• Matulec (2/5): - Docekali su nas cisti ručnici i posteljina, sto se podrazumijeva, ali eto to je neki plus koji bi mogla izdvojiti. Po dolasku u apartman radila je veš mašina i na trenutak smo mislile kako smo u krivom apartmanu. Osim toga, kuhinja je bila prljava i nađene su dlake na radnoj površini za kuhanje, a ni frizider nije bio najčišći. Također, kanta za smeće u sobi je bila pretrpana i nije ispražnjena ko zna koliko dana. Na to sve kad smo upalile klimu iz nje se osjetio talav smrad ustajalosti kao da nije ciscena i servisirana godinama. Nakon sto smi odlozile stvari, cule smo jako lupanje po vratima, otvaramo a zena nam bez nekog ljubaznog predstavljanja upada u apartman i ide prazniti masinu za ves , sto je po meni sve trebalo biti odrađeno prije nego smi mi stigle, kao i čisćenje koje ocito nije odrađeno. U oglasu nam je obecan parking u dvoristu ili ispred kuće na ulici, no kada smo htjele parkirati ispred kuće jer je dvoriste bilo premalo i vec su bili neki auti tamo, receno nam je da cemo dobiti kaznu za parkiranje i da auto moramo ugurati u dvoriste. Na pitanje gdje su vlasnici, pretpostavljamo kucepaziteljica nam drsko odgovara kako vlasnika nema , bez ikakvog daljnjeg objasnjena. Kasnije nam je jos sigurno 3 puta netko kucao na vrata da preparkiramo auto i pomaknemo se jer oni trebaju izaći van. Sve u svemu iscrpno i ne vrijedi tih novaca.

Air conditioner not working,range hood not working, kitchen ceiling light not functioning, stove and refrigerator very dirty,trash bin left uncleared. Air conditioner failure was especially unacceptable as the temperature that night dropped to 11°C. I stayed only five minutes before leaving and booking another place. All issues were completely unacceptable. I had booked two nights, yet even under such conditions, the host still refused to provide any compensation.

• Kamila (8/5): - Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Było czysto, spokojna okolica i bardzo wygodne zameldowanie. Dostaliśmy informacje dotyczące zameldowania dużo przed, więc jechaliśmy ze spokojną głową nie musząc się o nic martwić. Łóżko wygodne. Słabo wyposażony aneks kuchenny, brak mikrofali i czajnika. Dosyć daleko od centrum (ale to widziałam po mapie więc nie odejmuję za to gwiazdek :) )
• Ryan (7/5): - cheap accommodation for a quick overnighter on our first night. At 40 euros it was never going to be 5 star, but we didn't expect 5 star. it was fine. The owners gave us a code for the keybox but when we opened it there was no key which caused a little panic. the apartment was already open with the key inside the door. so all good.
• Sonja (8/5): Wir brauchten nur eine Übernachtung Nähe Flughafen, da unser Flug sehr früh ging und wir uns trotzdem am Tag vorher noch - War alles ganz unkompliziert. Gute Kommunikation auch wenn wir direkt vor Ort keinen persönlichen Kontakt hatten. Die Lage war etwas zu sehr entfernt um zu Fuß in die Stadt zu gehen - das ist allerdings kein Makel an der Unterkunft, da hätten wir uns vorher besser informieren müssen.

• Angeles (5/5): - It was clean and it has a little kitchen so you can cook. The apparment is in the 3rd floor of a building, be ready for the staits because there is no elevator.. Bed not very confy. Far from the center. Not too many parking spaces. The price does not include the tourist tax.

Nous avons pu nous garer sans problème à proximité. À noter qu’il est loin du centre à pied mais ce n’était pas un problème car nous avions la voiture.

Il condizionatore gocciolava sopra i letti, posti proprio sotto, è uscito addirittura del ghiaccio. I letti duri. Gli interruttori erano messi dietro l'armadio e pochi punti luce. La stanza è comunque un garage riadattato per un prezzo così esagerato non era per niente accettabile

• Detlef (6/5): - Die ruhige Lage und das die Gastgeberin Vor-Ort sehr behilflich war. Durfte die Waschmaschine benutzen, die sich allerdings auch in meinem Bad befand. Für eine Nacht ist das Zimmer akzeptabel, aber nicht einfach zu finden, trotz aktuellem Navi. Die Küchenausstattung sehr spartanisch.

Het ligt wat verder van het centrum, waardoor er bij een kort verblijf in de avond weinig tijd overblijft om het centrum in te gaan.

• Logobe (8/5): Completo pero retirado - El apartamento en general estaba bien y es bastante completo. La anfitriona contesta muy rápido tus dudas. Está bastante retirado del centro, nosotros tuvimos que ir en coche. No pudimos salir a desayunar a la terraza porque había bastantes avispas.

• Vanessa (6/5): The host should seek advice from a female - It was quiet. There is a coffee machine BUT instant coffee, no kettle. No microwave which is standard these days. Host made it clear that we were to leave 2 euro, but how to access the free wifi was not clear. The door was open when we arrived, probably because it is difficult to lock. The television had one station that stopped working after a short while.

Пані господиня дуже привітна, весела, уважна. Хоча сам готель знаходиться не близько від центру, по дорозі можна побачити багато чудових будинків і краєвидів. Хто любить гуляти пішки, однозначно відкриє для себе багато цікавого. Ми полюбили Хорватію і Задар усім серцем ❤️

Aucune information ne nous avait été communiquée avant notre arrivée, alors que le problème était déjà présent depuis un jour. De plus, il n’y avait aucun rideau au niveau de la cuisine et, étant donné que le lit se trouve dans la même pièce, il était compliqué de dormir une fois le soleil levé.

• Manoj (10/5): Enjoyed😍 - We stayed at this apartment for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos – clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and convenient parking. The host was absolutely amazing! Very respectful, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to help us – recommending great places to eat, beautiful beaches to visit, and local spots worth checking out. Her communication was professional and very responsive, which made everything so smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again! only downside was our room was in the third floor and had to drag the luggages all the way up and down through stairs. But that was also not too difficult but can be for somebody else.

• Sofía Rico Márquez (8/5): - El apartamento estaba muy limpio, era muy espacioso, el baño estaba prácticamente nuevo, tenía una terraza muy agradable con mesa y dos sillas. La cama era cómoda. En general la estancia dentro del apartamento fue muy buena. Aunque no sea por culpa del propietario, el acceso al apartamento es a través de una calle sin asfaltar, llena de piedras que no da mucha seguridad para acceder con un coche. El parking es bastante dificultoso cuando hay varios coches aparcados y no hay una zona señalizada exclusiva para apartamentos patrizia, por desconocimiento aparcamos en una zona de la calle y salió una persona de una de las casas a llamarnos la atención cuando no obstaculizabamos el paso ni había ninguna indicación de no aparcar. Esto último me parece destacable para que no le ocurra en el futuro a otros huéspedes.

• Ariana (8/5): - The apartment's air-conditioning was a welcomed surprise! The unit was clean, easy to locate and included everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The unit was also close to several large and very well stocked stores. The apartment is not located in the city center of Zadar, while we knew this when booking this accommodation we didn't realize how much more difficult the walk would be in the heat of the Croatian summer. Luckily uber is ~4-5 euros here so we alternated between walking and ubering to the city center.
