• Dovile (1/5): Never ever - We couldn't find the entrance to the apartment and the host wasn't picking up the phone and didn't answer my message. Basically we waited at the door of the building that, according to the map, was supposed to be somewhere close the Elysium apartments, but no one reached back. Then the accidental food delivery guy helped us to find the entrance which was in one of the stinky and dirty back streets, where the back doors and sewers of the restaurants and hotels go out. İt looked like a crime scene from Jack the Ripper movie. Since nobody showed up and answered my phone, we couldn't go in, but honestly I wouldn't stay there with my son even if it were free. So we spent the night at the airport waiting for our 6 am flight, as everything else around was booked.
• Nigel (1/5): A night to forget. - Poor levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the so-called 'luxory' apartment.The fridge was not working, the floor was sticky and the bed had a thin sheet directly on the matress, with no mattress protector. Smoke detectors had been disabled by being covered with plastic bags and bedding smelt of smoke. This created a real danger and obvious safety hazard for all occupants of the building. At around 3.30am we were disturbed by a group of men, who returned to room 17 (the room next to ours) and proceeded to aggressively shout, argue and swear at each other, at the top of their voices, for at least the next 45 minutes, before leaving again. As well as being unreasonable, inconsiderate and totally unacceptable, this behaviour was also threatening and distressing for my partner. With no night security personnel available, and nobody on reception overnight, or the following day (Sunday) she actually felt vulnerable, scared and at potential risk for her safety. This alarming situation has still not been resolved or satisfactorily explained. I just hope that by responding to your request for feedback, Booking.com may be able to address the matter and help prevent other people from having to endure a similar nightmare experience.

• Ehsan (10/5): Clean, bright and airy - Clean, bright and new apartment, easy check in procedure. Was given easy to follow instructions to get into apartment, clean towels provided and it was very clean. Had a good night's rest
