• Zahed (1/5): Bad - I really wanted to stay at place we booked place at 11:30 pm It was writen in site we can check in until 00:00. The owner told he can not open the door and it was not possible at that time to cancel resarvation from my side. The owner send email for booking site but they never answered, they act like I stayed at place. They paied the onewr and kept a percantage for web site about 30 e. The owner paied his part back but web site never answered and without doing any thing wrong from my side I payed 30 for nothing and spent that night at street I am just sorry for booking.com web site so sorry ..
• Silvia (8/5): Perfect studio for a group or family of 2-3 members in Brussels not too far from the centre - The kitchen is very well equipped (just missing 1 or 2 pans, and some sharped knives). The toilet is spaced and clean, and the shower works perfectly, but the hairdryer was missing. The location is great if you want to be near the city centre but not inside the centre - approx 30 min walk or 10-15 min by bus). There are a lot of fruit shops as well as restaurants nearby. Just 40 min away to the Atomium by metro. Excellent service from the staff. The bed is big but the mattress is not that good. The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. I did not bring my hair dryer because the advertisement said there was one (not a big deal in the summer,but in the winter it could have been a problem for some guests). The facilities to eat could be better (chairs feel too short for the table).
