The location is excellent—right in the heart of the island, with easy access to the harbor, shops, cafés, and restaurants, while still being quiet and comfortable. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The space was cozy and inviting, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and very helpful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Staying at Townhall Apartment added so much to my time in Symi, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the island. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The apartment is beautifully located, right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore the harbor, shops, and restaurants on foot. It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The atmosphere was peaceful and authentic, giving us the perfect Symi experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions and make sure we had a pleasant stay. We truly felt at home and would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this beautiful island!

• Carley (8/5): Symi is a gorgeous town, accommodation was nice but I didn’t like the stairs. - The layout, styling, facilities and location to restaurants and shops. The complimentary bottle of wine was very much appreciated! The amount of stairs to get up to the property with a heavy suitcase. Pictures are deceiving as it looks like it is ground level. Also the distance from the port to the accommodation is NOT walking distance in 35+ degree heat.

• scroutzs (1/5): Κάκιστο (έχασα τον ύπνο μου και τις οικογενειακές μου διακοπές). - Δυστυχώς τίποτα δεν είναι όπως φαίνεται σε φωτογραφίες. Δυστυχώς δεν είμαι ο πρώτος τα γράφει, αλλά είναι κρίμα που την πάτησα και εγώ. Κατσαρίδες παντού, θόρυβος καθημερινά από τους ανθρώπους που έρχονται να πάρουν τα σκουπίδια, το οίκοιμα θέλει βάψιμο επειγόντως, υγρασία παντού καθώς και η μυρωδιά τις υγρασίας είναι έντονη κάθε φορά που μπαίνεις στο χώρο του σπιτιού.....Δεν γνώριζα ότι μετά από τόσα ταξίδια στο εξωτερικό στην δική μου χώρα θα πλήρωνα πολλά χρήματα για να κοιμηθώ με κατσαρίδες και να αναπνέει η οικογένεια μου μούχλα(υγρασίας). Τα χρήματα που δώσαμε όχι απλά δεν άξιζαν λυπάμαι πάρα μα πάρα πολύ οποιονδήποτε πληρώνει κοντά στα 300€ για δύο νύχτες οι οποίες απλά είναι ένα μαρτύριο φωτογραφίες για όλα τα παραπάνω.... Εγώ συγκεκριμένα με την οικογένειά μου πληρώσαμε 279€... Για δύο μονο βράδυ.
• Danni (5/5): Elskede alt ved turen, med undtagelse af når man skulle til/ fra huset! - Nyt og lækkert indvendigt… Store problemer med kakerlakker, der lugtede af kattepis. Megen lugt fra nabo ejendommen, virkelig ikke nice!
• Judith (8/5): Symi city special - Well located apartment close to the port, shops, restaurants, and ferries. Comfortable bed, well-appointed kitchen, and a great shower. Easy walk to butcher, fish monger, and mini markets.
• Pamela (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful apartment perfect for a family. It has a lovely veranda with a fantastic view. There are only a few stairs, and the harbour, shops restaurants etc. are very close. Needs a shower curtain.

• Aino-kerttu (9/5): Superb - The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean and communication with the host was easy. We really enjoyed our stay in Symi and the apartment had all the necessary amenities (and beyond!). Especially the kitchen was well equipped. I recommend townhall aparment to everyone who appreciates spacious, home-like accommodation. If you want to look at the sea or the beautiful harbor of Symi, this accommodation is not for you. Even though the location is central, it is not particularly comfortable to spend time on the patio (because of the dumpsters). There was also some noise in the morning, but it didn't bother us that much.

• Peter (7/5): All of the town of Symi is right at your door step - and down a few stairs. Less stairs than most of the other houses in - The location in the middle of town was perfect The view of the town dumpsters and the noise of them being emptied early every morning
