• FABIENNE (8/5): parfait emplacement pour visiter Budapest - Excellent emplacement pour visiter Budapest, le parking gratuit en face de l'appartement est précieux pour les personnes arrivant en voiture. Nous avons tout fait à pied depuis l'appartement, qui est conforme à la description. De nombreux restaurants de tous types à proximité, et commerces. La serrure intelligente pour accéder à l'appartement est assez capricieuse. L'appartement peut être très calme la nuit ou pas, en fonction des personnes logeant dans les locations adjacentes.

• Matjaz 14 (9/5): Stanovanje na super lokaciji z parkirnim mestom v garaži, super za mirne, ne preveč zahtevne goste. - Sama lokacija v mestu odlična. Super, da je bila na voljo garažna hiša vključena v ceno. Sam apartma starejši in solidno urejen, Sicer pa za ceno prostorno stanovanje in v Budimpešti smo res uživali. Navodila gostitelja so bila zelo jasna. Oprema v stanovanju je že nekoliko starejša in malo zdelana. Skupni vhod- dostop- vhodna veža z smetmi neugledna in tam smrdi. Tudi vrt bi bil potreben ureditve.

• Andreea (9/5): Locație excelentă - Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, amplasat aproape de centru, bine dotat cu tot ce este necesar in bucătărie. Paturile sunt confortabile. Ne-a plăcut și gradina interioara, ne-a lăsat sentimentul de a fi parte din natura, dar având tot confortul.

• Marta (10/5): Udoban apartman na odličnoj lokaciji, u centru dešavanja, a opet skriven od buke. - Udobni kreveti, opremljenost - apartman poseduje svo potrebno posuđe, kao i druge stvari - fen, peškire, sapun, toalet papir.

• veronica (10/5): Un appartamento accogliente in un quartiere centrale - Ottima posizione, appartamento al piano terra di una corte interna, spazioso, molto caldo ed accogliente. Attrezzature della cucina ottime. Da consigliare perché in pochi metri hai tutti i servizi, bar, supermercati e ristoranti. Quartiere tranquillo anche se vicino ad uno dei famosi ruins bar. Per chi viaggia in auto, come noi, è stato pratico e ci ha fatto risparmiare molti soldi, il posto auto nella autorimessa orivata di fronte al palazzo, di cui il proprietario ci ha fornito la card. Inoltre segnalo positivamente la brochure del self check in e di tutte le attrezzature della casa e dei luoghi convenzionati realizzata dal host. Il primo impatto con il portone esterno del palazzo. Ma non vi fate spaventare dall apparenza perché l androne è solo di passaggio per andare nella corte interna dell altro palazzo. L appartamento è completamente diverso, super moderno.

• Gîngu (5/5): Locație bună, curățenie nu a fost la nivelul așteptat, dezamăgită de personal - Locația Din păcate, experiența noastră nu a fost una plăcută. Proprietarul nu ne-a răspuns la telefon pe toată durata sejurului, deși am sunat de zeci de ori. Am avut nevoie de ajutor din cauza unei probleme la check-in și a durat foarte mult timp până am reușit să ne descurcăm singuri.
• Αναστασια (9/5): perfect place for a family ,be aware a little bit the neighborhood - everything was perfect, and convenient the neighborhood,was a little bit more risky than i would expect in a big capital but ,it was ok and we didnt have any problem.

• Radislav (10/5): - Návod byl detailní a přesný. Přijel jsem v sobotu v 16 hodin, potřeboval jsem ještě něco vykomunikovat, v tomto čase byl pan Richard na Bookingu dostupný, vše rychle a perfektně vyřešil. Velice děkuji. Velice klidné a krásné ubytování

• Susana (8/5): - O alojamento é muito fofo e tem até uma espécie de terraço com mesa para se poder passar um belo serão. A localização é mesmo junto ao centro. Adorei A porta da entrada funciona muito, muito, muitooooo mal. Metemos o código dado imensas vezes e foi sempre muito difícil aceder à casa. Chegámos a contactar o dono do alojamento por causa disto.
• Adrian Buse (6/5): Overpriced old and neglected apartament but in central Budapest - Apartament very close to the center of the City. Included parking. Kitchen with all the utilities. Nice TV. Difficult check-in procedure and the safelock on the door works after a lot of attempts. Shady street with shady and homeless people The yard in front of the apartament is pretty messy .The building it's probably 150 years old and neglected. The apartament and all the furniture it's from the 90's pretty cheap and flimsy,it has been gathered from a lot of different furniture sets. The bedrooms are like 8mp a piece poorly mantained everything The doors are old and not closing properly The back terace is messy and has a lot of leaves which you bring them inside on your feet - it is obvious that nobody cleaned there ever. It is very annoying that the toilet has No sink nearby and the bathroom has No toilet it is a very stupid setting they could have at least put a small corner sink in the wc room. Overall an old small and neglected apartament put together in a hurry which it doesn't worth nowhere near 150e/Day which i paid,I wouldn't mind it though if the price would reflect the state of the rooms, but when you ask high prices you should deliver.

• Monique Janssens (9/5): - Goede plek om de stad te verkennen in een levendige wijk maar toch heel rustig. Appartement was mooi ingericht. Veel bezienswaardigheden op loop afstand. Parkeren kun je aan de andere zijde van de straat. Gastheer was erg behulpzaam. Ww hadden wat moeite met het display en de code om binnen te komen.

• Karl (8/5): Great location in Budapest - The location was great for us as first time visitors to Hungary. We stayed for a week. We walked so many places. The beds were comfortable. The decorations were nice. We felt very safe with three locked doors between us and the city: door to apartment, door to courtyard, door from the street. The air conditioning worked really well. Lots of amazing food, sightseeing, and playgrounds nearby. Loved the Iranian bakery and playground at the museum which had a giant hamster wheel for children with a cafe right there (bring 100 and 200 HUF coins for the marble vending machine - so cute for littles). Having a washing machine was super nice with three kids. The door to the apartment had a keypad that was tricky to get used to - you have to rub it before the numbers light up (however this was a *very* minor inconvenience). Additionally, there are unhoused people who routinely sleep on the sidewalk on the street. We didn’t have any issues with this but it was hot when we visited and they also went to the bathroom there. It was malodorous. That being said, it would not prevent us from staying on that street again.

• Anja (10/5): Weekend trip with friends - Great location! 10/10 Self check-in (best thing ever!) - app with a really detailed informations of how to get to the apartment, how to check in, how to find parking garage, recomendations of the restaurants etc. For someone who doesn't spend a lot of time inside the apart. I'm satisfied with the acomodation and its price. Appartment had everything that one could possibly need (iron, hair dryer, even stroller..) Terrace.. a lot of leaves on it
• Bojan (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment size and equipment. Hospitality at a problematic level. They made a huge problem out of my wrong parking and forced me to urgently return from a walk and move the car. The yard in the apartment is miserable and neglected. You can hear frogs croaking from the yard and there is a high probability that due to the neglect there may be snakes in the yard. The apartment is on the ground floor, literally at ground level and there is an unpleasant feeling that someone could jump into your room. Truly a big mistake of ours that we booked this apartment

• Zuzana (10/5): Perfect holiday in Budapest - The host Richard is very friendly and able to help anytime with anything. The apartment is very cosy, and you will find it fully equipped. It is located in the nice area and very close to the center. We walked all the time (dont use bus or train) and reached all we wanted to see. Big plus is free parking, which is in the building across the street from the apartment. Nothing :-)

• Katarzyna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious and really well located, you have all you need for a few days stay. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The huge plus is the fact that the apartment has two bedrooms as we travelled in a group of 4 people. There were no problems with contacting the host. When we wanted to arrive and park our car a little bit earlier just a short message on booking was enough. I truly recommend Lavender Apartment! We had little problems with the water heater but it was just a minor issue that we have resolved by ourselves. Besides that everything was really really good!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. I recommend. There is also an excellent bakery not far from the accommodation, ideal for breakfast. Availability of public transport. The possibility of using parking in the parking garage across the street.
