- Gabriela (7/5): Nice apartment in Valencia close to the city of arts - The apartment was big enough and really comfortable When we arrive the terrace was super dirty with construction material. The host told us the workers did that after they clean but anyways…

- Sergii (1/5): Bad - We arrived at the apartment that appeared to be poorly prepared: dirty cleaned, a lot of dust in shelves, the advertised patio was full of not ready at all. We were told "due to windy the day before", even though we arrived well in the afternoon. Linens on one of the bed were dirty, so were kitchenware (including glasses with the trace of lipstick) in the kitchen. The water drain in the sink was not working properly (the water was flushing for 2-3 minutes). To make things even worse, when we came back round 9pm the electricity was off. It took the owners some 30 minutes to come after the urgent call - and they didn't manage to fix it during the time we were packing our belongings. Luckily, there were some free apartments in the nearby (round 10pm), which appeared tb cheaper, cleaner and much better. This place - not recommended.
