• elizabeta (10/5): Great accomodation and wpuld - The location was near the Center, by walking distance. There was coffee, it was very clean and cozy. The only thing that we didn't like it was very cold in the apartement and there was no heating.

• Glenn (10/5): Great apartment in a great location! - The apartment was in a safe neighborhood and we felt comfortable coming back to it. Restaurants and grocery stores are close by and within walking distance. Small kitchen, but we were only there for 6 nights.
• Anna (9/5): - Зупинялись тут на 3 дні - все дуже сподобалося. Квартира продумана, чиста, є все для комфортного відпочинку. До центру близько 30 хв пішки, можна під’їхати на автобусі. Нам дозволили заселитись на 3 години раніше - приємно. Бонус - власний паркінг,що важливо у Флоренції. Відпочинок був чудовий, дякуємо 🍕☀️
• Philippe (9/5): Large clean apartment, well located and excellent value for money. - Excellent value for money, great location. This is a large apartment, recently renovated and in excellent condition. It was fine for the 9 days that we stayed. We do recommend it, though we have a few misgivings (see below). The apartment is impersonal, as if no one really lived in it -- it would help if the owner stays there a few nights to find out and add a more personal touch and identify a few minor issues that need fixing. The decoration could be improved, as it is very minimal. The person that greeted us to hand us the key was late; he was nice too but he was also a little bit scary (he may no longer be in the job, as this was his first week apparently)...

• Passidou (8/5): - Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ άνετο και πολύ καθαρό ! Είχε μέσα πολλές παροχές αν εξαιρέσεις το πιστολάκι το οποίο ήταν χαλασμένο και ήμασταν 3 κοπέλες και το χρειαζόμασταν ! Γενικά η τοποθεσία ήταν αρκετά καλή αν πας οικογένεια! Αν είσαι παρέα φίλων δεν βολεύει πολύ αν δεν έχεις αυτοκίνητο κάπως η συγκοινωνία τελειώνει αρκετά νωρίς ! Κατά τα άλλα όλα ήταν υπέροχα !

• Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - modern clean apartment with a wonderful spacious vibe. I was there for a work project and felt at home, could rest very well. Easy to get to, very friendly host, great check-in!

• Felicity (1/5): Basic rental, dangerous electrics, full of mosquitoes. Ruined our holiday - The area was OK. There was no information about it in the apartment, but we explored & found that within about a 10 minute walk (in different directions) there are two pharmacies, two supermarkets, a little square with a bar & two trattoria, a fruit & veg stall most days & a few tabbachi dotted about where you can get a coffee or a drink. Being so far from the centre it's not touristy. Pretty much everything about the apartment was disappointing & of poor quality - service received from owner & the building manager was terrible, the apartment itself - categorically NOT as presented on Booking.com - was a real let-down, the facilities & items with which is was furnished were of poor quality. We would never have booked it if the information had been accurate. On arrival we waited in street for almost 45 mins for key. Described as “deluxe”, the facilities are scant, barely basic & were of poor quality. There are 2 Belfiore apartments in this building with different facilities. See photo of advert. On Booking.com they are presented as 1. No distinction imade between them. The facilities are different, but the only place this is indicated is in the individual links which you get to when you are looking for dates & prices. We only found out that they were different on arrival & we had no balcony. Even on the individual links, the description is incorrect. “Garden view” is not of a garden, but of carpark & steps. There IS no garden. 5 coat hangers – inadequate for two people staying for a week. Requested three or four times. Never provided. No bed linen for sofa bed. No tea towels. There's no dishwasher so I’d expect these as a standard item. Insufficient kitchen towel. 1 roll was provided. Dangerous electrics. Reported but not fixed. I had a bad shock from kettle. Inadequate number of electric sockets elsewhere. No laundry tabs. There is a washing machine, drying frame & pegs. No shower gel. Landlord has said correctly that these facilities were not listed in the description. However, not everything was listed but there is an expectation, that for example, there will be crockery & cutlery in a self-catering holiday apartment. So why not washing tabs & shower gel. No local information. No fob provided to give access to street waste disposal & recycling bin. No info about air con. Situation not particularly good. 1 mile+ from the central station, 1.5 miles from centre, 2 miles from Pitti palace. Owner appallingly rude. Apartment is on the ground floor & full of mosquitoes. No mosquito nets. Have never been bitten so much. Couldn't open the windows because it made things worse & had to go to bed soused in Deet. Facts severely misrepresented. In my opinion the reviews are fake.
• Kunwoo (10/5): Exceptional - The host was friendly and although it takes about 20 minutes to get to the center of the city, you can also take the bus.
• Rheza (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is the best — I’d give i t more than 10/10 if I could! We stayed here with our two kids and our parents, and the layout of the rooms was perfect. It created a warm space for togetherness while still giving everyone enough privacy. The cleanliness was absolutely spotless — everything was clean and smelled wonderful. The owner is incredibly thoughtful; we found everything we needed, and every little detail of the furnishings felt carefully considered. The location is excellent, just a short walk to a large Lidl supermarket and other conveniences. The service was outstanding. Throughout our trip in Italy, our feet kept saying, "this is the best, cleanest, and most thoughtfully prepared apartment we’ve stayed in!" That’s how comfortable and homey it felt to live here. Thank you so much, Belfiore, for making our stay truly unforgettable!

• Lynn (10/5): Amazing modern clean apartment - This was such a lovely apartment. Very clean and modern with great facilities and easy to walk into the centre of Florence. Our host was exceptional, very friendly and helpful and met us personally at the property and sent us really useful information about places to eat.
