- Traveler (9/5): - Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Proprietari molto premurosi, gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. L'appartamento è in ottime condizioni. I letti delle stanze sono comodi. Buona posizione, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. L'esperienza complessiva è decisamente soddisfacente, ma vorrei fornire alcuni spunti di miglioramento per rendere la struttura ancora più gradevole: Il parcheggio in strada è un po' difficoltoso per macchine di medie/grandi dimensioni. Chi ha dormito nel divano letto ha segnalato una certa scomodità del materasso e della rete, un po' rumorosa. Avremmo gradito la presenza di alcuni complementi di arredamento (es: ganci/maniglie nei bagni per appendere gli asciugamani, o anche uno sgabello). Necessità di effettuare alcuni piccoli interventi di manutenzione per sanare alcuni aspetti che stridono con l'ottima qualità della struttura: - una porta del piano superiore cigola in maniera molto rumorosa, più volte ci siamo svegliati perchè qualcuno andava al bagno - le ante della cabina doccia della zona giorno scorrono in maniera piuttosto rumorosa

- James (10/5): A great place to stay and explore Arezzo. - This is a brand new two bedroom apartment. it’s unique that it also has two full baths. There is great air flow from lots of doors and windows, a ceiling fan (rare in Italy) and brand new AC units. The location is quiet, but still a short walk to the area inside the wall.
