- Elissa (6/5): The flat was really good but the cleanlines and the cleaning staff was honestly horrendous. - The property was extremely comfortable and the location was amazing. It did feel very homey and safe. Also when we arrived we did not have the code to open the safe box and receive the key and the number provided was answered immediately! The cleanliness of the property was not good, the toilet had a droplets on it (unknown if it was water or something else), further there was dust in some areas which made it feel unclean. Further there was a dominos sauce left in the fridge maybe this was intended and not a cleanliness issue. On our last morning the checkout time indicated was 11-12, at 11:30am we heard the door open and the cleaning ladies showed up, they were very rude and would not close the flats main door! We basically had to pack and have our showers with the flats main door open listening to them shout! Honestly the interaction with them was what destroyed the experience most of all. They were extremely rude to the point that they were raising their voices at us. I was shocked to say the least
