Sébastiaan (7/5): - Centrale ligging van het appartement. Schone keuken met voldoende keukengerei. Bed erg klein. Kleine boiler voor douche, 2e persoon had altijd al snel koud water. Privé parkeerplaats is niet gegarandeerd, afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid en is ongeveer op 5 min lopen van appartement. Geen mogelijkheid om zwemhanddoeken o.i.d. uit te hangen.

Sandra (8/5): Trivsamt boende - Perfekt läge nära gamla stan. Rummet var litet, men bekvämt och väldigt fräscht. Värden gav tydliga instruktioner inför incheckning. Vi träffades aldrig, men han svarade snabbt och respektfullt på alla frågor. Beskrivning av rummet stämde överens med verkligheten. Lyhört, men inga problem för oss. Hade gärna haft tillgång till uteplatsen, men denna var endast tillgänglig för lägenheterna på bottenvåningen. Gratis parkering cirka 400 meter bort, men upplevde inte heller detta som något problem.

Peterson (8/5): Comfortable stay (ate without table -3) - Nice room with AC, comfortable bed, fridge and shower - all very appreciated. Also, parking place! Even though i didnt need kitchen i would appreciate fee basics: Water kettle, plate/ bowl with cutlery. Otherwise ok.
Kagreener (6/5): Pleasant - It has all the amenities and a fridge. The double bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The location was amazing being in the center of town next to all the shops. It's very basic and plain. It feels a bit unloved has only one small picture, is a bit like student accommodation. Could do with some more paintings/stuff to make it feel homely and a chair/sofa wouldn't go amiss. Was very expensive for what it was.

Pierre (8/5): One of our best apartment in Komiza rented over 12 years - Excellent lay-out of the apartment very well furnished with taste, nice garden with shade, quiet central location with easy access to the Riva, shops and beaches. Friendly owners just next door. Nothing worth to mention

Adam (4/5): Clean, tidy. Very small. Better accommodation is available at comparable price. - Very clean. Close walk to nearest beach and centre. Not as described and not as the pictures on Booking.com lead you to believe. Tiny apartment, suitable for 1 or a couple who would not spend much time there. Not suited for any more than two people. Laundry provision not as good as other apartments in the area, I have been visiting for 20 + years. Would have been nice to have some loo roll! Would have been nice if the owners had been present to welcome guests rather than leave us trying to call at the given arrival time with no answer and having to wait about hoping someone would arrive to show us to the apartment. It would have been helpful is the host could perhaps have extended the single sofa bed so there could be no accusation of damage or an overly excessive charge to replace. Felt I was treated as an idiot and as someone who couldn't follow basic IKEA instructions to fold the be out. Lacked suitable amount of basic crockery/cutlery. If you want to be cramped go here, others are available with better provisions, space. Do not be fooled by the pictures, this apartment is small. My children were accused of making excessive noise by owner, however, this is a block of apartments with paper thin walls therefore we were equally disturbed by other guest tramping in and out at all hours. Not making excuses for my children but after the accusation felt we had to creep in and out like little mice and be in bed by 8pm. The hosts had children who would knock on the door at all hours and harry us when we went out. A cheek to accuse us of making excessive noise. Basic curtesy of the host leads a lot to be desired.
