centro, una volta parcheggiata la macchina non serve più spostarla. Gli interni sono tutti nuovi, gli spazi sono ampi e luminosi, i letti comodissimi e gli asciugamani morbidi. Lo staff è stato molto gentile sempre, si può usufruire dei servizi dell’hotel, noi abbiamo provato la colazione ed è stata superba. L’appartamento è davvero spazioso, molto comodo in tutti i suoi ambienti. La doccia funziona benissimo con abbondante pressione nel soffione (cosa non scontata). Nonostante sia tutto ristrutturato di recente, il blocco di una delle porte finestre non era funzionante. Anche il phon non funzionava nonostante fosse evidentemente nuovo ma non è stato per noi un problema. Un piccolo suggerimento per il bagno, tutto bello ma il rubinetto del lavandino è davvero troppo corto, non ci si riesce a lavare bene perché troppo attaccato al margine del lavello.

- Samuel (8/5): Personal Excelente!!! - Me gusto el servicio al cliente, el trato fue siempre superamable de todo el personal, el hotel y todo super limpio, bonito, muy agradable y tranquilo. Ideal para viajar en familia. La ubicacion estaba super bien. El bar, la alberca, recepcion, todo perfecto, sobre todo el trato del personal en todo momento. No me gustó que yo reserve un hotel en el cual las fotos se veía todo superbonito y me asignaron un apartamento un poco viejo, donde, aparte de no proveer limpieza diaria por parte del hotel, me pedían que YO limpiara y dejara todo íntegramente limpio, basura afuera y demás cosas que no espera uno de un hotel. Para eso hubiera escogido un Airbnb. Otra cosa, el checkout a las 10am, donde quedo las salidas de hoteles a las 12pm?

- Oksana (8/5): - Apartament war wirklich sehr schön mit Balkon, die Lage ist zentral, ganz neben ist Meer und gute Verbindung Zug und Bus.Könnten Wir schnell nach Barcelona fahren, um da einen Tag zu verbringen. Besonders hat uns geholfen Synni ,der arbeitet im Hotel Neptuno.Er hat uns beraten. Wir haben Halbpension, und nach Essen kann man sagen, dass nicht alles war gut. Beispiel keine Tabelle ,was Speisen enthält. Weil gibt es Menschen ,die keine Schwein essen können. Danke in jedem Fall!

Сейф без замка. На балконі валялися недопалки сигарет. Так як це останній поверх, то зрозуміло що там просто ніхто не прибирав. На 4 зірковий готель не схоже.

- Adrian (5/5): - The Apartment and location Aircon not functioning during our 2 nights of stay we didn’t get enough of sleep becaust of the terrible heat., although the technician checked it on our 2nd day and said it is repaired our last night is the same it didn’t worked we all thought when we arrived in the apartment it is working already but unfortunately not, the sofa bed isn’t comfortable one side is super hundido hacia la pared. Cleanliness and the kitchen is superb basic but we have all we need. If not for the aircon and sofa bed i would say everything okey but not to be able to rest all through out our stay during the night especially i am with my kids amd family i think i have to say hay priorizar aircon and beds also. I hope it will be fix so the next family wouldn’t have to suffer.

Genial ubicación con muchos servicios alrededor. Poder disfrutar de las instalaciones del hotel fue un lujo. Destacaría la atención del personal también y en especial de Bárbara una gran profesional que nos atendió en todo momento con un trato exquisito. Una estancia para repetir sin duda! Nada.

El apartamento es muy cómodo perfecto para una persona o pareja y tenía todo lo necesario pare relajarse. Solo un detalle, y es que la cocina el techo es inclinado y tienes que calcular el movimiento. No tengo nada que criticar. Espero les terminen el arreglo de la calle rápidamente ya que para acceder se hace complicado

- Lisette (8/5): Erg fijn - Fijn appartement met hotel faciliteiten naast de deur. Wij hadden het appartement op de begane grond en hierdoor een terras om lekker buiten te zitten. Dit is zeker een aanrader. Voor 5 volwassenen is 1 badkamer soms een uitdaging. Keuken is erg compleet en 2 keer per week wisseling van handdoeken is erg fijn. Niets alles was oké.

- JUAN CARLOS (6/5): Correcto - Limpieza correcta. Muy buena ubicación El apartamento está anticuado, las camas son bajas y demasiado blandas. El cabecero se movía mucho. Problema de hormigas en la cocina. Deben de actualizar los aparatmentos.
