• Such (4/5): Nos cambiamos de hotel - Realmente el alojamiento es caro comprado con los que estan centrico, si eliges sin piscina no es para tanto y por el mismo precio tienes hoteles en centro de Mirissa en la playa con piscina y la villa con piscina es muy cara a nuestro parecer ya que esta muy retirado del centro, hay mas opciones centricas por el mismo precio.

• Sue (10/5): Lovely Tranquil Place to stay - Having your own private villa was exceptional ! The host was lovely and was greeted with the help with my heavy case, bless him--- he needed to be strong! The pool was amazing and the privacy of the villa was one that I really appreciated. You are left to your own device, but they are only a phone call away to text or call with a enquiry. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment too. Remember to bring supplies for it as it is a self catering place. But you have a large fridge you can stock up on The walls and curtains could do with a refresh as they look a bit tired. Also there was a lot of ants in the kitchen area, maybe a ant deterrent could be applied to deter them from entering everything in the kitchen.

• Anaïs Montchaud (2/5): Un taudis - Nous avons du partir rapidement, ils ont accepté notre annulation gentillement. J'étais presque soulagée de devoir à partir. Photo tres mensongères... C'était pas propre du tout, de spoils et des cheveux dans le lit, les poussieres n'avaient pas été faite depuis fort longtemps, un dépôt dans la bouilloire. Assez vétuste. C'est à vous de faire votre lit en arrivant, pas de gel douche ou shampooing, en reclamant elle ma finalement donné des savons. Les extérieurs ne sont pas tres bien entretenus, pas un tuktuk dans la zone, plutôt très excentré.

The property is a perfect slice of paradise—peaceful, modern, and surrounded by lush greenery. ​Our chalet was spotless and well-designed, offering the ideal balance of privacy and comfort. We loved starting our mornings on the terrace and cooling off in the beautiful pool in the afternoons. The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, making us feel right at home. If you want to be close to the action but sleep in total tranquility, this is the place!
• Мария (5/5): - Разница между фото на сайте и реальностью конечно огромная, в жизни все выглядит иначе, никаких бассейнов нет и вы снимаете не «шале» целиком, а просто крохотную комнатку в доме. Полы очень грязные, куча насекомых и да, это Шри-Ланка и все такое, но тараканы которые вас одолевают прямо в доме это не весело.

Bit misleading: We booked the place because we wanted to enjoy the pool, however, the pool only comes with the most expensive house and the other guests are not allowed to use it. • Catarina (9/5): Super clean and beautiful Villa - The property is located a bit away from the confusion of Mirissa and it is absolutely amazing, the villas are gorgeous and if you are a fan of hearing nature this is the place for you. The staff is super friendly and they adopted a little puppy that was run over by a car and she welcomes you every time you arrive.

• Anastasiya (10/5): Exceptional - We had an amazing stay at this villa! It's tucked away in one of the quieter streets, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. The villa is beautifully clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent. Everything felt brand new and well-maintained. You have a lot of privacy as the other villas are slightly further away with fences in between. The sounds of nature in the evening and admiring the sky full of stars are a lovely bonus. We were so happy with the place that we even decided to come back for a few more nights. Highly recommend this peaceful retreat!

• Guillem (8/5): Very good - Tharanga was a very amazing guy! Very polite with the customers and all was brilliant. We book 2 nights because on the booking photos we saw a swimming pool, and normally we had a swimming pool included! But when we arrived we didn’t have a swimming pool, because the pool is only for 1 apartment. So is very frustrating when you arrived and you dont have pool. And location, you need maybe 10-15’ in tuc tuc to arrived to the beach. And near the hotel, you dont have any supermarket or restaurant.

Beautiful location, beautiful people, Tharanga was such an amazing host, always checking if we needed anything and made our stay very enjoyable, he helped us organise our transport and gave us good recommendations of the area! Location was a bit off and people charged 800LKR 1000 LKR for just 4 kms. Availability of food and proper kitchen.

We where under the impression that the pool was for everyone but is belongs to two cabanas only. We booked a cabana without the pool apparently. This was our fault so look closely when you want to use the pool 😉 But Taranga and his wife rebooked our stay so we did had the pool. We are so grateful for them. Thank you guys!

• Richa (8/5): Very good - The place is very pretty, surrounded by greenery. The rooms are modern and clean, as shown in the pictures. The location though beautiful is a bit far from the main beach and the wifi wasn't working properly. They also don't have an in-house restaurant and it's far away from restaurants so getting food was a bit difficult.

• Mohamed (5/5): Not bad but the location was too far from the town and the road also very dark. - The way they keep the wash rooms. The facilities they mentioned not worked properly for me. Like their television was not worked.
• Slava (9/5): Beautiful house and very quiet place. Not for from everywhere if you riding scooter to motorcycle. - Very poor internet connection. The host provide only router with SIM card. So if you are expecting to work from there, it will be a bit challenging.

• Charika (10/5): Lovely little villa - The pool is part jacuzzi, so that was a pleasant surprise. Quiet surroundings with a fantastic paddy field view. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils with a decent supply of spices and condiments. Would definitely come back here. The wifi didn't work. Cable TV subscription was only for local stations. The air conditioning unit was unable to sufficiently cool the room during the day time and there is no fan in the room.

• Ida (9/5): Great value - The house is big and nice, the private pool is perfect! Shower has a great water pressure! Host helped us get a tuk-tuk every day and it got there with a great price and quite quickly every time! For this price the place was perfect! Our favorite place during our 3 week stay in Sri Lanka Kitchen had 1 pot and 1 pan-both were dirty. It s a quiet place-you will need a scooter or a tuktuk. Host does not speak much english but is kind and understands if you need a tuktuk and will get it to you quickly.
