• Maria (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι η ιδανική!Στην καρδιά του κέντρου,δίπλα στο Σύνταγμα.Ότι χρειαστήκαμε ήταν δίπλα μας.Ζωντανή κσι ασφαλής περιοχή .Πολύ καλή η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη,μάλιστα φρόντισε να μπούμε στα δωμάτια αρκετά πρίν την καθορισμένη ώρα. Το μπάνιο και η κουζίνα χρήζουν ανακαίνισης.Περισσότερη προσοχή στην κσθαριότητα.

• Costas (9/5): Πολλά ήσυχο διαμέρισμα στο Κέντρο της πόλης - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και πολλά ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης μας άφησε να μπούμε από τις 11 το πρωί για check-in και να φύγουμε στις 5 το απόγευμα για check-out χωρίς έξτρα χρέωση. Παρότι το διαμέρισμα είναι στο κέντρο της Αθήνας είναι εξαιρετικά ήσυχο. Υπάρχει ένα ωραίο διπλό κρεβάτι και 2 μόνα και ξεχωριστή κουζίνα. Είναι ωραίο διαμέρισμα για οικογένειες αλλά και για 2 ζευγάρια. Το μπάνιο είναι ικανοποιητικό αλλά μια μικρή βελτίωση θα την χρειαζόταν.

• Sandor (8/5): Szuper ár-érték arány kényelmetlen kompromisszum nélkül. - Csendes volt, nem lehangoló, jó kommunikáció a szállásadóval. Kicsit kevés napfény jut be, de akinek csak alvásra kell egy budget opció, azt ez nem fogja zavarni.

• Martin (5/5): In need of maintenance and tlc. - Other than being quiet there was nothing that stood out with this apartment. Decent sized fridge with a freezer plus a washing machine if you need it (we didn't). The hot water worked well, we didn't try the ac. Cleaning regime was not great. There was a toothbrush on the floor under the bathroom sink, clearly visible from the door. There was an open drain in the bathroom covered by a small mat. The cups and glasses in the kitchen were grimy, and a lot of the crockery was chipped, the toothbrush mug was splattered with the previous occupant's toothpaste. There was a mass of hairs on the bed sheet. The kitchen tap was very loose and liable to come apart at any moment. There was socket hanging off the wall We couldn't use the balcony due to the voracious mosquitoes. There was a strong smell of damp/drains at the building entrance. No smoke detectors and no emergency instructions which were needed in our case as there was a major gas leak in the building. We were two people, but the maximum capacity of occupants would have been claustrophobic. Many of these issues on their own world have been bearable, but the accumulation of issues means we wouldn't use this apartment again.
• ALEXANDER (6/5): Good and comfy location but dirty and rusty - The location is super convenient. In the center of Athens near the metro station. The apartment is old but comfy. The bathroom was dirty and with rusty old utensils. Also the mattresses were old and tough to sleep. In general the apartment is not taken care of and the owners only care about getting paid and don't clean it properly or replace rusty broken utensils.
• Sabine (6/5): - Die Lage ist super. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Viele Cafés und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe. Spinnweben in Küchenschrank, schmutziges Backrohr, lockere Armaturen in der Küche, Zusatzdecken fürs Bett haben unangenehm gerochen.

• Katherine (8/5): A great spot. - This spacious apartment is situated in an ideal location to make getting to and from the airport as easy as pie. It can comfortably sleep at least 4 and despite it being on a relatively busy street, is super quiet at night. Lots of hot water and the host is super responsive and a great communicator.

• ELISABETTA (10/5): Consigliatissimo! - Abbiamo passato una settimana presso Dimitras Apartment. Esperienza eccezionale! Appartamento grande pulito silenziosissimo pur essendo in pieno centro. Vicinissimo a due fermate metro : piazza Syntagma e Panapistimio. Zona elegante e sicura con tantissimi negozi e ristoranti di vario genere. Supermercato accanto all'appartamento. Un ringraziamento speciale all'host. Giorgios persona gentilissima e disponibilissima per qualsiasi necessità. Risponde immediatamente a chiamate e whatsapp. Grazie di cuore per il tuo supporto durante il nostro soggiorno. Struttura super consigliata per chi vuole stare in centro ma in tranquillità. nulla

• Gabriele (10/5): - Everything was perfect! the structure is located in the center, 200 m from Syntagma square and is located in an elegant building. Adjacent to the structure there is a small and convenient supermarket. The house is perfectly functional with two bedrooms, a bathroom and an induction kitchen. The host is kind and helpful and answers the phone right away. We will definitely come here again if we return to Athens.

• MiaWaldorf (7/5): - Location of the apartment is amazing, it cannot goes better then this. Also host was very approchable and quick with resolving minor issues that we had in the apartment. Beds should be a bit more comfortable, but for short stay it was ok.

• Manuel (8/5): Buen alojamiento - Buena situación. A 8 min a pie de plaza Sintagma, centro neurálgico de Atenas. Se puede visitar todo caminando, y la zona es buena, no da sensación de inseguridad. El apartamento bastante limpio y la comunicación con el propietario muy buena también. Únicamente que las camas eran un poco duras, por lo demás todo bien.

Very friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Air conditioners working perfectly. Value for money. Definitely staying again when travelling again to Athens, Greece.

• Rajana (10/5): Location and price is excellent! - Location is just in the heart of the city. Really good value for money. Rooms are big and for us as a family the door between the bedrooms makes it so easy that we left it open as our younger one normally gets a bit scared when it’s new place and this was just perfect for us family of 4. Host was so good with communication and we felt so welcoming. He was so accommodating with check in and check out times. Will definitely stay here if we visit Athens again. It would have been better if the toilet seat is replaced/fixed. But no complaints at all.

We were three people, yet there were only two mugs, only two coffee cups, no kitchen towel or paper towels. Some of the lights in the bathroom need to be replaced.

• Valeria (10/5): I highly recommend this place. The host is super friendly and gives all necessary info and support - Spacious and comfortable apartment, with a well equipped kitchen. Perfect position in a quiet district of the city, thanks for everything! Due to first floor position, few natural light enters from the windows but no problem for people on holiday :)

• Eva (8/5): Very good - We wanted accommodation at very close walking distance from Syntagma Square, where the airport metro and bus lines come and Dimitra's apartment was perfect for that. Moreover, the apartment is situated at the back side of the building and it was very quiet, while the location is very busy during day and early evening. Safe to walk back at any moment. Extra bonus the 2'distance from the Numismatic Museum, the garden cafe of which is a great spot for breakfast, coffee or appointments.

• Leeloo_de (7/5): Life saving after other apartment cancelled on us a couple of hours before arrival. - This apartment was offered via booking.com as another we had book some months ago literally cancelled on us before boarding the plane from Germany to Athens. With that being said, there was not much time to decide as I needed to switch off the phone with the customer service before plane taking off. - The host was very nice and responsive, keys are easy to retrieve - Location is perfect, near everything one can wish for, Super market 30 seconds away, subway, coffees, bars anything. - Quiet despite being located in the centre - Large living room, hard mattress on bed - If the house is not previously aired, the smell of carpet is very bad, I had to sleep two nights with the window fully open to have it slightly removed - Mosquitoes !!! the living room has a balcony door and it has no mosquito nets. Which meant in the context of above topic, we were suffering every night from mosquitoes bites and lack of sleep - Bathroom is a funny topic, is really stimulates the imagination of all things that could be placed wrong have indeed been placed wrong. But that is maybe a personal taste. What is not really nice is the lack of deep cleaning for the shower and attached cabin that seemed to have suffered some mistreating (handlers were only half connected on the shower doors).
• L.l (7/5): Okayishhhh - Excellent location, which was the major factor of this booking. Safe and spacious, easy to find. Communication with host went smoothly as well. You wouldn't say it was the cleanest one (mold in the douche cabin and among tiles). Looks like it used to be an old office, so the "2nd bedroom" had a window without curtains. During the night, other tenants from the block put on the light, so it shines right on your face, waking you up. Not ideal if you need a good night's sleep. Additionally, there's a glass door between the 2 bedrooms so not enough privacy.

• Kathrine (8/5): For the price we paid we were pleased with the overall stay dispite with the few cons. - The apartment was very easy to find with the instructions of the property manager to locating the apartment and finding the keys in a secured box without any direct contact . The apartment was clean , spacious and location was central to everything we wanted to see in syntagma and a 10 minute walk to monastiraki. Very pleased to see a supermarket a few doors down and lots of coffee shops around for our morning coffee and something to eat. Main bedroom bed was uneven and husband couldn’t sleep well. Sliding door on balcony couldn’t lock and I was concerned with the room not being secured but thankfully it was ok as we were on the first floor

• Sheryl (9/5): Perfect location near main attractions - The location was perfect. We walked everywhere from the apartment. About 20mins on foot to Monastiraki, and 30mins to Acropolis. Lots to see and stop on the way, grab a coffee. There’s a convenience store right below the apartment. Would be nice to have 2 sets of keys as we were 4 people who stayed.

• Alexandra (4/5): Disappointing - The location. It is really near syntagma square. We didn't get central heating 2 nights out of 3. We had ac, but our nose kept getting dry from the ac so we were not comfortable. We didn't have warm water to take a shower, they have installed a boiler that was too little for a family of 4. The carpet was really dirty at the entrance, in the kitchen and in the main bedroom. The microwave oven was really dirty.

• Jacqueline (7/5): Good - The location is near shopping strip but it was not noisy as the apartment was facing the back. Like the supermarket right downstairs that we came back to get stuff from them when we returned back to Athens from our land tour. The host gave clear instructions on how to access the apartment although he needs reminder stating it is high season. This apartment is also the only one apartment that states we need to keep the aircon to a certain temperature. The apartment layout was a bit awkward, living room is part of the main bedroom but sofa faces the bed while the bed faces the tv. Kitchen area is stuff with no ventilation as aircon is in the rooms. The 2nd bedroom is connected to the main bedroom with sliding door, good for family with kids but if all adults there is no privacy.
