• Natália (7/5): - Boa localização, estava limpa também, se o apartamento tivesse uma reforma ficaria muito bom Sofá cama duro, cheiro forte de esgoto no banheiro, o piso destruído com risco de acidentes de todos os tipos e de má qualidade

• Adreinn (8/5): Ajánlom :) - Nagyon király,hogy lehet főzni :D A kanapè ágy külső fekvőfelülete borzasztó kemény,mintha betonon fekdne az ember. Azt nem ajanlom alvásra. Illetve a légkondival kínlódtunk,hiaba állítottuk fűtésre nem fűtött,csak a hideget fújta. Elég hűvös volt a lakás. De betekaróztunk es nem volt gond :)

• Paola (7/5): Problema tecnico grave - Presenza di una lavatrice (ottimo per i soggiorni lunghi), appartamento sempre riscaldato, cucina attrezzata L'appartamento non è ben tenuto. I mobili sono rovinati, le pareti macchiate, il pavimento ha le assi divelte e la pulizia è pessima. Trovata presenza di peli in tutte le lenzuola e cattivo odore che emanava dal bagno. Il problema più importante è stato il processo del check in, avvenuto tramite un'app complicata da comprendere; quando abbiamo ricevuto le istruzioni e i codici per entrare nell'appartamento abbiamo scoperto che avevamo una sola chiave per poter entrare in casa e avremmo dovuto usare i codici per le altre 3. Secondo giorno di vacanza ho scordato il cellulare in casa e con esso i codici ricevuti e il numero di telefono del proprietario e sono stata costretta a collegarmi ad un mio computer da remoto per aver accesso all'applicazione di booking e rileggere i codici. Sarebbe utile consegnare tutte le chiavi delle porte onde evitare questi spiacevoli avvenimenti che ci hanno fatto perdere tutta la mattinata (o anche in caso di blackout)

• Bianca (8/5): Raport calitate pret bun - Este amplasat intr-o zona buna, la 15 min de mers pe jos pana la targul de craciun si aprox 20-25 de palatul parlamentului. In zona sunt magazine, am gasit si loc de parcare, care a fost gratis pe weekend, iar in timpul saptamanii se plateste doar intr 8-22 (noi am plecat luni la 7:30, deci a fost la fix). Apartamentul este curat, bucataria dotata cu tot ce trebuie. Am gasit curetenie si caldura si un TV smart unde am putit sa ne uitam pe netflix. Baia este cam friguroasa, nu are nici calorifer si nu intra nici aerul cald de la AC daca usa este inchisa, dus clasic cu scurgere in gresie, fara cabina. Apartamentul nu este foare mare, in dormitor este doar un pat, dar per total a fost bine.

• Ekaterina (8/5): Central location with easy access to all important sights - The location is very central and convenient for travellers that want to explore the city. It was perfect for our 1 night stay. The area around is full of places to eat and supermarkets. There is paid parking nearby, also after 22:00 the street parking is free. We asked for 2 h earlier check-in and it was provided by the host. The apartment was clean and maintained. The check-in instructions were extremely long and sophisticated but we managed to get through. The inconvenience for us was that the host requested registration in a central register but the link was sent few hours before the check-in which made it difficult for us to stop, scan documents on the road, etc. I have send several mails and called a few times previous days to request the link earlier. The registration was a condition for receiving the codes for check-in. The area outside the apartment in the common corridor was not very clean, there were brushes and mops of the cleaning staff left. The most surprising condition of the host was that we have to throw our garbage at check-out. This is not acceptable and happens to me, frequent traveller, for 1st time.

In addition, it was complicated to understand how to get into the apartment. The host asked us to take out the trash (which I don't get if I pay a cleaning fee) and we never got where to go, because the building was confusing.

• Roxana (6/5): fine - Good location, small kitchen, almost suitable for 4 the smell into the appartment has been awful (came from the bathroom). Also the cauch from the living room was not very comfy for sleeping (so the appartment is not that suitable for 4 pers).

• Yücel (10/5): Beautiful, very clean, like new, and comfortable. 100% recommend to anyone - The place was easy to find, the host was easy to contact and helpful at any time. Apartment was so clean, and comfortable. Everything we needed and plenty of space for our family of 4. The parking situation but that is no fault of the host. There is plenty of parking but it is with a fee and it is very expensive during the week.
