• Estela Cristina (9/5): Vista maravilhosa do pôr do sol - Bem localizado, a poucos minutos a pé de Oia, mas fácil de chegar e estacionar de carro na acomodação. Região tranquila, a jacuzzi com vista para o pôr do sol é o ponto alto (a vista não é para a caldeira). Quarto novo e cama muito confortável, inclusive com mesa e espelho excelentes para se arrumar. Equipe muito simpática e atenciosa. Não há uma divisória no chuveiro, então o banheiro sempre fica molhado. Também seria interessante ter gavetas ou prateleiras para acomodar nossos itens pessoais.

• Kerrie (10/5): - A new ground floor unit, location suited us,away from tourist crowds, but short walk to cafes ,shops ,up a hill. Unit was in a quiet area, with parking,ground floor,spa. It had everything we needed ,a short walk to a mini mart, breakfast brought to us every day was delicious. Communication with staff was excellent re services or anything. Beds were very comfortable. It was good to have the sofa bed. Landscaping was well thought of. Spa was a bonus. Everything was great.
• Emily (8/5): Great Location - Easy walking distance to Oia, breakfast was included and time of breakfast delivery was negotiable. Shuttles to and from Santorini airport were able to be organised easily by the staff which saved us a lot of stress. Lack of walls in the shower made showering a very wet mess! The smaller of the beds was quite hard to sleep on, and the hot tub could have been warmer.

• Emma (10/5): A beautiful apartment outside of the centre - Andreas was an incredible host. He organised taxi transfers, answered any questions that we had promptly and made our overall stay amazing. The location is fantastic, the walk to Oia centre is easy and perfect. No need to organise taxis there as it is so close. One thing extremely notable about our stay was the breakfast - I don’t quite have the words for it. Fruit, pastries, bread, eggs etc but the best part was….every single day was different. It was our first time in Santorini and we can’t wait to return back to Theophrasti Suites!

Andreas e il suo staff ti coccolano in ogni cosa. La camera è meravigliosa, pulita, spaziosa, in un angolo di pace ma comoda per ogni spostamento. Veramente la perfezione. E che dire della colazione? Una coccola mattutina servita direttamente nel patio della camera. Sicuramente un posto nel mio cuore a Santorini. A presto ❤️
• Carlo (10/5): - La struttura è a cinque minuti da Oia, rendendo molto facile raggiungerla la sera senza fare troppi minuti con i mezzi. La camera è molto grande e ha sia la vista sul mare che sul tramonto. La colazione è stata ottima con ogni giorno frutta fresca, omelette e sandwiches. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la piscina privata esterna che, oltre ad avere una finestra sul mare, dava direttamente sul tramonto.

Andreas est adorable, très arrangeant et réactif. Son application est géniale 👍 très pratique pour découvrir les environs. Petit déjeuner très bon, équilibré avec tout ce qu’il faut. • Natascha (10/5): Beautiful location and host - The accommodation was fabulous, with a great location close to beautiful Oia and next to Finikia which is a real hidden gem. The host Andreas was great before arrival and on meeting. With tips of the local area, using the local bus which is cheap and easy and great walks. The hot tub felt a real treat and the breakfast was great every day with varied choice. Everything was spotless and very high specification. Nothing, great location, team and accommodation
• Jodie (10/5): Beautiful apartment with private hot tub - highly recommend! - Theophrasti Suites was just the perfect place to explore Santorini from. The apartment is clean and beautifully presented - and had everything you need to enjoy a stay (I was here for ~ a week!). The private hot tub is a really special feature: It was slightly cooler than the outside temp in the day and slightly warmer than the temp at night, which meant it was great to enjoy at any time - and you can see the sunset from there! Just beautiful. Andreas was a really lovely host, very friendly and available easily on the phone for questions - he had some great recommendations for food and things to do. The little village a few minutes walk away is very cute and has a small corner shop for supplies and a few great restaurants to eat in. Oia is very easy to walk to, about 10-15 mins away. All the tours are happy to pick up from outside the apartment which was very useful. I would 100% recommend these apartments and will definitely stay here again when I return to Santorini! I loved everything!

Andreas was fantastic and very helpful, he recommended us places where to go and reminded us to choose our breakfast preferences (delicious breakfast by the way 🤩). We very much appreciated that he made sure we checked in as soon as possible, without extra fee, as we asked for an early check in due to my husband’s medical condition. He let us know about the fireworks for the annual event that happened on the island, which was great 🥰 and also booked taxi for us to leave for the airport. It was an amazing experience and we will definitely book the suite again for our next trip to Santorini 🤩 There was nothing that we didn’t like 😊

• Ashley (10/5): Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! - Loved that the property was walking distance to Oia and was a lovely apartment. Andrea’s is incredibly helpful and responsive. From helping us rent a car, recommending wonderful restaurants, helping us get some laundry done and organizing transfers for us, he was kind, attentive and had it all covered.
• Michal (10/5): Place to relax after exploring Oia and nearby area - It was great to relax in the jacuzzi after exploring Oia. The apartment was clean and modern and Andreas was very helpful when we needed anything. The location was also very convenient, having a market and ATM just 5 minutes away, also close to restaurants in Finikia that also offer a great food and sunset views, if you’re a bit tired to go to Oia in the evening :) While it’s just ~20-25 mins walking to Oia, it may feel a bit further when it’s hot ;)

The location is very tranquil and peaceful but is a short 10 min walk to Oia in the heart of all the action. Room service breakfast was an added luxurious touch. Our host Andreas went way above and beyond to make sure our visit to Santorini would be an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this accommodation and any other that Andreas hosts. • Lynn (7/5): Good - lovely space and great patio. Bathrobes provided were a lovely touch No dresser and not enough hangers so we had to keep our clothes in suitcases. Bathroom was lovely however it needed hooks or towel bars. No shelves and no place to put bathroom products.

• Lena (9/5): Lovely room with big terrace - We had such a great stay. Andreas was a really nice host and gave us great tipps and secret spots that really were secret (unbelievable but true!). We enjoyed our stay, that room and the terrace and would definitely come back. The breakfast could have bit more variety and the pool could be colder in the summer months. It's really great small pool, but it was very hot during our stay and we couldn't use it a lot.

The unit was sparkling clean and very peaceful in the cute lowkey town of Finikia, a short walk to the more famous but much busier Oia. Beautiful sunset over the ocean facing the backside of the caldera and distant islands .

Working on the terrasse and having a private jacuzzi was the best. A bottle of water and wine, fruit, coffee and tea is available with a compatible Nespresso machine.

The room looks exactly like the pics on Booking, it is spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, a lot of towels of different sizes (+ bathrobe and beach towels) and every day the room was cleaned and tidied up. We loved watching the sunset from the jacuzzi in total privacy. Andreas is an amazing host, he gave us lots of advices regarding restaurants, wineries and best beaches of the island. I highly recommend this place, I would definitely come back! Nothing, everything was perfect

• Joseph (10/5): Great value for money. Clean, good location and best of all private hot tub! - Absolutely loved our stay at Theophrasti Suites. Andreas was a fantastic host and was always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations. I mentioned in the booking that our trip was to celebrate my partner’s 30th birthday and we arrived to find lots of balloons and chocolates and an extra bottle of wine. Little touches like this made it a perfect stay! The room is big and feels fresh and new. The hot tub was a great touch and was always spotlessly clean. Cleaning staff do a great job of refreshing the room each day. The location is great. It’s a couple of minutes walk to an ATM and a small shop where you can buy essentials. A few minutes further and you’re in Finikia, a lovely little traditional village with a few great restaurants (we particularly enjoyed Lefkes!). 10 minutes and you’re in Oia. The roads are a little tight, but that is typical for the area and we never felt unsafe even walking at night. Overall, this is a great value for money and a great option for a special trip to a very special place. The hot tub plus Andrea’s’ level of service really set this place apart from other options! Worth every penny.

• Samuel (10/5): Exceptional - We had a really good time at Theophrasti suites in Finikia. Only 10 minutes by foot from Oia, the most popular place in Santorini. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace and in the jacuzzi, with a view on the sea and the surrounding landscape. The apartment is clean and well organized. It has a kitchenette, dining, living, and a large bedroom with a television. The staff is really kind and friendly. Andreas helped us in many situations: car rental, boat tour of the island, restaurant and shops suggestions. Anything you want to know, you can ask him!
