• Helen (5/5): The smell made the stay unpleasant despite its good location. - In Chinatown and everything within walking distance The apartment smells bad. No toiletries like bodywash or handwash. The musty odour in the whole apartment was very bad.

• Armida (5/5): The location is very handy to all. Just fixed the aircon sound to have a good sleep then. - Location is excellent. The host reply easily. The room's aircon very noisy when it is ON, like the sound of the ute's engine, since the fee is not refundable so we bear it unfortunately. It should be fixed. The cooktop is not working. Fans were so dusty and noisy. Duvets were just dumped in the cabinet floor.

• stephane (3/5): APPARTEMENT ET EQUIPEMENT A RENOVER !!!!! - J'ai échangé avec vous a plusieurs reprises donc perdu beaucoup de temps en démarche et en réparations des appareils défaillants afin d'essayer de passer des vacances correctes malgrès l'état générale dégradé de l'appartement et des équipements, les odeurs et les cafards !!! Bref le séjour n'a pas été correspondant à nos attentes. Et BOOKING nous propose une indemnisation de 150 Dollars alors que le séjour nous a coûté plus de 5 000 Dollars je pense que c'est se moquer du monde pour être poli.
• Laurène (8/5): - L'endroit est très bien situé, propre, climatisé et insonorisé (quand les fenêtres sont fermées. Le prix du jeton de levage mais ce n'est pas du ressort de l'hôte, c'est la laverie de l'hôtel.
• Chelsea (6/5): Too high a price for what you’re getting. - It was easy to walk to/from sites and directly across from the train station Very small, dark, kitchen wasn’t equipped enough to really cook anything. The elevators smelled and were slow. We didn’t have very many towels or trash bags and the soaks were empty.

• LIMEI (7/5): 在雪梨找到性價比最高的餐廳，房東回覆問題都非常快。剛入住的時候有兩個燈泡壞掉，聯絡房東後隔天早上馬上派人來修，效率非常高 - 交通很方便，房間風格新穎，廚房雖然很小，但設備齊全 這次入住3人房，沙發床睡起來尚可，但沒沙發以後椅子不夠，從陽台拿一張進來 住宿旁邊就是中國城，週末晚上聽得到附近餐廳唱歌的聲音，會比較吵

• Judy (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great! Room was comfortable but had a lot of dust caked on the fans. Bathroom needs an overhaul but was sevicable. No shower door or curtain so needed to be careful not getting water everywhere. Tub definitely needs new caulking. The kitchenette was nice and was clean and handy to have. Owner was great about questions and answered promptly.

• Kari (2/5): Location helped us to keep away from this disaster for a room. - The location is good. Well, there are several issues, some that have been addressed before by other travellers. 1. the air-condition did not work and they were unable to fix it in two weeks 2. 1/2 table lamps was dangerous, the switch is broken, had to unplug it 3. there were 2 fans (my assumption is that the aircon really hasn't worked for ages), one worked, on the other I needed to dismantle the cover net to get it rotating, over and over again. 4. towel rack fell down. As I have always a Leatherman toolset with me, I managed to fix it. But really? 5. Cockroach was seen on site. 6. The owners promise one and other, but a lot seems to be empty talk. 7. the small black spots you'll see in the shower are most likely some kind of mould. The vent in the roof definitely had not been cleaned for quite some time 8. the carpet on the floor had not been vacuumcleaned for some time. So, if you have any respiratory challenges or air-condition is important to you, this is not your place.

• Claudia (4/5): Feeling ripped off at Haymarket - I liked that the apartment had a kitchen and washing machine. The location is great, right in the middle of China Town and the Capitol Theatre across the street. I don't even know where to start ... The most shocking experience was when I found out that we had to wash sheets and towels ourselves since there was no exchange of these during our stay with the booking. I have to mention that we booked the place for 15 days, so it should have occurred to any decent property manager that we would probably want to exchange sheets and towels after a week or so. Given the daily rate we were charged, I could have booked a similar hotel room with daily housekeeping service instead. In fact, the Meriton Suites just across the road would've probably been better value if I had known they existed prior to booking this place. The other unpleasant experience was when a massive cockroach came to visit. While we tried to catch it, we couldn't help but notice that the cleaners probably haven't cleaned under the beds for quite some time. We found massive dust piles and tissues under the beds. Aweful!

• Dave (8/5): This is inside a mantra. But an airbnb style. Not run by mantra . - The location was great . The space was as advertised. Clean and functional. Bad smells in the lift and halls last days . Not the owners fault . But obviously a sewer issue in the building at the time . The freezer wasn’t working properly, our food got spoiled as a result . It iced up but would not keep frozen items frozen . Probably just needs a good defrost.

• Anna (8/5): Tidy apartment in a fantastic location - a great base to explore Sydney from! - The location was amazing, so close to to tram, and an easy walk to Circular Quay. Lots of great eating spots nearby, and there was excellent shopping areas. The apartment was perfect size for three people, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was sufficient (and had enough utensils/cutlery) for the few times we cooked our meals. Our host was quick to respond to any questions or issues that we had, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately the bathroom didn't have a fan (and the bathroom has no internal windows), so that was one of the main downsides to the apartment. The bedrooms lights didn't work, but there were lamps we could use (this was reported to host & acknowledged, so I'm assuming this has been fixed since we stayed).
• Capt (8/5): It was overall a good stay. - Property Location was really good. Overall experience was good. Room Cleanliness was not up to the mark. The Standout balcony was not clean. Despite out long stay no additional toiletries were provided. Self Garbage disposal / Location was a serious let down.

Notified Booking.com, they said sorry then goodbye😤 - Location is great! clean bedsheets. hair on shower drain, no shower curtain water splashing which makes the floor wet, 4pax 6days but only 1 hand towel and 1 bathroom mat/rag. Drawers have hair, used comb. Bathroom vent covered with thick dust.

• Louisa (9/5): good value for money, but can improve in clealiness - good location and value for money. next to tram stop and chinatown. Not too clean, we found dead cockroach under the bed of living room. The sound of trams outside could be an issue as well. Only 2 mugs, but can give more mugs at least for 3-4 people.
• Melissa (4/5): Disappointing - Great location with the tram stop out the front. The apartment was dirty when we checked in. The mirrors in the main bedroom were grubby as was the bathroom mirror, there was hair left in the bathroom, toothpaste marks on the benchtop, the carpets were dirty, the fridge was unclean, the fire sprinklers were covered in dust, there was mould around the air vents on the ceiling. The whole apartment felt unclean we are disappointed with this overall standard. I'll reached out and sent photos to the owner. She did offer for cleaners to come back but it was a rainy day and we were using the apartment as we also didn't feel comfortable to have cleaners come into the apartment with our belongings in there. There was no milk or coffee provided and only one toilet roll for a 3 night stay. We also discovered that the central heating in the living area did not work. A small portable heater that was in the apartment but it was not powerful enough to keep the room warm. The stay was disappointing as we felt uncomfortable with the cleanliness, the cold room.and the fact I had to raise issues with the owner and unfortunately get no resolution from them.
• Maxine (7/5): Central Sydney location - Central location It was very noisy - busker outside every night! Minimal tea and coffee provided. A bit too compact for 4 adults.

• Marian (7/5): It was a very good one till we all got So cold and caught a cough because of the heaters are not working well - The location and the size of the room The heater is not working properly. Need to be replaced , it gets really cold in the room .

Tram is right at the front but must be aware of the noise from the tram engines all the time The apartment is 1 bed room plus extra bed in the living area not as per advertisement that 2 bedrooms. This is a wrong advert and the price of 2 bedrooms instead.
