• Παρασκευή (7/5): - Φανταστική τοποθεσία, όμορφο διαμέρισμα!Πολύ εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης, αντιμετώπισε άμεσα ένα πρόβλημα που προέκυψε. Δυστυχώς δεν ήταν παρά πολύ καθαρό το διαμέρισμα.

• osmo (7/5): - Location was geat There were no slippers, and we had difficulties finding forks and spoons.
• Katharina (10/5): - Perfect flat to visit the city, well located, nice and comfortable! Really fair price and easy communication with the host. We had only some inconveniences with the shower drain, which should be hopefully fixed for the next guests.
• Melania (8/5): - Όμορφο διαμέρισμα υπερυψωμένου ισογείου σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία, κυριολεκτικά δίπλα στον ηλεκτρικό-μετρό. Ευγενέστατος οικοδεσπότης με διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει. Όταν μπήκαμε στο διαμέρισμα υπήρχε έντονη μυρωδιά χλωρίνης, σαφώς δείγμα καλής καθαριότητας, αλλά και ελλιπούς εξαερισμού. Η ντουλάπα φαίνεται σχεδιασμένη για άτομα... άνω του 1,80 :)

• STILYANA (10/5): Perfect - It’s very comfortable and it has all you need even for long term staying. Well equipped kitchen. The neighbourhood is very nice and safe. You can park for free pn the street. There is a big supermarket nearby and the center it’s 30 minutes walking. Thank you!

• Tsvetan (10/5): Wonderful Stay in Athens! - We had a fantastic stay in Athens! The apartment is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and located very close to the city center — perfect for exploring the main sights and enjoying the local culture. The area felt safe and convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was flawless. They were friendly, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. A special touch was the lovely surprise waiting for us upon arrival — such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly welcome. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens looking for comfort, style, and excellent hospitality.

• Zeta34 (10/5): - Φανταστική εμπειρία! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν τέλειο για τις 3 μέρες μας στην Αθήνα: άνετο, καθαρό, με πολύ όμορφη αίσθηση σπιτιού. Βρίσκεται σε υπέροχη γειτονιά, με ό,τι χρειάζεται σε κοντινή απόσταση, και η τοποθεσία είναι βολική για βόλτες και αξιοθέατα.

• Pietro Aldo (10/5): - Posizione strategica vicino alla fermata della metro. Konstantinos é stato super disponibile Check-in e check-out svolti in maniera autonoma e senza problemi. Anche se non ne ho usufruito, la casa è dotata di tutti i comfort(piano cottura,condizionatori,lavatrice,phone)

• ΜΑΓΙΩΝΟΥ (10/5): Ένας μήνας άνετης ευχάριστης Κ ασφαλής διαμονής. - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ άνετο καθαρό περιποιημένο με άνετη κρεβατοκάμαρα κ full εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα που μπορείς να μαγειρεψεις. Σε πολύ καλή Κ ασφαλής περιοχή δίπλα ακριβώς στο μετρό Κ με ωραία αγορά για ψώνια γύρω από εμπορικά καταστήματα μέχρι μεγάλα σούπερ μάρκετ Κ φαρμακεία. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ συνεργάσιμος Κ εξυπηρετικός Κ δεκτικός σε όλα τα αιτήματα. Γενικά ήταν μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή σαν το σπίτι μου Κ θα ήθελα να ξαναμεινω. Ήταν ακριβώς όπως ήλπιζα.

Its location is incredibly convenient — the neighborhood feels authentic and peaceful, while being just steps away from the metro station and within walking distance to all major attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very practical (it had everything one might need). The location was perfect—just 2 minutes from the metro station, very close to the city center, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, and markets. To top it all off, Konstantinos left me a bottle of Greek wine as a welcome gift. Thank you so much, Konstantinos, for your hospitality and kindness 🙏🙏. I will definitely come back to you next time! • Beatrice (7/5): Good - Comfy apartment 2-minute walk away from Petralona station. There are a pharmacy and different grocery stores near, the position is pretty good. All the commodities work well and the host is incredibly nice and offers a cleaning service. The apartment wasn't the cleanest and sometimes a bad smell came through.

• Christos (10/5): Wonderful stay! - I had a wonderful stay at Konstantinos place! The flat is really close to Petralona Metro station( M1) and it was super easy to reach. It is very close to supermarkets and lovely bakeries! Flat looks like it was renovated recently and it was equipped with numerous amenities like coffee machine and microwave The attention to detail and comfort was exceptional! Highly recommend!

The location is very good, right next to the Petralona metro station, just two stops from the historical centre. The Host Konstantinos is an amazing host, welcomed us with Greek wine and pastry. He was flexible with our hours of arrival. He provided us with extra blankets and accessories like a hair dryer right after we asked. The apartment is freshly made and very clean, we felt like we were the first guests ever. The kitchen is fully equipped, so it was very handy to make breakfast, with fresh coffee. The contact with the Host was immediate and very polite, we appreciate it. We whole heartedly recommend to stay here. Dear Konstantinos - thank you, you made our trip to Athens a real pleasure!

• Leon (10/5): If You're looking for an Excellent and Central place to stay . . . . This is it! 10/10 - It was Perfect in so many ways! The Apartment is newly renovated. It's like moving into a Brand New, Beautifully furnished Home! I felt Special and Fortunate to be there. The Owner deserves high Praise! He was there to greet Me when I arrived and always available to assist with any questions I had. I was blown away by all the food and drink amenities that were provided. Definitely better than other apartments or hotel stays! The location is a minute walk to the Metro. The same Metro line that goes straight to the Acropolis tourist area. You can also walk to the Acropolis in about 20 min. The location is centered around countless restaurants/bars, shopping stores, and grocery markets. I couldn't ask for anything better. I will definitely come back and recommend to all !!! Everything was Positive!
