• Randall (9/5): - Centrally located and very reasonable rates for this section of Amsterdam. Stairs to the rooms are quite steep and difficult to manage with suitcases. Staff was very helpful in assisting with suitcases.

• Adivaldo (8/5): Ainda é caro para o que oferece - A localização é excepcional. Há im frigobar que é bem útil O acesso aos aptos é por uma escada íngrime e estreita, o que é comum na cidade. A recepção é em um coffee shop, o que não é um verdadeiro problema.

• Dijana (8/5): Lovely place to stay and enjoy a good wibe of Amsterdam , would definitely come back - Location was great . Very clean and nice room with a view . Staff was very easy and check in was very quick and easy . Rooms were just renovated so everything is clean pretty and modern We got 2 single beds instead of double bed as expected. Very small room but can be functional . Steep narrow stairs , just as warning for people like us with heavy big luggage. Only small fridge in room and nothing else , not even 1 glass or cup But can get free coffee from reception Staff was very friendly to hell with anything.

• Francesco Pasquale (9/5): - Posizione Top! Almeno per le nostre esigenze. Struttura a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, comodissima per noi che abbiamo viaggiato per l’Olanda in treno. Ma in generale tutte le principali attrazioni della città sono raggiungibili facilmente a piedi dalla struttura. Non abbiamo nemmeno affittato le bici perché avendo trovato bellissimo tempo, abbiamo camminato e girato la città a piedi senza alcun problema. Il check-in è il check out effettuati immediatamente, staff molto cordiale e disponibile. La camera era silenziosa, pulita e con vista su un canale della città. Esperienza da ripetere assolutamente quando torneremo ad Amsterdam.

• Mary (10/5): Perfect place to sleep for 1-2 days in Amsterdam. - Great location. So convenient to the train station. The room was clean, fresh looking. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was perfect. Towels were large and thick. I wish there had been glasses for water and/or Nespresso machine … in the room. It would have been nice to have wash cloths along with towels.

As escadas são íngremes demais, ficamos no segundo andar, mas já sabíamos disso, é mais um alerta mesmo, pois para nós não foi um problema. Excelente estadia e voltaríamos mil vezes
• ionela (10/5): - Am avut o experiență excelentă la acest hotel. Locația este perfectă, aproape de principalele atracții, iar camerele sunt moderne și foarte confortabile. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și mereu gata să ajute. Un loc ideal pentru un city break reușit – cu siguranță aș reveni și îl recomand cu drag! Ar fi fost de apreciat dacă se făcea curățenie în cameră și se ridica gunoiul în mod regulat.
• Mariana (8/5): Nice for a short stay in the centre of Amsterdam - Staff were friendly and helpful, upon arrival the towels had some stains but when I flagged this they were changed immediately. Location of course was the best part, but overall the room was clean and comfortable enough. I had a nice view over the canal There was some smell in the room from the coffee shop under the hotel, it cleared eventually but it would've have helped if I could air the room out but the windows didn't open. As others have pointed out I could hear every time someone was going up and down the stairs while I was trying to sleep, luckily I'd brought earplugs which helped a bit.

• Héctor (4/5): Not as described and lacking attention to detail - Location and sights There were two beds instead of the one described on Booking. The mattress had very little firmness, and there was no light switch or lamp near the bed. Not to mention that the pictures on Booking were from two different rooms, so it wasn’t as expected

• Claire (9/5): Central cosy location - The location of this hotel is excellent, the beds were very comfortable and generally the room was equipped for a short stay in the city. The staff downstairs were very helpful and luggage storage was appreciated after an early flight/before a late flight home. The fridge in the room was a welcome addition for storing drinks during our stay too. Unfortunately the courtesy of others was the downside of the hotel for us (not in their control of course!) A larger group spent the entire stay without any consideration for others - shouting and stamping around at all hours. It is a small building and traditional in style so be mindful that there are others in close quarters to you.

• Piia (8/5): Great location, wonderful staff - The staff was super helpful and friendly! The location is just perfect, so close to the railway station. A cosy small hotel. The room only had lights in the ceiling, no night light and the bathroom ventilation was really loud when on. This is definitely not a location for someone with mobility issues: the stairs were very high and narrow. A lot of climbing to the third floor.

Great for smokers staying above the coffeeshop and would recommend getting one of the (shared) balcony rooms. Can’t smoke inside the actually coffeeshop which is unfortunate.
• Ismail (3/5): Asansörsüz bina. Çok dik ve çok sayıda merdiven. Fiziksel probleminiz var ise aman dikkat! - Lokasyon 3. kat, merdivenler dik ve çok. Asansör yok :(. Asansörsüz olmaz. Ama booking.com da net bir şekilde bilgi verilmeliydi. Verilmedi. Odada kahve yok. Su ıtıma makinesi yok. Telefon yok. 3. katta mahzur kalmış gibi. Çok fena idi.
• James (6/5): Lovely room shame about street noise - The room was spacious clean and modern .Bed very comfortable and shower was good too The only thing I did not like about my stay was the proximity to street noise which kept me awake later than expected. I would suggest staying out later to avoid the sound from the street which almost felt inside the room. But this unavoidable due to the location. Return to your hotel later and the noise will be alot better after 1am.

• Hans (8/5): Keurig netjes hotel met een schone kamer en een mooi uitzicht vlak bij het Centraal Station. - We moesten met de trap 3 verdiepingen omhoog omdat er geen lift in het historische pand mocht. Normaliter voor ons als zestigers niet zo'n probleem maar met een pijnlijke knie viel dat toch wat tegen.

• Maggie (6/5): Good for location, but basic and not very clean. - The location was the best bit of this hotel. Right by the red light district and very close to Centraal Station. It was above a coffee shop, which was very handy. The beds were very comfy. No tea/coffee making facilities. Very warm in the room, had to open the windows to cool it down, which was noisy. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, had to open the windows to air it out. Room, especially the bathroom wasn't very clean (found plastic bottle with cigarette butt in the room). Bag of dirty towels were left in the room.

• Richard (10/5): - At the end of an exhausting trip, it was wonderful to stay at a hotel of this quality close to the Amsterdam Central Station and to my favorite Malaysian and Indonesian restaurants. I knew in advance that the hotel didn't have an elevator, but the receptionist immediately volunteered to carry my bag up the three flights to my beautiful room. I'll definitely stay there again if/when Amsterdam is in my itinerary.

Quarto bem limpinho , sem barulho . Anfitriao bem simpatico. Proximo a tudo. Bem no centrinho de Amsterda. Muitas opçoes para gastronomia e lojas proximas . Não tem elevador,mas isso é informado no anuncio , porem a escada é bem ingrime e de dificil acesso para quem vai com malas. Se for de mochila super ok. Eu fiquei no ultimo andar , então foram 5 lances de escada, um pouco cansativo .

It is above a constant and busy dope smoking cafe, and the front door needs a small fix so it does not have to be slammed for each guest each time with the noise that creates.
