• Lajos (10/5): Barátságos, tiszta, praktikus szállás. - A szállás tiszta és jól felszerelt volt, gyakorlatilag minden igényünket kielégítette. Érkezéskor az asztalon bekészített nassolnivaló, csokoládé, víz és bor fogadott minket, ami igazán kedves figyelmesség volt. Minden vendég számára biztosítottak törölközőt a fürdőszobai használathoz, valamint külön törölközőt a tengerparti fürdőzéshez is. A két, zuhanyzóval és WC‑vel felszerelt fürdőszoba nagy előnyt jelentett, így a 7 fős társaság számára is zökkenőmentesen indultak a reggelek.
• Romina (10/5): O locație foarte bună pentru un sejur de familie. Noi am fost 6 persoane, 4 adulți și 2 copii și a fost foarte bine. - A fost exact ceea ce mă așteptam. Descrierea este foarte bună, un apartament generos ca și spațiu, curat, foarte aproape de plajă. Inițial mă așteptam ca vederea înspre mare să fie mai largă, dar până la urmă nu a fost nimic deranjant.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Cudowne Boże Narodzenie w Larnace. - Apartament rewelacyjny. Wszystko zgodne z opisrm. Czysto, przestronnie, komfortowo. W kuchni wszystkie niezbedne rzeczy łącznie z kawą, herbatą, przyprawami, ściereczkami. Pościel i ręczniki pochnące. Byliśmy na Boże Narodzenie i dekoracje w apartamencie sprawiły nam niezwykłą przyjemność. Nie ma takiej rzeczy.
• Roxana (6/5): Nu este ce pare a fi. - Apartamentul este spatios, dotat cu tot ce trebuie. Iesirea la mare este frumoasa, mai ales la rasarit. Mare pacat ca din camere nu se vede. Pozele arata doar o parte din realitate. Acea priveliste fare vinde cazarea se vede foarte putin, din unghiul perfect. Prosoapele sunt vechi si culoarea oribila. AC tiate fac galagie. Ușile scârțâie.

• Johanna (8/5): Komfortable Wohnung in suboptimaler Lage. - Wir waren vier Personen, und für diese Gruppengröße war die Wohnung sehr gut geeignet. Es gab eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen großen offenen Wohn-/Essbereich mit zwei bequemen Sofas und einem großen Esstisch. Der sehr große Balkon bot einen teilweisen Meerblick. Handtücher für den Strand, Küchentücher etc. waren reichlich vorhanden. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen und im Wohnbereich ließen sich einfach bedienen und waren effektiv. Alle Fenster hatten einfach bedienbare Jalousien, mit denen man gezielt die Sonne draußen halten konnte. Die Lage war nicht optimal, in einem Baugebiet einige Kilometer östlich vom Zentrum Larnacas. Ohne Auto kommt man hier nicht gut zurecht, da es fußläufig nicht viele Geschäfte gibt. Im Haus selbst wurde offenbar noch gebaut, wodurch die Treppen und Hausflure verschmutzt waren. Die Zufahrt zu einem Parkplatz hinter dem Haus war noch nicht fertig, so dass unser Meitwagen es nicht leicht hatte. Einmal hatten wir offenbar an der falschen Stelle geparkt (ohne das zu wissen) und wurden von einem Anwohner "zur Strafe" zugeparkt -- also besser vorher mit dem Vermieter genau klären, wo das Auto stehen soll! Fast jeden Tag gab es erhebliche Geruchsbelästigung von außen, wahrscheinlich durch Abwässer, die möglicherweise in der Nähe ins Meer geleitet werden. Auch der Durchgangsverkehr an der Schnellstraße, die ein paar Meter vor dem Haus verläuft, war oft recht laut.

• Thomas (10/5): Traumhaft - Netter Kontakt mit Anbieter. Zur Begrüßung Snacks und Wein auf dem Tisch. Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Schnelle Verbindung, mit Bus, direkt in die Stadt. Kleiner Strand ist direkt hinter dem Haus. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. War alles bestens.

• Gary (7/5): Better inside than out! - Very clean, tidy and had all the amenities you would need. Location is a bit grotty outside, and ongoing roadworks for the past few years!! The block of flats is a bit smelly and run down but once inside, it’s ok. And the view… yes you can see the sea and bay, but you’ve always got the roof clutter of the building in front!
• Oleksii (10/5): Our stay at Larnaca Beach House was fantastic, offering comfort, quiet, and great value for families! - The apartments are bright, spacious, and impeccably clean, equipped with all the amenities we needed. The hostess was incredibly welcoming and attentive, even arriving early to greet us, which made us feel right at home. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. The location, just outside the city center, is perfect for those who prefer a quiet escape from the constant hustle, yet it’s still convenient with a small shop and large supermarkets nearby. The price is more than reasonable for the quality, and it’s especially great for families of 3-4 people—you’d need two hotel rooms elsewhere, but here, it’s super comfortable and spacious for everyone. There was nothing we didn’t like—everything exceeded our expectations!

The apartment is on the beach, with a nice walk eastbound (Oriklini walk) and a 6 minute ride to the town centre, Lidl is 5 minutes away

Sunrise is marvellous, you can enjoy it on the private beach. Very helpful and kind host, thank you so much! We would definitely like to return.

• Srelami (10/5): Extremely spacious, sunny, comfortable beach apartment - Extremely spacious, sunny, well-equipped, comfortable, cosy apartment on the beach. It is newly decorated and spotless. Great kitchen, comfortable sofas and beds. Very nice and extremely helpful host. Highly recommend it. Sometimes a bit tricky to find parking.
• Adrianna (10/5): Amazing apartament near Larnaka - The apartament is located almost on the beach. it is very clean and has everything you might need during your stay. next to the building you have a shop and bus stop. it takes about 5-10 min to get to the centre of Larnaka by car, and the same to get to the motorway (so it is a very good location when you want to do some sightseeing around!) Parking is available next to the building. Host is incredibly helpful and easy to contact. We have received welcome fruits and wine :) Our apartment was located on 1st floor and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings to admire the sea :) -

• Krzysztof (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious, sunny and very comfortable, kitchen is very well equiped and you can find everything you need there. Beds are comfortable, the apartment was very clean. The host left us nice welcome gift and responded to all our questions really fast. From the balcony you will have beautiful view and the beach is just 30 steps from the apartment :) wonderful place for holidays with kids if you are looking for quite place near the beach.
• Rita (9/5): Spacious apartmant very close to the beach. - The apartmant is super comfortable, very well equipped and the hosts are really helpfull. The beach is in really proximity, 10 steps from the building. There are real local style coffees and restaurants in walking distance. When you are in, the apartment is very nice, but the building itself is quite shabby, and an other empty ugly buiding disturbs the nice beach view.
